Brand Factory once it was Good shopping mall and now they stopped new product and sells only stock clearance to close the mall

Good collection of branded clothes, slightly expensive. Escalators are not functioning. Post COVID, the place is not maintained well.

I have visited more brand factory but this is good at blazer and suit collections. Staffs really helpful in getting your things.

We went for Christmas shopping, there were no sizes in whatever we choose. Also staffs are not proactive, they keep talking to themselves and ignore customers. Billing experience was horrible, they took so long to attend very few customers.

They say buy 2 and get 2 free but once when you reach the billing counter they say this is not applicable on this etc, their staff members only don't know what the actual scheme is especially the billing team and the behavior of the billing supervisor is so rude. When we say we will talk to the manager they don't allow us to do so. Such a useless store

Only Stock Clearness dress are available. Disappointed! Not as per expectations. No much discounts as they give advertise.

Collections were very less compared to earlier days.

Multiple brands are available in single place but varities very less for each brands.

All premium brand clothes for men and women available here. Puma and Addidas shoes are very cheap here in festival times. Overall nice experience.

I am not really happy with the customer service through infrastructure facility.

This escalator is not working from more 2 years. I have to climb and get down in the same escalator, as the length of the each step is double than normal step size. You will lose your entire shopping mood by these things.

I am regular customer to this but I will never visit again and come back upset.

I started visit Brand factory from 2015. They have very good brands of clothes available with affordable price with two wheeler and four wheeler parking availability. Also, they have good discounts available at all time such as, Buy One Get One, Buy one at 10% off or Buy two at 30% off. On the other hand, two wheeler parking needs to be taken care as it is not very spacious over there.

Does not have much collection. Price is not fair.they have increased MRP and selling for discounts.brand factory is not like before.

Offers are not so good in all brands except a few. U need to search the whole floor and then decide Yourself for the best deals available. The Employees are so confused and not oriented much. Perhaps, they keep changing their shifts and are unaware of the Stocks / sizes.
Billing Queue should be improvised to ensure timely, hazzle free billing without much waiting period.

I don't like brand factory product but still I have visited this store to check out if this change my thoughts. It fell like all products are used by someone means second hand. It looks old clothes market. Don't buy only for brand name better go for 1st copy.

Affordable, great deals will recommend it.

The product of the factory is not worth for their price.the elevator of the foot steps are not working.nothing to say any more.worst

Offers are not clearly known to sales men. They tell one thing and at the billing counter they tell other thing. Make sure sales men know exactly how offer works.
Escalators aren't working since few months. Only one lift is in working condition. No air conditioning and proper fans due to which customers suffocate and sweat.

"No extra offers are provided even though you purchase worth 1 lakh" This is what I received from the shop manager

The staff was really polite and helpful.
The collection was good.
We couldn't find XXL and XXXL for some peices.
The quality of the collections has gone down a bit

Worst place no size and no basic rules followed and they are rude to us when we asked about the sizes they were not trying to help us. Saying people have gone for namaaz. We can see them just roaming here and there but not helping customers.

It has lost its charm post covid19 lockdown, the apparels now are of very cheap quality and not properly stitched. Looks like brand factory is procuring rejected and defective clothes from the manufacturers.

Worst shopping ever, Lifts and elevators not working and staff horrible behaviour. The person at counter was tooo rude.they act as if they are doing favour. Not a good experience I will never ever visit here again

Clothed m environment was good with good discount but there was no proper toilets for gents n for ladies under renovation atleast they might make one toilet ready before renovation. It's really tough for ladies. They kept gents toilet ready.

Very good place for shopping cloth specially cotton jeans and formal shirt and they also have jeans and stylist shirt collection if you want formal cloth you must visit this place and for ladies there is a floor dedicated to it having huge collection and also one thing they kept mostly branded cloth with good quality at reasonable price you can get shirt between 800-1200 very huge collection same price range for cotton jeans they kept offers most of the time as if you buy item value 3000rs you will get 150cashback plus 450 movie Boucher go and visit it

Check bthe clothes properly before buying.some of the clothes that I bought seems to be old just after a few washes

4 stars for great offers and good quality clothes! A star is missing as there was no air conditioning, stuffy and the whole shopping experience was ruined because of that! I don't know if it's like that everyday or whether there was something wrong with the ac on the day I visited.

Best Brand factory outlet in Bangalore when compared with other outlets. Staff is helpful and clothes are arranged in proper manner. Here, staff helps us in showing the clothes which is nowadays missing in big showroom outlets.

Very good place for shopping specially formal shirts or cotton jeans collection huge collection is there and the quality of clothes are also very good they kept mostly branded item with reasonable price and for ladies also one floor is dedicated with lots of collection and there always offer there go and visit once

Cheating the customers by offering discounts and charging extra money as GST. Offered 40 discount and charged 12% GST extra. So actual discount is only 28%. For non discount items MRP is including GST.

Wide range of brands with that good sale too. Parking was quite ok. Collection was also good. One can buy variety of brands in low price.

You will get variety of brands here and offer's too but they'll add 5% tax on while bill at last. Thats not satisfactory.

Am visiting brand factory almost from 10 years now and they have all 365 days with special offers. Brand factory a one stop destination for apparals, shoes and accessories.
It's a part of future group. Shop is of 3 floor and in each bifurcated for ladies, gents and children.
Check for the good discounts and go for the shopping.

The check out cab be made less time taking.and store rules of closing store at 9: 30 is illogical since its Bangalore and everyone will need a bit more time after office hours

One of the worst brand factory outlet. No good collections, most of the dresses are damaged so before purchasing any garments please check thoroughly and don't get fooled by their offers, AC is not functioning properly, staffs do not have proper knowledge about the products and are very rude.

Overall quite good. Bought two pants of my correct waist size. Only bother was the trial rooms crowded even early morning around 11 am. They can have some more trial rooms.

Products are overpriced, so even if you get offer it feels costlier.
And quality of products is not up to the mark as the brand has elsewhere.
