As a vendor don't supply to Bren builder.they are worst pay master. They dont pay vendors in time n apartment Quality also poor.

I have bought from Bren Corporation project, During sale everything is fine, but after sales service is pathetic, CRM team and Customer care service is worst then you can imagine. Think twice before dealing with Bren Corporation. You have to beg them to get information about project and registration. (Raja, Bindu etc are they name of CRM team)

I have been interacting with Bren senior people for my apartment but seems once you are trapped with their fancy and false promises they don’t even bother about you

Bren is one of the most irresponsible builders.they provide all false information about the project. Among all other Bren Champion square is the worst. There are more than 400 flats here but the entry and exit gate itself is disputed. There is illegal encroachment from champions group on entry/exit gates and pathways. Constant issues with electricity backup and many more. CRM will never respond post purchase. Don't spoil your hard earned savings investing in Bren's property.

Please be cautious about the payments.they will just take 2 to 3 years to clear even more than that.

Not an apartment where quality construction is lacking. However it is people who have invested r staying to survive.

Construction not up to the mark. Within few months cracks, seepage and leakage can be see. Taps, seats of poor quality. No one from bren corporation revert even after repeated mails. Not recommended at all. While selling the property they never mention about swm plant nearby.

Mr Balasubramaniam, Mr Sridhar, Mr Manjunath and Mr Rohit are Really good people in Bren Corporation. They Keep their commitments on time. Keep Going. Long Live.

I Worked as a Quantity Surveyor Department in Bren Starlight Project, Avalahalli, Bangalore.
Here using Quatra Site for labor bill process.very useful
Celebrating sports Day, Ganesh Chathurti, Saraswati Pooja, very nice celebrating in side of project.
No compromise of quality and housekeeping in side of project.very good

I’m totally unhappy with Bren. These guys highly irresponsible and never respond to your call post your flat purchase. They had given false information multiple times to get away from the registration process. CRM guys are absolutely arrogant!

Very unhappy with Bren earlier SJR. Have been following up with them for out apartment Documents from last six months. But the rep is saying today and tomorrow and not arranging our documents. This is really disappointing.

We have been agreeing to the bren corporation for whatever they have asked for, just to sale of the property they promise any thing and every thing, but once agreed to it, then representative starts leaving the place and they do not update and document any thing the same they promised. At bren corporation the representative are not at all helpful.we have to keep chasing for the update, they don't respond to the calls, emails, msgs even you have whatsapp them.later they send the notice with undue charges and ask us to pay for there mistake.they keep blabbering the conditions that if you make the payments.when its already been agreed that there should not be any undue charges fine until the loan is sanctioned. We have very bad experiene with this builder.please refrain your self with this builder and not to invest.the project is approx 9 -10 months behind the schedule and they are asking for the instalment amount.for the people who have taken loan for the property bank is not releasing the amount as this builder has not completed the portion to be completed, in turn now bren corporation is charging fine for not making the payment.we have been talking to multiple people at bren corporation regarding the construction update nobody is giving any update but they want money for first, but no updates will be given. I strongly ask you to stay way away form bren corporation, now we cannot do any thing and thinking to withdraw form the project.there services are absolutely atrocious.

Today again got a call after multiple follow ups with Bren representative who is absolutely unhelpful and about the undue charges waiver, he said spoke to the management for the waiver, he came back exactly word he told on 15th Jul 2017 at his table after speaking with his so called 'Management' where in he has not spoken to any of his management person when asked to about the name and the contact details as I personally wanted to speak to them, now for this statement representative told me to find it myself this is the treatment we got after we are spending 1Cr+. This representative is not at all ready to listen to any thing he keeps interrupting in beetween and has absolute no manners to talk to his customer and is treating as if we are beggars asking for flat free.this is absolutely not expected.
