Went for changing number plates with the secured one and the concerned staff were friendly and courteous. The process completed in 15 minutes.

Worst service ever, My N Tarq They took Only spare part changing morethan One month, They wasted our time, Not responding proper.

Took delivery of Zest 110 just now. Had good experience from booking and ably handled and followed up by Mr Naveen of sales. Thanks Mr Naveen. The vehicle delivery lady staff was cordial and patient. Mr Ashok after fitting the accessories explained politely the dos and don'ts while using a new scooty. Overall a good experience so far. Surely will recommend Bridgestone to my family and friends

Worst service center. Told to change the battery since self start was not working they told we have charged the battery and it will run fine but 2 days after service the battery is completely down and kicker was also not working. When called and checked Works Manager Shivanandiah spoke harshly and he has no courtesy to call back and say apology. Arrogant fellows.

I am highly disappointed with I Qube S- Variant

I wish to complain about My new (I QUBE-S) Variant that I purchased on 25th September 2023, Sale Amount - 162090/-
I am complaining because of the Spark in the motor and sudden decrease in charge to 0%, in the middle of the highway road twice on consecutive days. I have escaped from serious accident. This was observed at very early days of purchasing a vehicle and that too with 300KM this problem is unacceptable. Initially there was a Mirror Handle problem and now the motor which actually changed my opinion on the vehicle and I cannot accept this defective one further and am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service that agency is providing.

Serious Note:
From our side there was no single mistake, from the day 1 of delivery, I'm facing the problem. I am totally upset with the vehicle, as it was my dream one.

When I first learnt of this problem, I contacted Dhanush P (Asst. Manager) and Ashwathanarayanappa N (Sales Manager - BRIDGEWELL STONES Agencies located in Bengaluru) on 21st Oct 2023 and explained about the problem, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem but to change the motor, which is totally unacceptable. I believe that this response is unfair because as a customer we want a good product from a good company not this defective one.

We have paid our money and this is the response we are getting from Agencies and Company. Seriously not showing any value for our life and money.

Please check and buy EV vehicles from BridgeWell Agencies as they are very irresponsible and unprofessional in services.

I left my vehicle in the Agency on 20th of Oct and till date they have not called or contacted me to address my issue.

The customer response at this place is completely bad, due to the good number of movement of their vehicles, they treat the new customers with the atmost disrespect, me and my mom had gone their to check out the new TVS Ntorque, the salesman were unresponsive and quite rude, I suggest all you to buy fro other showrooms, as I can promise if u get into any trouble after the purchase of a vehical from here, the showroom will be least cooperative!

Bad service. It is not customer oriented place, they don't treat customer like king or even a normal human, they treat customer like a dog. They are adamant and order the customer like if you want purchase or else leave.

One of the best TVS Authorised showrooms and service stations. Very good response to the customer even after the sale.

Need to improve how to behave with customer. Bz customer is god. They will pay you. And they are not your slave

One of the Worst Service Center ever. I personally recommend you guys to not go there because as of my experience they stolen around 2.5 litres of petrol In my bike. If you asked regarding this nobody is going to care. I never seen such a worst service center in my entire life.

I would give 0 star if it was available their service is one of the worst none of my problems were solved in my rtr and their attitude is also not good need to visit 4 to 5 times for one single issue a complete waste of time and money beware they only want your money and a don't care policy for the customer issue or safety.

The showroom was fine buy the service OMG this is not service center its scam center the wort experience Just looting customers I don't know how they sleep peacefully at night scamming so many people

Very good customer interaction and clear explanation regarding bills and service, by service advisor Srinivas.

It's a well equipped service center. Staff is good to talk. But I feel they are very pricey. For general servicing of TVS Wego they charged 600 Rs + 300 for oil change + 450 for both brake shoe + 200 for clutch oiling + 150 forced charges on consumables.
Not sure if other service centers charge same.

Not even one star. Worst experience. I gave my bike for service and told them to install new centre stand. Since I am coming from very far I had to stay back somewhere nearby. I went to take my bike at 5.30 and they tell centre stand not there so they couldn't not start the service, well then why they hell I had to wait for entire day. They should realise that after a particular period even if they get the stand they cannot start the service so they should have informed me but they didn't until I myself went and asked them. Such unprofessional behavior. Guys I don't recommend this service centre at all.

I bought the clutch lever from their spare part center and went for their service station, the reception lady ask me to wait as their service persons went for lunch. Once they return i told the reception lady about my issue and she said they can't fix clutch lever as they have more work on other bikes. Then i went to local workshop to fix the clutch lever. The local mechanic said that the parts i bought was for other bike model. Again i went to their spares shop and exchanged and went to mechanic shop to fix. Again they given me the damaged product once again i visited their spare parts shop to exchange, the guy in billing center started moan to replace and once he delivering the parts he throw the products to me. Their attitude shows that as they are giving for free.very worst experience i had with this Bridgestone TVS.

Always best service providers, staff members are well trained and bridge stone is well equipped to serve us at high standards

This is very disappointing period from 1 year with TVS service & by vehicle. The actual problem started from vehicle @ the stage of 15 days that is fuel tank leakages mean time we also faced some seat locking issues mirror problem we discussed the respective person to sort it out @ the first service but no response are taken by them same issues are carried till date may be due to free service. Later couple of months we also faced fuel indicator problem problem & also we can't gage milage of the vehicle. We faced 4 service with unsatisfied services below mentioned problem are still not sorted by the respective person.
So I kindly request you to take it seriously & sort the customer needs in Time.

If you own APACHE RR310 don't take it here, as the RR310 is the premium bike of TVS. And from the past Experiences with other TVS Service Centers, other service centers treat your rr310 as premium and primary! Always giving priority to RR310 no matter what (not in case if already RR310 getting serviced before you). But specially this service center, doesn't care if you own RR310. They will treat you as - "no you only bought our product, now wait in line for 3-4 hours till your time comes. " You basically have to scold them or remind them after 3-4 hrs that you also are there waiting for chance" (this happened with me not one time but twice times). Also the RR310 Service engineer is inexperienced! Doesn't services your RR310 well.

Well servicing RR310 usually takes 1.30 hrs to 2 hrs max (in other service centers) but in here I had to wait more than 7 hrs (including wait time and service time) just to get my bike serviced.

My last advice is don't service your RR310 here ever.

By far the best vehicle dealer to my knowledge. They remind you to renew the insurance and follow you up to service the vehicle periodically. Great service! TVS always takes their value down to even the tiniest entity and Bridgestone agency is one such glimpse! ️

I gave my TVS Ntroq for service here. They sanitized my bike once for that they charged rs 100 + gst. Will a 10 ml of sanitizer cost rs 100? Really it's unfair.

Its been 2 weeks since I decided to buy RR-310. I even visited the showroom. No proper response from their employees and and they don't have options for finance schemes. They provide finance from TVS itself with high interest rates and none other banks are listed even HDFC bank. Not everyone buys a bike worth 3 lacs and these guys don't how to treat their potential customers. They are not at all professional as well as organised.

I just came for enquiry no response from the staff. Ihave to volunteer and ask them to come to me to get information. This people have some attitude issue.

Good service and nice communication particularly for Bike servicing Shiva is the person who is nice in dealing with customers

Its on main road on Rajkumar road Rajajinagar. Its have all verity of bikes and scooters. The staff is good and intrative.

Some best mechanics are present here for a very long since the showroom opened and they are top notch in what they do.

Service experience is very bad, when I asked for any query the girl at the reception told very rudely. You are in the service industry and you behave rudely. Pls train the staff how to behave with customers.
She was not knowing anything or don't want to provide any help.
I will not come at this place again.

Worst customer service,
Just now I called to enquire about TVS entorq racing edition, on of the lady picked the call and without asking me she put the call on hold, and I was still in call someone just hanged it, so again I called the same lady picked I ask her you do so she replied I transetrans the call to sales person.
I just don't like the way of customer care

Non helpful for sales if you're trying to call them. Lady answers and hangs up. I'm calling them to purchase a vehicle, you lost a genuine customer.

I visited the bridgestone dealership on Dr. Rajkumar road today with an intention to get to know more abt the RR310 and the Ntorq. The lady there couldn't care less abt potential customers.

The look she gave felt like either buy now or get out and don't waste my time. She was very brusque in answering my queries. I asked her for a test ride of the RR310 and she refused. I told her that I had booked on the tvs website and even got a confirmation call from tvs to visit Bridgestone.

She said they have never ever given test rides on the RR310. I wanted to pickup two vehicles for me and for my Father but with such lack of customer indulgence and perhaps down right rudeness, I'll just take my business somewhere else.

Do you have any exchange offer. I would like to exchange my apache rtr 200 4v 2.0 for rr 310.
Please reply as i am looking for a new bike.

No water wash nothing, they only clean with the cloth and give the service.

Came to book a TVS jupitor the contact guy asked to come and when near the showroom i called again he confirmed it's open and about to close told him to wait for 5min he didn't n he closed the showroom. I came all the way long from Indiranagar but all in vain. They're not interested in new customers anymore. Going for Honda showroom and booking Activa.
