Run by 2 humble brothers, it has a fair collection of Good Books apart from catering to Printing and Stationery needs.

Owner is extremely rude and refused to hear out the problem regarding a book I purchased. He proceeded to say that he has other copies but will not give it. Don't know what to make of that.

The location is accessible. There is an okay collection and very neat books but the overall vibe is not great. It's just a bookshop not a place where a reader would like to hang out and explore.

Went today to Enquire. It was a very courteous experience. The lady at the desk (very mannered like her looks) explained the plans and I took the membership.

Very cozy place which has awesome collection of books for all ages. The proprietor is so humble and nice, she knows and give very good suggestions and recommendations about books as per your needs.

I always look for books at Chethana Book House. I am an online customer and I received the books very short period of time. Thanks to dedicated staff of Chethana Book House.

The staff and owner acts as if he is giving the books in charity, ediots, so much if attitude, I have complained to the school not to give any contact to him.

The bookstore didn't have the book I wanted. They took the trouble to get the book I wanted in a day and offered to deliver it to the hotel where I was staying without extra chargers. I appreciate their effort in accommodating the needs of their customers...

Specially for ujwala students: ujwala students don't visit this book house.because outside people and ujwala students both are get same price.so this is not advantage for ujwala students. So You can find your books anywhere there is no difference...

When we reached they were closed for lunch, still they gave us all the books we needed. The gentleman was patient courteous and very professional. Kindness gors a long way. Thank you.
