Don't ever book door delivery of foreign exchange from them. They just don't care if it gets delivered. Forget 24hrs delivery, even after a week they keep promising you it will get delivered any minute. Hundreds of phone calls to their customer care and they didn't care at all if its going to get delivered. We ended up boarding the flight without the currency.

The company should be closed down and taken to court. Waiting for 3 weeks for a refund after multiple helpdesk complaints. A definite No-No for anyone wanting forex. Bunch of crooks.

I had a horrid experience with the company. They take your money and give you a fake delivery date & time. Its only when you wait for delivery to happen, they come up with excuses and cancel your order.

MAIN PART IS THEY CHARGE YOU 2% FOR CANCELLING PAYMENT.

Customer services is pathetic. It's never connects despite of waiting for more than 15 mins. Please do not block as refundable guarantee deposit. It's quite misleading if you cancel the order. Your entire amount will be lost. Very cunning.

Bookmyforex has a very slimy way of operation. They very boldly advertise "exact" interbank rate offering for their multicurrency forex card but don't really want to offer those rates. The usual rates that they offer are almost 30-40bps higher than the interbank rates. The customer care executives will not reveal this coupon code despite being clearly asked about the 30-40bps higher rate than their advertisement claims and they will make all sort of random excuses. To actually get the exact interbank rates, you have to use "ZEROMARKUP" coupon code. BMF has disclosed this coupon code only at the very bottom of their page in extremely small font which most of the customers are bound to miss. While I don't mind paying this 30-40bps surcharge, the modus operandi is borderline unethical and needs to be called out

Had booked some currency online and paid for it upfront, the delivery was promised the next day itself. However, when nobody contacted me or turned up the next day, I tried to reach out to them, but their customer support takes forever to reach on phone or on chat. After trying for a couple of hours, someone was connected and they just promised that the delivery will happen "soon" but didn't happen next day also! Finally I got the currency the 3rd day when I was due to fly! Also, it was the maximum denomination notes and no smaller notes whatsoever, so that was also very inconvenient for me! Overall, it was a really tense and anxious experience until I got the currency as I had not made alternative arrangements! AVOID them if you want to have peace of mind!

Poor experience, same day delivery is the biggest lie, i have to travel in two days. They have taken the money and now payment is stuck. Never trust BookMyForex

So far I have done three transfers for the educational expenses of my son to USA. The whole process was very easy and every time the executives handling were very cooperative, answered all my queries and helped me well. Gaurav Gauhlaut, Ashish Rawat, and Sunny are the few names I remember. The transactions reached my son within 48 hours of booking. It also saved me from haggling for good rates with other service providers I have used.

Please do not use this service. Bank or other options are better. The promises made are not met at least in my case. Once you make payment, you need to sit and make calls with customer care at least 5-6 times which are more than 20 mins each to get connected. There is no accountability

Overall Excellent service. Good exchange rates. Entire process is online and each stage of processing is known to us. Customer Service response is perfect on email and chat. Only point to be noted is currency notes will reach us in 3 to 4 working days from the time of completion of booking. People should keep this in mind and plan accordingly

IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO GIVE RATINGS IN NEGATIVE, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN, THEY CAN ONLY GIVEN ASSURANCE NOT CARD NOR FOREX CASH ON TIME. This is one fraud company. I tried them out only because it was mentioned on their website that they are a MakeMyTrip company and ended up having a horrifying experience. The vendor partner assigned to my request simply refused to fulfill my order. Also, their customer care is never available and I ended up waiting for 20-30 minutes and not getting connected to a support agent. Stay away from this site and go with more established players like Thomas Cook or Centrum.

I learnt this the hard way, but anyone reading this shouldn’t. These guys have non existent customer care support and will not reply to customer emails, nor will the call center pick up calls, wait time is always 20 mins + whenever you call. I recommend not using them, as if you lose your card or if loading takes longer, they will not respond. I made a grave mistake, hope you do not. Find other channels, but don’t use this app or service.

WORST EVERY CUSTOMER RESPONSE TEAM, at first place i doubt if they have customer care team or not, order status is updated to "delivered" without delivering the product, no response even after raising multiple tickets. Don't depend on them, you just end up in chaos, cheapest customer service ever!

Worst company. Don't waste your time and energy for any forex here. They promise a better rate place an order then cancel it giving fake excuses and ask the customer to place another order with a worse rate. Fraud cheater company.

Once of the worst service ever. I uploaded all my documents in their app and yet the 3rd party asking for me to email all the documents again. No proper coordination between them.

The website almost always glitches. While they do offer good rates, they have a new scam. You can lock-in a rate for 3 days by paying a percentage of the entire amount which is supposed to be "guaranteed refundable". However, when I went ahead and cancelled the order because the payment wasn't going through, they refused to pay back the "refundable deposit" because I cancelled the order. The only mistake I made was a typo while sending in an email to them, which is apparently grounds to deny the refund.

Don't choose bookmyforex, worst customer service. In case of emergency definetly don't choose bookmyforex at last minute they say we can't delivery to some places in chennai

My experience was smooth. I received the currency in 6-8 hrs. I am not sure how the ratings are low may be it depends on the vendor your order goes to. My vendor was RNFI MONEY PVT LTD - BENGALURU and they did a great job. Recommended!

I have approached them for Forex Exchange, got the currencies within 12 hours. I have seen many comments like after payment, there were no response. I have gone for cash payment which went seamless.

Not recommended due to the following reasons:
- Higher exchange rate than other providers
- difficult to reach them easily through the contact number given and even the call back you get is next day

One of worst guys to deal with. I ordered forex with promise that forex will be delivered next day. It is been 3 days and still no response. Now I can't use it as I will be traveling tonight. They won't work after 4 pm and call centre is shut. Basically they take the money and keep it with them. Nice way to cheat. If you want to lose your money, deal with them. Don't be fooled by lower exchange rate.

The team as well as their vendor/channel partner just drag out the order for many days until the rates fluctuate so much that they will tell you it's no longer serviceable.
I placed an order twice which I was asked to cancel both times since their channel partner could not pick it up after calling me and scheduling the picking up so many times. They just keep blaming each other and don't focus on what solving the issue will require.
I finally went with my bank and go it done with no hassle. I will suggest don't rely on them if you are pressed for time and don't have the patience and time for many calls, all in vain.

Actually they offer best exchange rate in terms of Forex transfer. I transferred Rs. 17 lakhs abroad and it was transferred in 3 days. Even I had doubts about the company but it is legit.

I recently bought their forex card for my travel abroad, which didn't work at all thanks to their Banking Partner #YesBank.
They sold me the card with so much of enthusiasm and promptness but when I wanted their help, no reply. When I wrote them mails asking the process of unloading the card, no reply till now, its been 20 days.
How can you not take care of your customers!

Forex card still not loaded after 15 days. My trip is ending and they’re still asking for new documents everyday. When asking for a refund they’re charging 2% on top of it. Horrible service, playing games with our time and money.

Best exchange rate offered with same delivery of currency notes at the doorstep. What else can one ask for? Hope they keep up the good service.

Worst exchange company available. They charge 2% before booking and call it refundable but actually it's not. They are earnings money by cheating people.

My friend who was travelling to US for his masters took all his money in a forex card through BMF. They charged him advance of Rs. 55000 to freeze the rate saying once all the amount is loaded, they will refund it back! Little did he know that his money will be stuck with them.
It’s been almost two months and he is still waiting for his refund. God knows when they will give it back. Even the manager there is not able to give the 23 digit ARN number which can be used to track the transaction.
Please don’t use them. My friend being in the US is really having a tough time dealing with them.

Placed an order for USD by making an online payment & submitted all the required documents, as requested. On the day of the delivery, they just went unresponsive & expressed how incapacitated they were in being able to deliver my currency on time. With absolutely no time to find a local vendor & my flight being on the weekend, I had to arrange for my Currency at the airport since even the refund would take about a week. They have a horrendous call support team which absolutely lacks empathy & has been rendered handicapped by the management, apparently!

They are absolutely worst! Their customer service is pathetic. They don't deliver on the same day as they claim. They don't answer properly. Their delivery executives never call you and every customer care executive have different answers. DO NOT USE THEM. I almost lost my 80000 INR money.

Bad customer service. The guy or the girl who calls from customer service have an attitude, you won't even feel like talking to them again. The company should train the employees on how to interact with customers.

Customer care support people don't know how to talk to customer. They talk rudely. They will talk in such away that we are doing some kind of crime if we visit there site and see the rates and quotes.

Horrible experience. To unload the card, they asked us to visit bank (cant be done online) and that too twice. First to go and submit documents and later after two days to collect DD.

Do t go to this people. Get forex at any local exchange. If you pay online you won't get currency or card in time and no one respond to your querry. If you have 1 month period then only deal with this careless people

Uffff what a terrible company! It's been 3 days, I've placed an order and they keep telling me to expect an agent in 15 minutes and he never shows up. Now they say they can't accept my order and will cancel it - something about demonitization in the UK! Would never recommend!

I would have given 0 stars if there was the option. They will keep on calling you till you make your payment. But once payment is done, then they are no where to be seen or receive the call. You keep on calling them, mostly they won't receive. If they at all receive, they will promise delivery in another 2 hours which won't happen untill 2-3 days have past.

This company is one of the example of how bad policies and no ownership in customer facing employees can be a screw-up. I placed an order to buy 10,000 Thai Baht from this website and I opted to lock-in the rates as I didn't want any surprises at the last moment. I was assured same day delivery by the customer executive and but I got no delivery.

The next day I decided to cancel my order and buy from a local forex shop, but then the money I paid as REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (for rates lock-in) will not be refunded if I don't buy forex from them. Why do you call the deposit REFUNDABLE then?

Anyways, I decided to go ahead and buy the currency, but since I already got some I wanted to reduce the amount of currency. Event this was not allowed!

The customer executive I got in touch don't really care about the order or whether I remain their customer, their usual reply is " If you want your REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to be refunded, go ahead with the order" as if they've never heard of any customer modifying their order.

A word of advice for anyone who is wishing to use their services, please DON'T unless you want to waste your time. The best option is to just go to a local forex shop and make hassle free transaction there.
