Poor bus staff and no time, no arrangements for hotel and passengers, bus full over loaded gallery too

No proper response man gets angry in wat ever we ask I don't recommend it Worst service I had never experienced this kind of services.
Staff behavior was very rude and lot of arguments wear made with passengers.

I have booked BR Travels bus for Pune Karad in 1800. The time of train to go from Jodhpur is 4 p.m. Its time is Karad to Pune ask second day time is 8 p.m when the train is lost from village side via Siwana Balotra Sanchore Jalore Does not tell the customer it will take so much time, it is your luck when you have the right to ask for the right time, while the opposite answer is given to the customer, it is your luck, when will the vehicle reach in 7 hours, the vehicle is getting late, there is no trust on the customer, please customer It is requested that at what time such a vehicle will reach, there is no assurance of such a vehicle, note down the vehicle number. BR TRAVEL JODHPUR TO BANGLORE Take care of this vehicle not good service note AC cooling. Very very bed service bus BR Travel

Worst ever. Pls dont book. They dont pick u up from the pickup nor drop you at the told place. And more over then dont speak properly. Bad mouth

Not reactive much but good service to send material from Bangalore to Mumbai, Surat, Baroda, Ahmedabad, Pune, Jodhpur etc

Please don't use BR travel service

Worst services ever, no hygiene maintained whole bus was dirtly and smelly, says the provide charging facilities but actually plugs were not working, even behaviour is worst shall never travell with BR.

Over crowding in bus and pure Rajasthani feel from the time u get in the bus.non of the rest room stops were clean after Karnataka.

Travelled on occasion of Diwali by giving double amount to reach destination.worst service drivers does not give respect to the passengers. They only stop when they feel hungry and if they want to answer nature's call. Bus brokedown in between no information given to passengers. They only want to make money.

Third Class service. The bus was broken in between the journey. We had to change the new bus and I paid for the sleeper class but steel I had to cover more than 500 Km while seating on my legs. There was no place for seating and in 2 seats they seated 4 people. I had to suffer a lot physically and mentally. They didn't provide the refund as well and their answers are worse. Never book a bus in B R TRAVELS.

Recently travelling from br travels but experience was very bad they treat peoples like animals no seat to seat passengers system they are add passengers and luggage inside like dumping yard

My brother travel recently Bangalore to Rajasthan his destination was Bangalore to bilara but they leave in Pali only and told him to go your destination in city bus bad service

But the staff was too worst!
The even don't have manners how to talk passengers!

Very very bad services and dirty bus.please don't book anybody with this cheater company.it is minus minus ranking according we face issue.ghete bakre ki tarah admi ko bharte he ekdam local bus ki tarah and very bad smell in bus.itne full load of transport luggage and bich ki galary me bhi logo se bhar dete he bus ko ki aisa lagta hai ki jail me bhare hue e.please government don't allow this type of buses.accident can happened by overloaded bus in long journey.then who will responsible? Please anybody don't book bus Varna bad me pastaonge

Very poor travels and very bad, ghtiya service, so many people in bus like Bombay local train, plz esme koe nae aana koe bhi safety ku6 bhi nahi third class, third kya eska koe class hi nahi nonsense

POOR SERVICE. WORST EXPERIENCE AS A PASSENGER. Over accomodation of passengers and follows illegal guidelines and also DOES NOT FOLLOWS COVID GUIDELINES
I WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT ON THIS SERVICES ASAP TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITY LEVEL. IT DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE A SINGLE STAR.

More than 15 passengers are sitting in gallery and they keep saying everyone that there will be seat available at next stop. And keeps adding people.

People with registered tickets are removed from their respective seats lateron.

15 passengers are travelling from Banglore to Gujarat/rajasthan by sitting in gallery and they fine us the same amount ranging from 1000-2000.

This service need to be stopped for betterment of people's safety and security.
Please help us doing this

Worst service ever, no time management, no basic amenities it's more over like an local bus were they keeping taking people in gallery, I would suggest not to travel in this bus when we are paying the same amount as off VRL and SRS but the service provided by them and here is so much of difference. Not professional, really disappointed with travel experience.

Not at all good bus. It's shows it will reach mumbai from bangalore in 15 hours but it took 22 hours for me to reach and reaching home different. And they took extra people in bus who were sitting and sleeping on the floor of the bus. Which was difficult to walk. Very bad point bus was too late.

Bad service.

First of all we had a bus departure time from Pune to Bangalore at 22nd December 7: 30pm and it arrived 1 hour late. There was no proper communication - since it has two names MR and BR travels.

After picking us and they stopped for dinner at 9: 50pm. From 10: 40pm there was no stops anywhere in between for toilet breaks, the driver and helper were rude and talking nonsense that there are no toilet stops. I am not sure of other state highways but in Karnataka you can find plenty of fast food and restaurants for a quick stop for toilets. After fighting with driver they stopped at some small petrol station which again there was no water and very inconvenient for female passengers.

Once my friend and I shouted at driver and spoke to BR travels office they stopped for a breakfast/toilet break around 10am. Which was absolutely ridiculous. Imagine the plight of women who we’re in the bus for such long duration- for men it’s easy to pee on roads.

Hopeless bus service, it was worst experience.

Bus was dirty and they had let other passengers occupy the booked seats on others name. They had let more passengers who were sleeping on walkways.
This is not the way you operate the bus service. We missed travelling in SRS/VRL because of tickets unavailability.

I absolutely Will NOT recommend MR / BR travels to anyone.

I will never ever travel with B R Travels. This has been my worst experience with any bus company.
Journey is from Pune to Bangalore. The bus came from Rajasthan and picked my friend and I from Pune at 9: 30 PM last night.
1. They were 2 hours late.
2. The last stop he made for dinner was at 10 PM last night. He never stopped for any toilet breaks from last night. Many ladies fought and my friend fought twice, in spite of it he never stopped. Today morning at 8 AM, I picked a fight and threatened him to complain to bus provider. After which he stopped at a petrol bunk which even the bunk owners said the toilet was not in a position to be used.
3. It has been 9: 40 AM, he hadn’t stopped for coffee or breakfast. I had to call B R Travels office, after their intervention he has stopped the bus at a restaurant.
Not to forget, the bus is extremely dirty and they had exchanged our seats with others. And there were extra people he had picked up who slept on the walkway/floors.
Just to note the price for this horrendous experience is around INR 6000 for two people.
