Got pedicure and manicure done- the experience was bad as i bled in both due a very non challant careless attitude of the servicer. E.g, she just kept scrubbing my foot with the metal scrubber at a very high intensity and i started bleeding! It’s still hurting badly. And there were ni immediate apologies either.overall she waa doing it very carelessly. Initially i was planning to get my grand parents for service here and now i am jittery about coming back for myself also. Very painful and hurtful experience!

Had bad experience with the bodycraft whitefield branch, they have the 1+1offers running which they neither introduced to me on the call while fixing the appointment nor during my visit to the salon but on their instagram page they have 1+1 offers posts.on calling back the salon and checking the reason their employee SARLA said she will call me back but yet no call received back from them.

This is my third time, I am taking a Service at Body Craft. As usual my go to service after a stressful week is Head Massage, Chongoi did a great job and all my headache was gone. And Muskan was exceptional at her service. Thanks to Bhargavi for explaining all the features available from membership standpoint that makes it light on your pocket. Thanks Team!

Communication gaps internally.just wanted to sell membership without proper knowledge.they would focus on values for services.need to improve lot. Shower temperature they can use jaguar new features

It has happened umpteen times that the geyser dosnt work n hence there's no hot water supply.now for someone like me who has a sinus problem a hair wash with cold water is a big NO NO.the reasons given for this gross inconvenience r so flimsy n what I find appalling is that there's no one to supervise these important things in the outlet

Not satisfied with the service. Pathetic haircuts i have ever had and i had to tell the stylist cut here, etc etc. Wrong choice and the worst part was they ask you to rate or provide feedback at the counter before you pay. I don't think anyone would give honest feedback if they are genuinely interested in collecting one. Just waste of money, rather i should not have had a haircut

Both my boys were absolutely thrilled with their hair cuts. Unfortunately we were only visiting Bangalore for a week, so won't be able to use the services regularly.

The ambience of the place is good. They offer a variety of services like nail extensions, laser, massages & all the parlor related service. The only downside is this place is extremely overpriced for the service quality offered. A kids hair trim above 5+ yrs they will charge you 1500 INR. I tried hair color, root touch up entire time the person tried to sell me an expensive olaplex product. Their signature pedicure which costed ard INR 1300 was extremely mediocre. Any other regular parlour does a better job than them. The front desk always try to sell you their membership plans, stating we will not charge you tax on your bill (it's a great trick to evade GST). I would not recommend this place, for the price you pay the service quality is extremely average.

This was my regular go to salon. Of late I have consciously avoided them unless I need a specific service by some staff there who I’m comfortable with. In my recent experiences I have seen a drop in the quality. I have seen the Whitefield centre has been below par the Koramangala and Indranagar centres I have been to.

The part I dislike the most and my reason for avoiding this place- upselling and non transparent pricing/billing. They try to upsell especially to men, or people who are not particularly salon regulars. My husband experienced this first hand and was influenced to purchase a service that he didn’t really require. They upsell you saying if you pay an x amount now, you will receive services worth much more than that, etc.but is it really true? I doubt. I have realised that the price they tell you earlier is different/calculated differently in their system to confuse you. Why can’t the calculation be straightforward? Even the people at the counter will not be able to answer when you ask them why.

Over the years there were instances where I’ve had a stylist work on my hair and she got busy, the final wash and blow dry was assigned to a trainee who clearly wasn’t confident or sure of what she was doing. They tried to charge me for the blow dry service which I had to dispute as I didn’t want to pay someone for learning/experimenting on my hair.

There was a time when I got a foot massage and later developed rashes on my feet. When I brought this up to Nafisa, she asked the in-house skin specialist to prescribe lotion. My concern is what kind of cream was used for the message because the creams are all put in generic bottles so you can’t see the brand or expiry dates.

When you complain, they oblige politely but why not take care so customers don’t have a reason to complain in the first place.

I still give 3 stars (this was a 5 star service earlier that has dropped 2 stars) as I have been very happy with work done by some stylists here.

I am a frequent customer to Bodycraft and every time I visit I have an amazing experience. Staff is very courteous and helpful. All the services are great and you can go for any service without hesitation.

Both my wife and I were totally satisfied with the service provided for facial & pedicure/manicure.
The therapists are extremely helpful & took great care of us

Amazing experience. I took my first facial service here and it was really relaxing. The service providers are well trained and taking care perfectly. The ambience is quite impressive with cleanliness. The aroma of their fragrance diffuser was soothing. Their facial rooms are also well maintained with ample space. Will definitely visit after a month to repeat the service and let you know more about other services.

They are pretty booked all the time. Not sure if its shortage of staff or something else. I called a couple of days in advance to book for a haircut and pedicure and they gave me 2 different times with a 4 hour gap between the two. Not scalable if this continues and they will losing out on a lot of customers

I went in for skin booster treatment for 30000. It was a total waste! I now have marks all over my face and neither Nafisa nor Dr navaneetha have got back to me! Pathetic service and please don’t go for such treatments!

I am writing after my 3rd or 4th visit.

The salon is great and deserved a 5 star rating for sure. The staff is great. All courteous and kind and welcoming- specially Alex, Elizabeth, Tete and all the pedicure and waxing girls- Asana. Very skilled too and very polite and kind.

But, I'm giving a 2 star rating because of my horrible experience with the reception 'Damagers' i wouldn't want to call them managers. Always rude, and behaving like employees of government jobs. First answer for everything is a blunt 'no'. And if you point out to them that they're being rude they will not even look at you. No cordial communication either on phone Or in person.

So if you want to pay a premium charge for services and treated like garbage right from the first point of contact - please visit body craft and meet Usha and Nafisa. (Main reception damagers)

Ashna and Nima did an excellent job with facial and pedicure. Always happy with the services in Bodycraft. An excellent place to pamper oneself.

I booked for a hair cut and I am very disappointed. No transparent pricing. While booking they give basic price with no mention of gst etc and. After haircut they said it is a senior stylist (which was not mentioned earlier) and charged a much higher rate then I was originally told. Even the haircut itself doesn't justify a senior stylist pricing. Overall would not recommend.

Good haircut and color. If you are looking for hair color as a beginner, this is the perfect place they explain clearly on the process and provide you the best.

If you like services of Bodycraft, don’t come to this center. Whitefield center operated and managed by Nafisa, is nothing but mismanagement, chaos and no respect for time of people.
And they won’t admit you also if they’re at fault. Rather tell you that it’s your fault.

I had booked an appointment with this salon and was late in reaching the place by 30 mins. Repeated phone calls and messages were not answered. After an hour when someone did pick up the call he was unprofessional and wasted 2hrs asking me to wait. At the end of 2hrs he tells me that no slots are available. Customer service is all time low.

Very disappointed with the schedule. My appointment was at 7pm today and I was made wait till 7.20. Infact I completed the Covid declaration form online. I walked out.

My family was regular at Bodycraft for good number of years and we had stopped for a year in between because of below par services. Since my family had taken a certain package, I visited the salon to redeem the balance in our package. Our decision to stop taking services in the past at Bodycraft stands vindicated now.

Today I had visited Body craft Spa and Salon for manicure and pedicure service. I loved the service provided there. Even though they had shortage of staff today, still they were not rushing just to attend other customers. Alex provided the pedicure service to me and it was just awesome. *Long Post Alert! - But for folks engaging Bodycraft for your special day - PLEASE READ! *

I have been availing of Body-Crafts services for several years now and the brand and quality of the service has always shone through! However, on the one day that was very important to me - they failed miserably! I had been coordinating with the staff a week before my event to set up dates and timelines for my hair and make-up (artist was going to be coming over from their Indiranagar branch) for my event on the 15th Oct.
I had personally dropped into the salon on the 14th to confirm the time for my hair and make-up appointments which according to the staff (Nafisa) was acknowledged and confirmed for 8: 00 AM. I also reached out to the concerned person/manager (Savitha) of the Indiranagar branch to confirm the availability of her make-up artist for the 15th - which she did confirm along with the amount (Makeup charges + 700/- extra for Cab fare charges).
The Day - I was already a running 10 mins late - so imagine my utter shock when at 8: 10 AM, I walk upto to a completely locked Salon. Fortunately, the guard on duty heard us talking and sleepily headed towards us to enquire why we were at the salon that early. Further clarifications and inquires revealed that no one (neither my make-up artist nor any staff) had arrived yet, further adding to my already mounting distress! The guard was kind enough to let us in and have us wait at the Salon area, where I tried reaching out to Savitha. After calling for the second time, a sleepy voice responded stating that the artist should have already reached and that she would check and get back to me. Five minutes later, Savitha calls back informing me that she is unable to connect with her make-up artist and was a little alarmed as something like this has never happened before! Trying to stay calm at times like this is near impossible, but I barely managed it. Ten minutes down the line, Savitha calls back stating that she finally managed to get through to her make-up artist and that she and the assisting artist were arriving via a two-wheeler and had met with an accident and were in the hospital! I immediately questioned her regarding why they were arriving by a two-wheeler when they were charging me cab fare in its entirety? To which I was given a half-baked lame excuse that they were coming over by bike and then would leave their bike in Whitefield and continue with their other rounds! I mean come on! Please have the courtesy to at least be transparent with your clients - we are not clueless, so please do not insult our intelligence with such absolutely outrageous lies! Such unbelievably disgusting behavior from Savitha! People like you ruin the brand-image and also leave the clients with a lingering bitter experience!
From the follow up calls from Bodycraft's customer-relation person, I was later informed that there was some miscommunication internally and which was also the reason for all this chaos. So, on a day that was so important to me, I was left without a make-up artist, as Savitha gave me further excuses that no back-up was available and they were all out of town leaving me almost in tears. But you know, the higher powers above always show us small mercies. I am so grateful for AGNES (Whitefield branch) - she came in at her allotted time, did a brilliant and swift job with my hair, I loved the messy yet gorgeous look she created. Further learning about my whole situation, Agnes reached beyond and though make-up is not her forte, she gave me a light, but beautiful-natural make-up look. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome and more grateful for people like Agnes. Thank you so very much AGNES, I absolutely appreciate what you did for me that day!

I would only request that Ms. Swati take note of this incident and please ensure that people like Savitha are brought to task to cease any further ruin to your brilliant brand image. Nobody should ever have to go through an ordeal like this on a day that means so much to them.

Worst and Scary. PLEASE DROP IDEA OF HAVING SPA HERE. Shower room was not less than public toilet. Steam didnt work. Worst body massage with no professional experience. Safe money, Stay away from Body craft spa Whitefield.

Awesome awesome place. Visited for a haircut n ceratine treatment. Professionals to the core. Raghu was the one to cut my hair. Very good at his work and a very wonderful human being as well.

Worst experience ever. Please never visit this outlet, they will take your money and make a joke of you. I went there for a facial, instead I got so many bruises on my face. They are not even sorry and not refunding my money too. On top of that the way they behave is really really bad. Worst experience ever in my life. If you like yourself a little bit also, do not visit them. Dr nabaneeta has done a messy job on my face and left me with all sorts of marks. Dr zainab called m and believe me she is the worst person to understand the pain you are going through. She scolded me and hung up on me instead of listening to my story

Do not get your nails done here! Got them done a couple of days ago and they are falling off every day. Bad communication, not willing to refund, very unhappy. AVOID

Hair cut services are good. They have professionals and gonna make you feel confident about your good hair cut.
Rest services like facial is also really good. Little bit of instant difference I could see after getting that done.

Really loved the whole experience! This is a must visit, a one stop solution for salon and spa services! Everyone here is very polite, the process is very quick and systematic. I reached HSR branch by 5.30pm and service was not started to me on time and I had booked appointment with Rachana for root touch up I visited parlour after 15min'ts they gave reason telling rachana is busy with some other client and my service will be done by someone else.my service was started after 6pm more than half an hour I had to wait.worst communication

Such bad service. Went for keratin treatment and the effect didn't even last for 10 days and they even charged 9K for that. When contacted the team they just washed and blow dried the hair and told that if will be fine. But the hair quality became worst. So so so disappointed. Still trying to get it fixed but worst response from them. They even shout on the customers.

After 3 months, they did QOD treatment again and my hair just looks worst now. Alos, they don't trust customers. I am so disappointed, it's like I have wasted my so much of money on this awful salon. Please do not visit this place. They just want to sell their products and worst, if you don't buy, they claim that is the reason your hair didn't do well.

I had gone for a haircut to the Whitefield outlet. The stylist was Raghu. Am extremely happy with his cut n styling. Very professional. Highly recommend him.

M really disappointed with the nails. It's started peeling off the very next day and it happened twice and I had to travel all the 27km to get this done.

Services not worth of money they charge, only subjective feeling of better service. These services only for person who doesn't value their money.

The artist's work is good. But the information they share in terms of pricing is not fair. They don't reveal the prices before the service and the reception guys don't take the effort to find out what exactly the customer needs from the artist. They blame it on the customer that we did not enquire properly. We went there for removal of nail extension and I asked them 3 times how much it would cost before the service, I asked the reception guy to find out from the artist as well.and he asked the same artist who put the extension and gel polish. Apparently, removal charges are separate for extension and separate for gel polish. How would we know it if they don't tell us? Even after asking before the service, they did not mention it. I showed them my nails too.and they said it is ₹60 per nail plus taxes. After the service they told me it is extra for gel polish removal too. I don't mind paying for it. But my problem is that they did not mention this earlier when I asked them (thrice) and to top it, blamed it on us that we did not ask in detail. How would a customer know to ask for extension removal separately and polish removal separately? Especially when it's the first time we took the service.

I took a haircut here from the senior stylist Raghu. He seems to be knowing his area of perfection, did a great work. He also consulted me for the health of hair. Highly Recommended.

Aweful support. They dont answer phone calls and neither do they get back to you. Service is very much average and they force you to give 5 star rating after your service.

The whitefiled branch is very hospitable and stylists are knowledgeable and helping. Especially the front door manager Rebecca. She is very helpful.

After being a regular at HBR and Indira Nagar Bodycraft centres, I visited the Whitefield centre today for the first time. The services I got (massages and pedicure) were very good, but all the pedicure seats were occupied and I had get mine done in the terrace - and it’s super hot. The AC was not turned on in the massage room and I had to request for it, took 5 mins to source the remote. Unlike the other centres I’ve gone to regularly, these guys didn’t once ask for water/other beverages.
This particular outlet is quite disappointing on this front. Not sure if I will visit again or renew my membership if this is how it’s going to be.

For people who move cities, it can be difficult to find a decent place for hair services. I for one could not find proper reviews for Bodycraft Whitefield and was wondering how can a place which I used to visit 4 years back not be the same? Today when I visited I came back happy and content that I went with my gut. Nafisa at the front office is very helpful, patient and a good listener. She gave me Adim for hair colour and Cony for hair cut and both are really great for hair services. Polite and know what they are doing. Keep up the good work Bodycraft and thank you.

I have been a regular customer of bodycraft for the past 3 years and have been very happy with the services and hospitality of the staff. But today as a business you seem to have forgone what this place stood for. There was class n sauve in your services.

You have man-size flex boards inside your waxing rooms? Seriously? Does it make you think that looking at the huge board while the client waxes is going to make them take the service. I cannot believe you guys have condescended to such cheap marketing gimmicks. Very dissapointing.

Great salon for Men’s. The stylist named ‘Dev’ is an expert and also prompt service by Rebecca & Bishwaraj. Highly recommend this place.

It was really amazing experience with salon. The consultant name was Mastie she was so supportive and refered good product for the healthy hair. And she did amazing haircut.

Very basic hair cut. Nothing outstanding to boast about. Not happy at all. The stylist seemed to understand what is expected however the results didn't prove it.

The service and the ambience is top class. Would recommend anyone how is on the look out for great service.

I went to Whitefield branch. A hairstylist named "Cony" is really very good. He spent so much time and made sure that style comes perfect. It's a bit expensive place, but people like Cony make it worth every penny. Thank you Cony. I will come again soon. I love Adim also for her honest opinions and suggestions.

Used to frequent this place for pedicures, which were okay. Everything here is on the expensive side, but unfortunately I didn't see it as worth the charge. I went in for a hair wash and blow dry four months back; and for a simple thing, it ended up a true disaster. And the same thing happened with my friend. Either the staff that particular day was very new and inexperienced or there was some other reason, but I never went back.

My aunt came for a facial recently, and she had such a bad experience with the outlet manager. They are only behind getting package deals and not all interested in customer satisfaction. If there was a zero rating, I would opt for that.

I got the haircut from body craft Whitefield branch with guy Cony. He was superb and I liked the services very much.

Have been a regular customer of body craft, Whitefield for the last 4 years. I never had any issues regarding the quality and standard of services, hospitality and the facilities. However off late I feel the facilities are not being taken care or the lack of it are not given much attention. Yesterday I had gone for a full body massage and the steam was not working. The steam being a major component of any massage it was disappointing not to have the steam. When the matter was brought to the attention of the front desk staff, a cold shoulder response was given. It was not a one off case. Even my husband who had been for massage earlier had complained about the non functioning of the steam. He has even changed the spa because of this reason. I even told them that they should not be charging me full since there was no steam. Unfortunately they were not empowered enough to make that decision. Hence this review. Hope the matter will be attended to and the facilities are taken care to maintain the standards of body craft.

I have been going to Bodycraft for past 6 years but I had the last / final straw with the kind of experience I had with the facial done at Bodycraft Whitefield, it was the third time that their facial did huge damage on my skin, I wrote to them about it and what they did for 2 times was give a complimentary facial and they’re done with it, this time they did massive damage around my eyes with their facial, my skin was burning while getting the facial done and it swelled and got bruises the next day all around my eyes, today is the 17th day after the facial and I was attended by them for consultation and what I got to hear from them was I got my skin damaged because my skin was not hydrated enough and hence was sensitive. I go to Bodycraft regularly but they never adressed that my skin was not hydrated. They just refuse to accept that it’s a fault from their end telling I don’t use the right skin care regime.

We pay fat amount of money for the services at Bodycraft and get this in the end, they burnt my skin while waxing in the past too. I still have them many chances but will never go to Bodycraft ever again. Most unpleasant skincare services at Bodycraft.
