Had a very nice experience here. Sowmya has done face cleanup, pedicure so well. And Ali has done my best haircut till date.

I had gone there with all sceptical mind and reading good reviews about Mr Ali, and I wasn't disappointed. He is skilled and got me good hair cut based on my face. He knows what he was doing, decent and good expertise.

Today visited this salon, got services from Pramila and Ali, Pramila was very good with waxing and facial, and Ali did my root touch up also suggested with the hair colour.
Overall I am satisfied and would like to come again.

I had visited Bounce one month back for Botox treatment. Mr. Raj who is the style director suggested the best one for my hair after checking my hair condition. It was a good experience. Stylist Anya did the hair cut, colour and styling for me. Plus it was my first time coloring my hair. She was polite enough to answer my questions on changing my hairstyle and what would look good on me. She also gave suggestions and recommendations on how to maintain this hair and products to use for it. Although it is expensive.

I came in to get my hair cut and colored. The stylist Mahesh did a great job. He was very kind letting me know about all the steps he was doing. His color correction was totally amazing (pretty clear from before and after pic). I have VERY thick hair and it’s very hard to manage and he thinned it well and was precise with how much hair I asked him to cut. The rest of the staff were also nice as well! I’ve finally found my spot to go to when it comes to hair. I highly recommend!

My experience with bounce electronic city was amazing. I did a keratin treatment from here. Sumanth was an expert in this area and his service was excellent. As the hair treatments are a long procedure, Sumanth ensured throughout this period I am comfortable and I got very good results. I would visit again and highly recommend

I visited Bounce Electronic City outlet on 7th June for a haircut. At first I was sceptical given the covid situation, but once I reached there I was pleasantly surprised at all the measures staff is taking there to ensure saftey and hygiene standards are met. Regular use of sanitizer, providing PPE, sanitizing all the tools and chairs regularly, I am impressed and would recommend to everyone reading this review to visit Bounce for your salon needs.

I would like to mention Mahesh specifically, who ensured the best service was given to me, my husband and my 3.5 year old daughter. Thank you!

My experience with Bounce was just amazing. Aaniya has magic in her hands, she is an expert and fabulous at her job. I was extremely scared before going as i have a very frizzy hair and lot of breakage.i love my hair now. Safety and precautionary measures were well taken care. He is so meticulous, detail oriented enthusiastic person. I haven't visited any salon for the last three years. He cleared my queries and concerns properly. I have extremely long hair. He patiently styled my hair as per my needs. He is a such a positive person. I was literally tension free. My hair felt so lively after the hair cut. I went for keratin treatment. The support staff are very cordial and professional. Mahesh did the keratin treatment on my hair. He kept explaing me throughout the process. My 3rd visit to bounce was horrible. A lady with the title senior stylist cut my hair with no care at all.

Such a poor haircut for which I had to pay 1k. I visited another salon right after this to get my issues corrected. That's how pathetic the service was.

Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. I went for a Haircut, where I wanted to only trim my hair a bit and give it a nice style. But the stylist argued with me over to take another service and shorten my hair without my notice and the behavior was really rude. In the middle of the service, all of sudden she started checking my temperature saying I have fever and started speaking rudely to me. I had gone to bounce couple of times before but this time was the last time ever I went to this salon.

My experience at Bounce was fantastic. The style director Raj, spent time talking to me about my hair, then proceeded to share realistic options to suit my face type. He then proceeded to very meticulously and methodically approach the task at hand. No one has ever spent more than an hour on 10 inches of hair, but he did. So, that is the level of detailing he delves into. Since he is the senior most person, his charges are the highest but you are more than happy to pay for a job really well done.

The staff are clearly experts at what they do and are really polite as well. Special mention of Raj - the style director there who is a master at his art. Extremely happy with my hair cut. Mr Anil, the sr stylist did a good work. I went to have long Bob cut, but when consulted with him, he gave me his opinion and went with short layer cut. Of course layer is never out of fashion. He dis explained me every thing and did a great job. The staffs were extremely pleasant and was a great vibe inside the salon. Din had to wait a bit even though I reached 20 mnts early.
