Body spa is magical & pedicure service is top notch! A good salon overall at good price!

Came over to bodycraft @ Kalyanagar for a root touch and Kishore the stylist was very patient and and did a amazing job. Very happy with his service overall.

Visited for haircut, my hair was too Curley so pavan, the hairstylist took really great care of my hair, suggested the best look, also customized my requirements and the end product was fabulous. He has done a fantastic job. Thank you! The experience at the salon was really good.

Very disappointed with the haircut, only 1 hour when the hair was set it was looking good after that it looks the same waste of spending 2k. Body craft JP nagar and lavelle road is better. Over all it was just time and money waste

I had an appointment on Friday for French menecure it was clearly written in offer 799 for French menecure gel polish.wen I visited the outlet they came up with normal nail polish and when I asked for gel.they lied saying u got an appointment for normal polish. To make sure if I had gel or normal polish I called up Sana who booked my appointment n she said it was gel polish. Y will a brand like body craft lie to a customer n do a fake statement. I also said fine u can do gel n charge me wat ever is the current price and then they come up saying no one is there to do that now? Y will I take an appointment to hear this? Y will I get charged fake amount? N get normal nail polish in the price of gel polish? Never expected this from atleast body craft. U left a customer cheated,

I had hair spa, facial and wax service at Bodycraft. They really provided an excellent service and I will definitely visit the centre again. Thanks team for such a warming welcome and wonderful service.

This my second time with hairstylist pavan for a haircut he is very good must try when you visit here.

The massage was good and effective.
A few pointers for the masseuse:

1. The masseuse should have manicured nails, otherwise they hurt and could lead to scrapes or cuts.

2. A few steps of the massage were missed on the other side of the body.

3. A precautionary measure: While the client is in the steam room, she shouldn't be left alone especially a senior citizen. The masseuse left my mum alone and exited the massage room.

Overall, it was a good experience but these pointers should be kept in mind for the future.

I booked a "Hair Spa" appointment but was given a rushed 4-minute treatment with minimal product use. The stylist didn't communicate properly and tried to sell expensive products, leaving me disappointed and frustrated.

I did hydra facial and it was waste of money. My detan cream gives a better glow than their hydra facial.
They did not do any kind of explanation by machine which they claim.
A complete waste of money and time

This was my first time to bodycraft and I'm happy for my decision to come here. They would listen to your concern carefully and give the service as per your need. The hair dresser was very polite. Thank you for your service.

This is my review after I realised that I didn't get the hair cut I asked for. I had asked for step cut, and what I got is just trimming of my hair. It's not at all looking good on my face. Considering the prices and my look after this hair cut, I will not be visiting this salon again.

The worst shave I ever had and that too for 472 rupees!
Didn't apply a moisturiser, didn't even give a bill!

I'm a seasoned customer to bodycraft however their services is deteriorating day by day and I was annoyed the way I was given service on July 30 th i had been fr hair colour n pedicure n mani it took 7 hours and worst service was given for my hair colour.the stylist was lathargic n had no knowledge.poor service i stopped visiting and will never ever step back.an this is not the first time I go throw it.petty issues which I usually ignore.but the treatment fr a regular customer was this over n over again.this is my review.

Happy with the service and their ambiance. Got my haircut here with Bharath very much satisfied with my look
