A big outlet for cloth shopping. More staffs are there to help in each section. Always on discounts but what i see is that will be normal price for that material cloth. They simply raise the price in MRP tag and announce discounts as I have compared the same brands online.
If you are shopping in bulk this will be good place otherwise you can buy from online in my opinion.

I went shopping this weekend as they had an offer, but they have misleading discounts, and hidden terms and conditions.

One can find variety clothings and shoes at 30-50% discount most of the times. Sometimes you don't find the right size.

My amount was double swiped during billing, they are telling stories from past 1 Month. Still amount not yet refunded.
There is no seriousness about customers.
If a customer give ₹1 less also u won't bill nd proceed thn how can u this much negligency about customer amount that too double swiped nd simply telling stories.

Absolute chaos! The store seems to have some decent collection but the staff is not helpful or accommodating. And always a lot of delay at the billing. Not sure if I will shop there again!

You will get all kinds of branded shirts & trousers for men. They have ladies section too. They provide a good discount on clothes & accessories.

This place is just amazing there is no other place like this where you can get varity of branded clothes and you can always rely on this store for varity of dress, you get kids, women's, men's all kind of apperel at one shop this has been recently changed to fasion factory

Worst service by the staffs who were selling footwears especially Adidas and puma they don't even bother to help you out or at least ask what we need

Nice wide variety of collections available at discounted rate 365 days. Almost all brands are available at affordable rates I think it's really waste to go for official outlets because there you ll get only mrp rates but here same brand but discouned rates. Really awesome

Worst experience they mix all clothing and tell maximum discounts. When you go to billing counter and once bill is generated they will tell the item is not under disciunt category. They should have atleast put the discount price including gst. Fake offers. Wide range of brands are not available.

All the brands under one roof. Especially for gents. But you won't get the color or design of your choice. What is available one can buy. The pricing is definitely very attractive and with offers its a good deal. There are adequate staff at each counters but not of use to customers as they are busy with their colleagues talking. Billing area needs improvement to tackle the rush. It will take at least 15-20 min before you can get to the billing area. The dresses are sometimes thrown in most of the sections and not properly organised. Management needs to pay attention to lots of things.

Less Crowd on Sale Time as the location is bit inside. So, you will find good collection of clothes as there are less people who visit.

Wide variety of brands with good quality. But it's only good for men, for women less variety is there.

Budget places to buy clothes, they provide offers in all brands but the quality of the product looks mediocre. If you buy during festival seasons you can get more offer. It has around 4 floors specific to men, women and children. Also they have shoes but those looks too old.

When you visit them on weekends it takes more time to wait for trail rooms, so if your not having much time to wait it's better not to visit on weekends

Brand factory be it anywhere is very poor in quality as well as collection. I visited the bangalore brand factory and same was the case. Although they give huge discounts and offers most of the time but it is not worth it.

I visited the outlet and was very disappointed on wasting my time. There was the offer going on for purchase 5 apparels at 999 and I was very excited but to be disappointed because the collection was not at all good. Even if I found 2 or 3 good ones 5 was beyond imagination. I therefore had to leave all of them because otherwise it was not worth the price.

Leaving the offer also I visited the other part of the store where there was 50% discounts but then the store did not have much to give. One top was there, a branded one but the quality seemed so poor that it looked like a fake one. The material was so thin that it looked like in one wash the material would tear away and this was the case for a branded one. What can one expect from a non branded one.

Coming to the service, there was a part where backpacks were kept and it said 70% or something discount and not only 1 piece but 2 to 3 same products were available in the same rack. When we went for the billing they said it was only on 40% off and that the products were misplaced. Had it been one product I would have agreed but all the same products were misplaced this was a little awkward. However we went to complain to customer care desk and they were really not interested to listen to us. They just gave us a notebook and told us to write our complain but nothing was done above that. We did not receive any calls or messages regarding that.

Brand factory is not at all a good place of you want quality clothes because neither is the quality good, nor the collection and the service is pathetic. In kolkata we get t24 recharges on purchase but here I was not given anything. Also the payback points are not given and we are just told to complain here and there as if we do not have better work. So brand factory for me is a big no in all aspects.

Could not find a lot of brands as it's name. Also the outfits are not too great to catch your eyes. Located next to Big Bazaar and is under construction

Good shop to buy top branded fashion garments. Fashion for all age groups are available here. The shop is spread across a sprawling four floors. Discounts are provided most of the times during the year. The best time to shop here is during festive season to bag really good deals and latest fashion. Parking is available inside the premises.

Horrible experience in payment counter. Executives at the counter were not experienced. They had lot of doubts. People in front of me were waiting so much. I also had to wait at least an hour.
