I recently had a disappointing encounter while visiting the BMW showroom for servicing my vehicle. As a long-time BMW customer, I expected a certain level of professionalism and courtesy from the service advisors, but unfortunately, both Darshan and Ramesh failed to meet these expectations.

From the moment I approached their desk, it was evident that neither Darshan nor Ramesh had any understanding of how to behave with customers. Their tone was dismissive and condescending, making me feel unheard and unimportant. Instead of listening patiently to my concerns, they spoke over me and interrupted while I was explaining the issues I had faced with my car.

The lack of basic customer service skills became even more apparent during the interaction. Their replies were blunt and unhelpful, lacking any empathy or willingness to assist. When it came to explaining the service process, their instructions were vague and confusing, leaving me uncertain about what would be done to address the problems with my vehicle.

Moreover, their attitude displayed a lack of accountability. Instead of taking responsibility for any potential mishaps or errors, they shifted the blame onto the manufacturer or previous service providers. This detachment from responsibility further tainted my impression of their professionalism and ability to handle customers' concerns.

As a customer, I believe that service advisors should strive to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere. However, my experience with Darshan and Ramesh fell far short of this mark. Their rudeness and lack of consideration made me question whether my loyalty to the BMW brand was warranted.

In my opinion, it is crucial for the BMW showroom to address these issues promptly. Training programs should be implemented to educate service advisors on proper customer service etiquette. Additionally, management should monitor and evaluate their interactions with customers regularly to ensure that they uphold the values and standards expected in a prestigious brand like BMW.

I sincerely hope that my feedback will be taken seriously, leading to improvements within the showroom's customer service department. As a loyal customer, I believe in the potential for BMW to regain their reputation for excellence in all aspects of their operations.

No proper customer service. Mostly interested in selling additional items. Audi service center is much better in customer service

I approached Navanit Motors, Hosur road after getting poor response from their showroom in Lavelle Road. That changed our customer experience. Chiranjeevi was our sales rep who was proactive in attending to all our requirements. Finally, we purchased BMW Grand Coupé M Sport.

When I walked in for checking a small body damage in my X1, they wanted me to wait for 10-15mins. After waiting for 15mins I went and checked again if anybody there to attend.the service guy said " Mr. X is attending to an 7 series customer, you need to wait for another 15 mins". I own a swift and Verna too. I never never had an experience of service engineers saying the "Mr. X is attending to Dzire or Tucson. ". This is like saying you are cheaper customer you need to wait since our engineer is attending to a premium customer.

Another word for third class management is this branch. No good customer service. No respect for customers. What they say is final. Even though you are the one who is paying its them who decides or acts like they own us.

It was a good experience when my BMW 5 series was sent for body repair and service. I would like to call out and thank Ranjith Kumar (Service advisor). The coordination with insurance and addressing their queries was done without any major involvement from my side. Further the part was not available and hence Ranjit kept me updated on the parts ordering and status of shipment.

Overall a very good experience.

Got my BMW 320D serviced here recently for the first time.

Great service, Skilled professionals and Value for Money are the 3 highlights of this service center.

Would highly recommend Navnit motors for Servicing your Bimmer! Totally Worth it compared to any local service centers.

I felt that the service team can do better, bmw having such a good name around the world is not upto it's mark here in electronic City, feels like the service team of a cheap company

Been trying to schedule an appointment but the service team is least interested and do not care about customers, try Deutsche BMW, much better than Electronic City Service Centre. They haven't fixed any issues the last time I sent the vehicle in and are calling me after giving back the vehicle and telling me how to fix it, why can't they fix it and send it to me, I want to speak to higher authority on this issue as this is the worst service I've come across till now

As expected from a top end car dealer this place was spick n span. The sales staff is knowledgeable but a little disinterested I felt. They have test drive variants readily available and even organize for a home test drive option incase a particular model isint available. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because there were spare parts / accessories scattered all over the place and it looked tad unorganised.

My BMW 3 series started developing noise while accelerating and I was very skeptical to take it to the showroom. But to my surprise I had a very pleasant experience. I went without an appointment, but still Mr. Gangadhar ensured that my complaint was tended to (they were really busy and it was clearly evident). Mr Suresh came with me for a drive and as soon as he heard the noise, he said "Sir, do not worry, " it's a minor issue with the handbrake and I was relieved. He was absolutely great the way he explained the issue. He went above and beyond and took the car for a bit long ride and suggested that "it's having absolutely no issues. Just ensure that servicing is done on time. " I am really grateful to him because as an owner of a luxury vehicle you are always worried how much it will cost. Mr. Suresh, you Rock!

Since the part was not available Mr. Gangadhar temporarily fixed the issue and suggested it to replace once it's available. Lastly, they didn't even charge is single penny for this repair.

Absolutely great experience.

Avoid these people. Useless guys sit on front desk. Can not understand who hires these guys for such a big brand.

Perfect service in lockdown!
I wanted to gift my husband an m series bike for our anniversary since lockdown has made us cyclists thought a fancy new one would make him very happy.
Lockdown was announced just after I ordered so it seemed bleak that it would actually happen on time. Kudos to Sunaal Shetty for not only just making it happen. But making it happen well in advance! Super follow up and great service. If there were ten stars. I would give him ten.super job well done and thankyou!

If there was a negative rating I wish I could rate them.
Service is come to a level where I can go on writing pages.
Inspite of taking a service package and having a warranty they fail to provide a permanent solution. The easy and ready answers they have is to blame the bmw team who is located abroad and gives them directions as whether they should replace spares or ignore the issue till it satisfies their wear and tear conditions. I have been complaining about the break noise since 4 years and given up hope on them resolving it.
I have shared them audio clips of the noise and sent them an email and in return I get false assurance from them stating it will not occur.
PATHETIC is what I can say before I end it.

My 1 st dream luxury car was successful becoz of Mr. Venkatesh & Mr.shibin they were extremely amazing with the cars thoroughly knowledge I am deeply impressed?

The car was given back with marks on the seats very unprofessional job.gave me an appointment of 9: 30 but made me wait till 12 till I could leave the showroom. Gangadhar was very helpful throughout but the company service was the worst experience I have ever had. Never expected this from a BMW showroom ‍️

Had a terrible experience with the servicing of my X1 in Jan 2020 - had to constantly call, check in, remind and chase up for everything and even then, instructions got missed out. I was told "lot of work pressure" is the reason for all this, but I don't expect this kind of service after having paid for a premium car. Really regretting my decision to have bought a BMW when they don't follow have follow up infrastructure & service in place.

The Service team when I last took my BMW Sedan for Service were of poor calibre which was not so earlier. Looks the management are not serious about Customer Care. Surely will not go again for service

BMW servicing staff should be given adequate training. Staff is udertrained. Service cost is way higher than expected and the quality they deliver is equal to Maruti. I would suggest India is not meant for BMW.

Pathetic service providers! They are sweet and nice when you buy the car. And act all busy and lazy when it is time for service. You have keep track of all the payments you have made. Internal staff is pretty lousy to each other, receptionist can't make the service people talk, service people insist that you call them directly etc. Would have preferred to have a one point contact. It's a pathetic hierarchy internally, clearly BMW is not treating their staff well and they are miserable which translates to them acting up with clients.

Great service team at Navnit Motors, Electronic city main centre. Special mention is must for a excellent service and always striving attitude for customer satisfaction by Mr. Ramesh Pattan. Also Ms. Ramya. Keep up the good work team.

Very unprofessional attitude from a big brand like BMW. They want me to book the car in the same day after taking the test drive as the financial year is going to be closed on 31st March. As I did not agree with that the sales executive did not even bother to share the price breakup. Avoid this showroom.
