I had a very good experience here with all the services. Zeshaan gave a very nice haircut and some tips to keep my hair looking healthy. Loved overall experience here.

I am not satisfied with their products.i have taken 120 k package for iv & inno peel almost it's my 8 section but no results.consultant with doctor but she is trying to give suggestions not solutions I need solution.

They are not learned about the skin and methods of waxing. They are stubborn and don’t bother if the person is in pain. Safe to say I had a traumatic experience.

I visited this location on my india visit from US. Zeeshan was the best stylist I have ever had in 30 years. He is very talented and aiming to please. I was blown away with the transformation he did with my hair. I highly recommend Zeeshan. Very happy customer here!

Had Sanjana cut my hair - fairly straightforward request! She did a good job! Place was not overly crowded as I went around 4 pm - it was clean and not overcrowded!

Still recovering from the cuts and abrasions. The staff were courteous, skilled and sweet. It's very possible my feet isn't suited for a Pedicure.

Tsosang is just awesome stylist for woman, he did creative stylist for my wife and she just liked it and she always wants to come back to Jayanagar branch. Amazing hospitality and service. I also do visit regularly for grooming myself and the staff is very talented. I would suggest this branch for both men and woman.

We visited the place for hair cut for my wife and trust me they are not worth it. They literally took 5 mins for hair cut, remaining time was wasted the washing and drying or styling the hair. What all we wanted a decent hair cut but it was very average like we can get from any saloon next door. Though we chose a creative stylist the hair were cut straight With no styling and we paid 2100/- for that This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We did give 5star rating in the past to this place as they give 20% discount on 5 star rating. I have given this review to help others so that they don’t feel so cheated as we did.

I’ve been going to this salon very regularly since about 2 years now and I am extremely pleased by the services. Vidya has been very accommodating to all my appointment requirements and making the experience very pleasant since I’ve started going here! She is always quick to respond and is fabulous at her work! She does the medi facials very well too. Amudha who has been working here since the last 10 years is the best person in Bangalore to get your eyebrows done from! Meena and Prema are really good for manicure and pedicure procedures!
Thankful to the guest relations team member Jalaja for handling all issues very well and being super quick with redressal!
Hoping I don’t have to wait for too long in the salon to get the procedures done and they start at the time I have taken the appointment for.

Hair stylist understood the request very well. I liked the haircut and bear services. One of the few places where covid restrictions are taken seriously.

This used to be a great place. My hair cut was literally done within 5mins, rest of the time is only spent in washing and hair styling or drying. The hair cut is so average. I have got my hair cut from a senior creative artist and I must admit “They don’t have good stylist anymore “. The pressure of purchasing their product is too much that they only speak about their product and we just can’t relax. After all that an average hair cut for 2100/-

I had a worst experience in clinic department. They are not at all responsible. They talk very nicely when we visit first and till we pay the money. After which they dont even care.

Visited the spa for a head massage. Took the 45 mins option for the head massage. Caroline was the therapist she was really good. But it's slightly expensive the place.

Mr. Hussain helped me shape my new look and I was very much satisfied. Amazing place and a very experienced and senior hairdresser I can say. 10/10!
