Does not have any proper facilities, its hot with no ventilation and pays coaches peanuts also late payment. Apart from this, their learning books are full of mistakes, no listening IELTS or speaking material, coaches have to provide their computer system and headphones etc free of cost to help the students learn. End of the day because of such horrible management, students complain at all times. Batches arent maintained properly based on lesson plan. Several teachers including myself have left because this institute always focusses on cheap pay and minting money from students with wrong knowledge imparted. I will share photos of material and facilities aswell if i still have them as ive stopped working with them for 4 year now!

I wish I could rate it lower than 0 stars. Coming back to my case, my file was handled by two consultants. Mr. Sandeep and Mr. Naveen. Both of them had suggested sub-par universities and were very poor with follow ups and communication. To top it, they also lost my transcripts and other documents. The reason they cited was ridiculous! - "We changed our office". I want a refund as I am highly disappointed. Please do not go and waste your precious time and money with them. They did not even help me with my SOP and did not even follow up with the universities I had shortlisted.

If you are looking to joining Brainstorm Consulting company.
Don't even think of its name. Rethink 100 times before joining this Company.

Due to lock down we agreed to work for a less package than the previous one, without PF medical benefits, The MD VYS Rao and GM Kumar, cares you like a anything at the time of joining. Just hopes and lies. They say, they will provide complete training, they treat you like their family members, Pls dont fall prey for such kind words. The offer letters will have 10 conditions which are irrelevant for these days. Says 12 months conditions not to join its competitors, but doesn't know who the competitors are.

My friends said once that these 2 brothers are unbelievable. No respect for employees But once you are in, you have conditions. This is true.

From the day 1, Kept on saying that they would share all training materials, but No training manuals No process CRM training even after 1 week. The training was pathetic, couldn't explain in simple words. Lots of confusion. There are 100 programs, not even explained a bit of it.

They didn't even share the JD to its employees. The handover didn't had any explanation or a meeting to explain the role of an employees, Big loop hole Management's communication. They don't even communicate it directly, instead they ask someone to communicate on their behalf. Hierarchy is just for a sake. They set high expectations at the time of hiring, that you have growth blah blah blah, we protect its employees as family.
A weeks later Management planned to take a break for lock down without pay.but didn't even explain this employees that its going to be without pay break. Instead they ask the REPORTING MANAGER to help the management to convince team to go for a break without pay.

When employees didn't agree & asked to pay compensation for the break, The management named it as " Threatening " Rude and Unprofessional behavior from employees.

This is how company treats you like a family and protects it a employees.
Old Employees have bad relationship with Management and don't even care about it. They want some puppets to work for them and manage their business. Its been a week, they didn't even acknowledge email nor agreed to pay the week's salary.

PLEASE RETHINK BEFORE JOINING HERE. DONT FALL PREY.

Very good management and staff, they help you with everything. The IELTS training is really good, I got band 8 with just two weeks of training from Jyothi Ma'am who is excellent in her field. A must recommend.

Brainstorm Consulting:
I visited this place to enroll only for IELTS training and not for any abroad consulting. So I was given an option of both. However, I chose to just go with the IELTS as my consultation was done somewhere else already.
They usually provide a 2 month by default training classes for IELTS for 7K. With that said, it's not that you cannot reduce the classes or time taken to prepare for your training. I took 20 days regular 10 AM classes except Monday, as it was a week off for my lecturer. If you are good with English (I mean with Grammer, Pronunciation, A bit of fluency) then remaining things like the tips and tricks for IELTS and Usage of different vocabulary while speaking or writing will be provided to you in the class. There are mock test given every weekend and there are also such test on demand on weekdays. Even speaking mock tests are taken. In short, these are flexible classes. They have a faculty named Jyoti, who trained me as well. She is real good with what she does. She is a British counsil certified professional and has the skills to provide you with proper tips and knowledge with the IELTS exams and how to get a higher band in it. She trains for TOEFL, PTE as well.
I am kinda comfortable with English and hence I had to get some knowledge on how the IELTS exams are and how can we get a higher score. Also just be at a safer side as we spend around 14K for the IELTS booking, I thought investing in the classes would not be a bad option.
