Dr Mikki is a well renowned doctor, she has given me such a transformed look that i started loving my own skin, hats off to the clinic.

I have just done my global hair colour done. It's my first visit to this salon and have experienced a great treatment. The staff are really friendly and helped me chose the best for my hair the end result turned out to be perfect. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for hair color service.

Dr. Raima is very experienced and an expert. I tried multiple places but finally got top results for my hair via her GFC sessions.

The massages are well thought of for the time commitment given. The masseuse is very professional. I went for the sports cream bath massage. It’s 75mins long and has heated stone usage which is soothing and puts you to sleep. Will highly recommend.

I absolutely loved the service from Shishi and Bahboy - they trusted me to know what's best for my hair (I have curly hair) and looked for ways to augment it. Shishi's head massage was also really soothing.

Horrifying Experience!

One of my best friend recommended this salon / Clinic, she is a regular customer in JP Nagar branch, based on her experience she recommended me to go here, and Indiranagar Branch is quite near to me so I visited here for “Hydra Facial”
There was a consultation first with one of the doctor, I don’t know how do they even consider themselves as doctors here!
I went and told her I’m there for hydra facial but that lady she asked me the purpose why I’m getting hydra facial and I told her I’m having my wedding in next one and a half month, and so she recommended me to go for Meline peel off which is way better than hydra facial and also she said hydra facial will not make any difference in the skin. But I was not expecting any more difference with my skin I just wanted to get rid of dirt and black/white heads so according to that she should suggest what is best for me but she very cleverly convinced me to go for Meline treatment which costs 17.5k for 3 sessions.
And when I gone for the first session there was another doctor and she told me with just meline peel I cannot see any results until and unless I intake few medicines and also she asked me to take Glutathione (in the form of saline bottles at-least 2 in a week) and she wrote a medication which costs more than 25k
I just went for hydra facial and fall under their trap of Meline peel which will not make any difference in my skin.

The doctor which I visited before not told me anything about after medication she told this Meline treatment is very effective for brides we suggest everyone and they have seen are very good results but the doctor I visited second time says this treatment will never work until and unless I buy their expensive medication

My question is why I was never intimidated about medication on the first consultation before I agree for the Meline peel off and my next question is for what I paid my hard earned money of Rs 17.5k when I don’t see any results?

They are the worst clinic or salon in Bangalore they just convince people on the first day. And when we visit next time the story is different also remember the payment has to be done on the first day itself.

Also if you’re going for the very first time you will have multiple reminder calls about your appointment but when you want to visit for any pre booked services they will never answer your calls and they always say they don’t have appointments for the time you ask for!

I’ve gotten several sessions of laser done at bodycraft. Kavitha is my technician and she does a really good job. She’s very careful and ensures that I’m comfortable during my sessions. I recommend getting your services done by her.

On my 3rd session of GFC and QR678 with Dr. Chaitanya and already seeing a lot of reduction in hairfall. She always welcomes me with her warm smile and during the treatment, makes sure that I have minimal pain throughout the process. One of the best doctors in the team. Shoutout to Gracy for making me feel extremely comfortable during LHR and being such a professional.

Absolutely horrible experience. For a supposed salon, there isn't even a single proper mirror - midhlength/full-length. All salon services are done under a dingy light, ending in disastrous results. Pathetic service as the salon execs don't give a hoot about customer feedback.

The service is amazing. Massage rooms and steam rooms are clean and well equipped. Staff is polite.

Exception spa services, worth every penny! Got the hot stone massage and left feeling super relaxed. The staff is also pretty great:)

Went for a massage, and sad to see that the place had not been kept up at all. The room was mouldy, and that's the 'aroma' I got for an aromatherapy massage. The bath area hadn't been cleaned properly, the soap felt like detergent, there was barely any ambience, and the massage was not satisfactory either. The prices are not worth this service and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed.
Body craft has had a name and standard for a long time and I have been a regular, until a few years ago. Was excited to return because I trust the brand, but didn't expect to see it fall this way. It was my partner's first massage ever and we were really disappointed. Not blaming the masseuses, but the whole experience was not worth it.

Doctor is good but service is very poor, even after taking appointment they don’t bother to call on given time. Doctor suggested me a cream regarding that one of their executive called to me for price I just asked her if there is a offer going on (as they climbed on Facebook) She was talking like a very unprofessional and promoting like local brand.

Highly professional and very neat in their work. I had a viral wart removal on my face, had a smooth experience. Dr. Mikky is very experienced dermatologists.

Prasad is the go to guy who knows how to style and he’s very knowledgeable about the current trends, and very very entertaining and give lot of tips on styling. Really impressed with his service. Overall good experience.

Honestly i had very less expectations when i booked an appointment but i was proved wrong!
This salon is amazing! I was very impressed by the sanitized environment. Everyone was well equipped with the PPE kits and every single person knew thr job.
The spa was awesome, the products used were of top notch quality! And they had a great range of services.

Horrible service. They always mess up the appointments. I’m stuck here because of the package. I suggest not to take any packages from here. They don’t give appointments when you want and will change time and place of your appointment at their will.

I am very disappointed with the haircut services from the senior hair stylist (atleast thats what they booked my appointment with)
Haircut was simple just asked to trim it and make it all same length, No trick.

I could not identify the difference there. A day later when I washed my hair I could feel that back side hair are shorter than the front one.

I just gave it a try and might never go there.

Extremely overrated. Avocado mango pedicure recommended didn't help. Feet felt soft but nothing spectacular. Wise to choose the basic pedicure.

I used to be a regular at Bodycraft more than 10 years ago. I used to love their service and attention to detail. However my experience this time, left me wanting something more. It lacks the luxury feel that I used to go here for. The rates are still what you would expect from an excellent salon/spa, but the experience is worse than average. The staff do try, but it is sad to see this brand not keep up to the expectations. All I can say is, they accommodated mostly my requests. I had a Mani and Pedi and gel polish. They don’t have sufficient colours and neither are their techs very good. It took a lot of coaxing for me to get simple glitter added to my nail color. Since the actual staff members were sweet, I rate this 2. However next time it is equivalent to go to the neighbourhood brand less salon and spa.as the experience is the same.

This place has amazing vibe with professional staff and calm ambience. You will actually feel relaxed after your services.

Ms Amitha was amazing! The signature therapy is a really good experience - a blend of aroma therapy and hot stone therapy, perfect to get all that stress off!

I have taken full package from Cred for massage facial hair cut hair spa pedicure n threading. The service was good and they have taken time to finish each things not in a hurry at all.
