Great studio for suspension training. Amazing trainers and one of the best fitness centres in Bangalore. I would always recommend Breakthrough Studio. They also have an amazing online program for fitness where we could sit anywhere in the world and get trained. Great team.

As a beginner who disliked workouts and never continued any workout plans for more than 3 days or less, this training still keeps me excited and motivated to continue. It is almost 2 weeks into the training and every day I look forward for the new type of workouts that is arranged for us. Excellent planning by the breakthrough studio to keep the online workout sessions interesting.

Sherene is absolutely a firecracker.she makes exercising fun whether it's in studio or online. Even though I have a lot of physical challenges. I can see the changes starting within a month which I haven't seen with any other fitness class I have tried.
