BMW Navnit Motors City Showroom Lavelle Road

This was the worst dealership experience i have ever had.
The executive did not make any effort to explain the car or its features he was just standing there like asif i am wasting his time. And i was denied test drive of any car i was told no cars available.

Luckily i visited MG and Mercedes before coming here to BMW
I had a better experience with MG and Mercedes

The overall experience from demo to delivery was great. If there is any scope of improvement that I can recommend is to involve a starters kit with every car to make the customer feel special

Very bad customer service, no one cares about the customers and not much cars on display and the showroom is too small with less parking facility. Not a good experience

They really have a good collection of cars! The 6 was the most attractive model to me.but sadly to say the employee behaviour wasn't good.

Absolutely the worst customer experience. It is quite clear that they don't want sales. It's been 4 weeks and I haven't got a test drive arranged. They keep saying they will call back but that doesn't happen. Volvo has been very eager and customer service oriented. Clearly I might choose the Volvo XC60 over the BMW X3 for this reason. Or look for the other dealer to buy from. This one really hasn't got its act together.

The car X3 was excellent, really liked it. However the experience at the showroom was cold. The BMW competitors representative have been far more enthusiastic and wanted to sell the car and coming to bmw not sure why they lack the same.

I contacted BMW for a car for review on my social media platforms but they clearly said no in a very rude and cut the call very disappointed with BMW.

WORST SALES ASSOCIATES. THEY DONT KNOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMER. I SUGGEST E-CITY OUTLET FOR ANY SALES ENQUIRES. I HAD BEEN TO Lavelle Road TWICE AND BOTH TIMES THE SALES ASSOCIATES RESPONSE IS VERY UN PROFESSIONAL. BIG BRAND LIKE BMW IS GETTING AFFECTED WITH SUCH UNTRAINED AND UN PROFESSIONAL SALES ASSOCIATES.
MUST AVOID THIS SHOWROOM IF UR A SERIOUS BUYER LIKE ME - BECAUSE AFTER VISITING THIS SHOWROOM FOR A TEST DRIVE ACTUALLY U WILL HAVE TO DOUBLE THINK OF BMW BRAND. AND U WILL GET PUSHED TO BUY OTHER BRANDS.

Great place. Helped us choose the right vehicle. Reasonable discounts. Paperwork was completed fast. A little 'drama' during delivery with unvieling the car, and coffee. A welcoming place with knowledgeable staff.
