Kranthi helped me booking the gold package as per my requirement. I just booked the surprise in morning and same day they delivered a very good service with all the surprises even though it was heavily raining. Kudos for the promise by Kranthi!

******Unprofessional and probably just cheats****
I booked "Under the Gazebo Candle Light Dinner" with them and paid Rs 6999/- on 5th September for 8th September evening. Since the time I booked, I started calling and followups. No one responded to calls after continuous calls. I kept calling and expecting a response. On 6th afternoon someone picked my calls and said we have written to the restaurant and waitifor a reply. They said will come back to me in one hour. Since then they stopped picking calls. Next day, I started calling again but no avail. Finally on 8th around 11, they picked my call and said they are still waiting for a reply from restaurant. I told them to cancel the booking as they are Unprofessional and irresponsible. They said I will get the money in one hour. I called again after an hour. After 3 calls, they finally responded saying my money will be refunded using payumoney and that will take 24 hours. It's been 48 hours and I am still waiting for my money. They spoilt my plan to take my wife for dinner and they have neither refunded the money nor picked.my calls. Please stay away from these fakes.
The best part, when you search for them on Google, you get a Koramangala address which I visited on 8th. There is an empty building and no one knows about Bookthesurprise there. So all points to a fake setup. I got caught in their net but anyone else reads it, please stay away.

It was awesome experience. My sister was pleasantly surprised and I was very happy to give them this kind of a surprise.

I had to plan birthday surprise for my fiancé and as I stay abroad, I decided to give this a try instead of routine formal celebrations. We have reached out the team at the last min directly as Online bookings are to be made two days before and “Roohi” was quite good and helped on explaining the available possibilities at the least available time to surprise at Mid Night.

The Team have well executed the surprise with possible Inclusions of the event. Though they couldn’t make the fireworks happen due to concerns and availability at most minute.the rest of all the arrangements were very good.

My fiancé and her friends are very well impressed with the arrangements and the live guitar strings as the house located on Rooftop, It was quite very good experience.

I suggest you to book atleast a day before or two, to not miss using all of their Offerings of the surprise packages, so they can plan in advance.
