Bodhi wellness spa

Had a awesome service for couples last week in the other hsr layout branch. So visited this branch. But a lazy, rude and frustrated receptionist made me run from the service here. I informed the therapist am denying taking service because of the receptionist. Am Francis and Visited this branch on 02nd November last thrusday appointment at 1: 30pm. I also visited HSR layout sector 2 branch for a couples session on 31st Oct and it was a warm and amazing service.

I had a wonderful experience at Bodhi Wellness Spa! The massage was incredibly relaxing, and the staff was attentive and skilled. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

Poor hygiene, the place requires pest control immediately found bedbugs after returning from this place.

A very relaxing and soothing experience. Changed my perception of spa in just one trial. Very patient and experienced professional. Will definitely visit this place more often.

The experience isn't worth the money. Didn't like the experience at all. Highly not recommended.
* During the massage they didn't ask if the pressure was fine, do I need head massage with or without oil, if I have any problem areas, also if I want to skip any bodypart.
* The towels were stinking of oil and soap, seems it wasn't properly washed/maintained.
* Spa bed had no headrest or face cradle, it had sleeping pillow. So head needs to be rested sideways at all times, which is very uncomfortable.
* No options for oils, only olive oil was provided for massage. I enquired about the face pack ingredients/brand, they only said chocolate face pack. Everyone’s skin is different, they should ask the customer preference at least.
* The spa room doesn't have anything to keep your belongings.
* The door just had a magnet, no latch.it's very disturbing and uncomfortable.
* Steam bath setup is very bad, can't call it a steam bath at all.
* The spa rooms are separated with wooden boards, so all the outside noise doesn't make it a calm experience.

I've experienced many spa/massage centers and in my opinion it's a very low quality place. The masseuse seemed inexperienced, I was really worried about bone dislocation or some serious injury.

Overall very good experience. Kim provided very good service. Afterwards, the steam and other services experience was also quite good. Worth it, compared to other hyped places in bangalore.

Deep tissue massege is very good, you can try for sure. Place is clean & tidey.overall good experiance.

Wonderful, rejuvenating experience! Probably one of the best spa's in Bangalore. Calm, soothing ambience and the service right from the beginning was top notch. If you are looking for a relaxing spa and massage experience, I would recommend this place. Superb professionalism! I would definitely visit again.

Therapist are well experienced.

Charges are not too high. We paid 2500 for 90 minutes.

Best part is steam option after your therapy. Feel relaxed once you have had steam and bath post your therapy.

The receptionist didn't even bother to call back when I requested for a change in timings due to work emergency post confirmation and was very rude during the whole ordeal at the end.

I visited here for the first time and had a very good experience. Staffs are very professional and well trained. I would highly recommend this place for relaxation.

I would suggest team, if they can have some light in spa feel music and fragrance inside the rooms, that would enhance a lot of experience. And also change the time for Sunday that means 10: 00 AM to 9: 00 PM.
