I am visiting Dr. Fathima since 5 years for skin polishing, being a fitness influencer, the challenges of keeping my skin healthy and vibrant is possible with polishing, the staff are very polite and co operative. It’s a one stop solution for all your skin issues. The Doctor is very experienced and polite.

Highly disappointed and would not recommend or visit this place again. I was made to wait for 45 minutes although I reached on time. The doctor I consulted was Dr Fathima. She was extremely rude and lacked communication skills.
She seemed in a hurry and kept talking the whole time without even listening to my problem completely. She didn't take a look at my infection infact, she didn't ask where the infection was either. When I tried explaining the measures I took previously, she snapped at me in an unacceptable tone. Later, when I mentioned that I have more issues, she exclaimed as to why didn't I tell her earlier again in a very inappropriate tone sounding very snobbish! My overall experience was bad with the doctor. The lady at the billing room was humble. She took the payment but didn't even give a bill of the medicines and consultation. I was expecting it to be emailed or sent via text but that didn't happen either. I wasted my time, energy and money.

I have been visiting Doctor Fathima since 2007. Very friendly and an experienced doctor who listens to your problems very carefully, does proper skin analysis and then suggests the right treatment. My experience with doc had been always great. I had initially visited her due to acne issues and pcos. She worked on my case very closely. Suggested right nutritionist to follow right diet plan, worked on my acne issues. It took a while but all acnes and marks disappeared. Since then I have been visiting her for any skin / hair issue and its been 15 years plus now. I will recommend her strongly. She always bears a smile on her face that makes her very approachable too.

Pathetic service they are least bother about there customers though i took an appointment due to some unexpected circumstance vehicle was breakdown in middle of my way i booked one more cab untill i reach clinic the doctor left i already informed them iam coming from nagawara n informed them iam on the way please don't close clinic they didn't helped me n i reached by 7: 50 after facing all circumstance but they send me back without any treatment though what ever the situation they always have to serve the customer otherwise they would have informed us very disappoint

DETAILED AND HONEST review.
Me and my sister  had been to her like some 8 9 months  back.
My clinical condition: grade 2 acne (Comedones, papules and a few pustule)

History: extremely sensitive combination skin.
No history of pcos.
History of vitamin d deficiency.

On the first day I  purchased products of about 7k - 8k
Note: just going to mention the ingredients that really took a toll on my skin, there are other actives and other ingredients as well

1) face wash: had salicylic acid (active) and glycolic acid (active)
3) serum: vitamin C serum (active)
4) moisturizer: had salicylic acid (active) glycolic acid (active)
5) sunscreen: that was really sticky and made my skin spit oil.
6) night cream: that had RETINOL!
7) anti fungal tablets: useless because I never suffered from a fungal infection. I don't know why she sold it to me.
8) multivitamins: totally useless again. I started feeling extremely uneasy and my urine colour was getting darker day by day

So, the above mentioned ingredients are no doubt great for your NORMAL (skin with no clinical illnes)
but I was suffering from ACTIVE ACNE.plus I had a sensitive skin.
She did not understand my skin and bombarded my skin with all the actives she had in her little room.
She has some 5-6 products of some company that she sells it to everyone.irrespective of whether the person needs it or not!
Plus she does not have standardized products.she keeps changing her products every time.during my first visit she had one face wash and sunscreen.during second visit I saw her promoting a new face wash and a new sunscreen
Basically she trials on her patients

Plus she does not have  products which differ in composition.
For example: my skin responds beautifully to 4% niacinamide and if I use 10% of this same magic ingredient.my skin goes bizarre and breaks out!
So she sells the same composition  to everyone whatever mayb the tolerating capacity.she does not care!

HOW MY SKIN RESPONDED: my skin started to react the first day itself.it started getting worster and worster every single day!
I believed In the concept of PURGING (I.e skin gets worst for about 3 4 weeks before it gets better when you Introduce it to actives like salicylic Acid and retinol) so I was very very patient.
2 weeks passed by I visited her and she would blindly tell only one sentence "THEY ARE COMING OUT" ‍️
Okay.
4 weeks passed: still no improvement (became even worst)
My mom told me she was not reliable and that I should discontinue.
But I dint listen
I went back and this time she told me "TO SPEEDEN UP THE PROCESS WE NEED TO CARRY OUT A CHEMICAL PEEL. I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO AGREE AND I PAID 6K.and completed the course of 2  black peels. =12k

Again weeks passed: skin notttt getting any better.infact it was red always and my acne started getting worster.
I started getting it on cheeks as well
So many scars and chemical peel made my skin even more sensitive

Went back to her after few weeks.this time she said. "DID YOU SEE. YOU ARE GETTING SMALLER ACNE AFTER THE PEEL. OKAY. LET ME PUT YOU ON ISOTRETINOIN (which is basically oral retinol)
This tablet has so many side effects and it is given only in painful cystic acne condition.
What on earth! (did I come here to reduce the size of my acne?)
That was the last day I went to her.i felt all my patience and money just made my skin worster.

I did not give up. I went to another doctor "doctor majid in jaynagar 4th block"
I showed him these products and he threw them with a laugh.he gave me a simple face wash and 4% niacinamide cream and told me to stop using anything (even a sunscreen) because he felt my skin was really irritated with all those stupid products and he wanted to give my skin a break.
I began to use these two products and I had a little purging only in the first week and then boom after that my skin started to heal and finally now after 1 year I'm putting this review.definitely 0/5
