We had got admitted in this hospital housekeeping persons behaved very rudely 2 days over they have not changed the diaper and bedsheets to my dad when we asked the sisters they said we have not recieved the bedsheets from Laundry from 2 days is this the way they run the hospital and nurses are not knowledgeable at all. We have paid more than 4 lakhs to this hospital, we came to this hospital only for Dr venkataramana but worst management ever seen kindly look into this issues and resolve immediately this should not happen to others. Kindly beware of this hospital.

Dr. Venkataramana is the best nuro surgeon we came across. 50% of the problem is reduced just by spending 10minutes. Soft spoken person.

Had a 1st hand experience today with my father, seeing my father collapse infront of me but not a single soul of staff to even chk the pulse and give first aid.

Recently we performed brain surgery of my father at Brain's hospital to remove the cancerous tumor (GBM grade 4 cancer) but lost our father due to a post surgery complication (internal brain bleeding). Overall the hospital experience was not satisfactory.

Pros:

N K Venkatramana is a reputed brain surgeon who has performed over 25000 surgeries and won various awards. Hence, we went with this hospital. He has good team of surgeons supporting him.

Cons:
1. Hospital facilities: Hospital does not have MRI scanning internally. They use external center MRI scanning (Celera). This is very risky in any brain surgery since precious time could be lost taking the patient for external center scanning in critical condition. Also, if there are surgery complications there is no other experts such as pulmonologists or cardiologist to provide critical advice.

2. Hospital staff: The hospital cleaning and support staff do not seem to have any patient management experience such as changing diapers, patient support.

3. Risks not explained. The surgeon team including Venkataramana did not explain the risks involved in the complicated brain surgery before the surgery. In most brain surgery patient death is a possibility and hence patients family member need to be aware of the risks before going for the surgery. The surgeon team seem to be very confident before the surgery but did not even provide hint about the risk involved.

Overall, Please think twice before going to this hospital for complicated brain surgeries such as Tumor removal since Hospital facilities at this time is not suited for complicated surgeries.

The hospital may have the name “super speciality” but they do not have a proper team.

1. They do not have a cardiologist and pulmonologist available to provide critical advice, when it is important for them to be present for any brain related treatment.

2. The hospital staff do not care for the patient, especially in the ICU when the patient is in critical condition. They do not give proper treatment at all.

3. They put fear in the patient and patients family by not giving proper answers. They do not tell about the risks after the surgery but ensure the patient is going to be “fine”.

4. They are short staffed, especially at night
There will be no doctor at night for emergency care.

5. They have one intention which is too make money out of every patient.

6. The cleaning staff don’t have any experience in keeping the ward rooms clean and ask for payment to do their work, their is no hygiene in the hospital.

7. The doctors are rude and would not listen to our pleas when asked about my mother’s condition - they would not tell her proper condition and would not listen to our troubled doubts and questions.

8. This hospital does not have any proper facilities, they don’t have an indoor MRI! They don’t have a backup generator in the hospital and when the power goes the hospital becomes completely dark! This can cause a huge issue with patients in ICU

I recommend all of you to not go to this hospital because they will send you or your loved one back in a box. Please go to a hospital that has a proper team with a cardiologist and pulmonologist and trained staff. This place is not a hospital but a cemetery.

They give anaesthesia for a prolonged period of time which will affect the patients health. Venkat Ramanna doesn’t perform these surgeries! He comes in late to guide the others but he himself doesn’t perform them.

Dr Anmol and Neeranjana both perform the surgeries along with Jaidev and these people are inexperienced.

There are other hospitals which give actual and genuine treatment land have proper and trained team like - Sparsh, Vikram and Apollo.

Please do not go to this horrible hospital at any cost, we made a huge mistake in taking my mother and lost her after 11 days in the ICU after they performed a surgery on her to remove a cyst like tumour. They told us there would be no serious complications but they lied to us.

Dr pramod m is the worst orthopedic surgeon in this world. Please don't consult him even if it is a life saving emergency. Worst doctor ever

Horrible hospital, I recommend staying at home rather than visiting this hospital. All the doctors do is scare you about your health condition when it's not required. It's extremely commercial they charge 4-5 times the market rates for any investigations.

I am not even sure how hygienic the place is. I doubt the patient I was caring for developed an infection at the hospital premises.

Dr Venkatramana is very good and experienced he treats very well for doctor we can give 5star but the staff is worst they don’t have time value they just send people who come with influence, they gave appointment at 11 but we met dr at 3 how can a diabetic patient sit for such a long time without lunch very horrible experience

Very poor service reception person chitchatting another contact when I am ask she’s not not respond. Well last 20 minutes with patient. I am waiting simply very bad experience.

AVN Injection is fraud don’t go any one today I spoke to one of the person who is taken injection for avn his stage is progressed and Bangalore doctor Raghavendra is telling that it is reversed from stage 4 to 1 people they are fooling by faking results.his not genuine if you want any details mail me

Dr. N K Venkataraman is undoubtedly one of the best neurosurgeons in the country. He is a life savior for my mother who was suffering from brain tumor. The entire process of diagnosis, operation and recovery went well and smooth. It was only possible because of Dr. Venkataraman and his team especially Dr. Anmol, Dr. Niranjana and Dr. Preethi whose treatment and regular monitoring helped in the entire process of her convalescence. All other staff members at Brains Hospital were extremely helpful and friendly. The Hospital itself has a very positive vibe which give patients a hope of recovery. Also special thanks to Ms. Jyothi for guiding and helping us during the process.

Dr Venkata Ramana Sir has been a saviour and a wonderful doctor. He is the best person and doctor one can go for any Neuro Surgery. He operated me twice and his team is also a wonderful Hema who takes care of patients.

Worst hospital in Bangalore…it’s a hell for patients to get admitted…. The staff are so rude and inexperienced…. Mainly the hospital doesnt have a license and are still running the hospital

Fraud hospital functioning without license in metropolitan city like Bangalore is shocking. The staff and doctors are inexperienced working only for money and for the sake of service. The whole department and especially the admin head subhashini is the worst person there who is never bothered of the patient and is very rude when it comes to billing.

I had taken my father to Brains Hospital as he used to have frequent epileptic bouts. We met Dr Joshi EV who examined him and prescribed medicines. It has been a year now he is fine and he hasn’t got any seizures. I highly recommend Dr Joshi.

(a) Registration process and Pandemic precautions was impressive.
(b) Consulted with Neurologist "Dr. Aravinda R". He was tolerant, forbearing to perceive my condition, explanatory towards prescription of tests, results and treatment; which gives me a100% confidence to suggest him as sincere and blessed Doctor.
* (c) Radiology Department (MRI) - The budgeted amount for my tests went almost double which caused some money withdrawal issues due to security features on my accounts. It was painful to go out and fetch hard cash from a bank or come back another day or split the MRI sessions; a strenuous & grief-stricken moment; as I wanted to some how complete the 90minutes MRI and know the results.
> Team at the MRI Reception (especially Ms. Savitha R) empathized and responded beyond her responsibility to intelligently find a way to withdraw funds from my account and fulfill the payment. { THIS NOTION BY "Ms. SAVITHA R IS CREDITABLE". My uncle got admitted under Dr. Venkataramana for Neuro surgery.we are very worried about the treatment but she is discharged and totally normal now after one month.excellent services by the staff.iam very much satisfied with the hosppital

This is one of the worst hospital in entire Bangalore. They did setup few years back, so by taking huge money from patients they wants to establish. Doctors, nurses, receptionists are very rude and not co-operative. Now comes treatment wise, they are very bad. They does not have experienced team of doctors, because of their carelessness only we lost our beloved aunty. After admitted to this hospital only she has developed lots of infection. They just don't know how to take care a patient. I strongly recommend that don't come to this hospital with your patient.

SSNMC Super Speciality Hospital - COVID 19 patient was admitted to SSNMC Super Speciality Hospital yesterday night at around 9: 30 PM. Insurer pre-booked a bed for him through some personal connect. He has been put up in a room with 4 beds.
On Arrival, faced stiff resistance from hospital in terms of availability of beds and admission fee. After insurance TPA's intervention it took almost 2 hours in the admission process. Despite being a network hospital, they asked employee to pay 40K today morning.

Got Spine Surgery Done at the Hospital. Excellent Team of Neurologist. Post surgery follow ups are taken care responsibly from Hospital end.

This place has many senior doctors amd consultants in all departments.
The pricing compared to other hospitals is low.
The staff is friendly.
There is not much crowd here as i know from past 4 months.
They have small canteen and there is also a coffe day outlet.
