I bought a flat in Brigade Cornerstone Utopia. I am very disappointed with Brigade and my decision that I trusted the Brigade name & assumed it to be a Tier-1 builder that provides quality flats. However, in reality any Tier-3 builder provides better quality & finishing in their projects.

Brigade is using very cheap quality materials and very poor finishing:
1- All wooden doors frames & handles are poor quality and poor finishing.
2- Bedroom's wooden flooring beading is loose and has gaps at many places. Rather than redoing beading properly, handover team tried to brush it aside by putting nails that made it look worse. Even any tier-3 builder provides much better finishing.
3- All commodes had seat issues, and not fixed properly. Seems like Brigade selected cheapest model to reduce cost.
4- All electricals points and switches feel very cheap, and seem like will not last 4-5 month of usage.

Even after premium price for my flat, quality & finishing Brigade is providing very cheap & poor.

I would recommend new home buyer to avoid Brigade.

I have purchased property in Brigade eldorado aurum 0821… booking amount paid 22.07.23.agreement paid but disheartening to see that none of your CRM are responsive and neither ur sales person Mr Madan not picking call. I have been raising quarries in My key app and Here4you@ brigade for my documents for loan process.not even single proper response I received so far.why should I keep pleading for the documents? Don’t you have responsible to talk to clients about the payment part or documentation part or service related issues?
Worst thing ever happened is buying in Brigade? If I want cancel what is procedure that also not knowing since there is no point of contact?

I suggest everyone don’t buy in this brigade if u really want proper after sales / marketing / service …

DO NOT SELL YOUR PROPERTIES:

It's really unfortunate about me that I bought property with you guys in Brigade Utopia by looking into Brand name.

It's the worst feeling about not getting the work done by your team about the registration process. When you guys are not capable of handling the new registration process then i would request you to not to Sell any of your properties.

We spend our entire life savings and all you guys do is Just a play around with people's emotions.

Note: All the money you guys took on time.

I have had the worst customer experience ever. I have purchased 2 units with Brigade Cornerstone Utopia and I feel disrespected, and harassed by the customer representative Vineet for even trying to make a query for my own purchases. There is absolutely no scope for any requests and there is no chance for receiving a mindful response from him. Training team need to focus on their hiring and quality maintenance.

Tomorrow is my registration, now you are asking of interest of delayed payment for the time period of feb-june2020, I have been giving all proofs that all delay is from your side by sending wrong TPA document and delay due to COVID happened hence loan processing, still you are only taking advantage of covid and extracting money wherever you can, I planned for registration now all this.i have been trying to connect with AKARSH but no one is connecting me also no one is calling me back, what to do now?

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!

Brigade has been postponing the handover of Brigade Utopia. Quoting brigade itself here: "The sample unit visits will be initiated from Q3, i.e, October 2022 onwards. Moreover, the concerned team will also share sample unit videos shortly. Feel free to connect with us in case you require any other assistance. "

This was promised in May 2022 by Brigade itself, and now till April 2023 actual units have not been allowed to visit yet. I am not sure whats blocking brigade to show units to owners who have actually paid 95% more than 1 year back. One reason could be the inner construction have not completed for all units and they have faked and demanded all the money. If they are transparent enough, there is nothing stopping them to at-least share videos for every floor for every Block. When asked, they clearly mentioned brigade cannot share photon/videos for particular blocks as well leave units. This clearly shows the value of customers.

For OC, they have been mentioning it would be received by end of Feb 2023, its getting dragged as well. There is no update until now leave about registration or own unit visit even after paying 95% money.

Beware of buying Brigade property. We're all suffering since past 4-5 years and stuck with them (Brigade Utopia). Better prefer Sobha or Prestige, who are transparent and regularly show you progress and unit visits after completion. Brigade is always a no-show, and no one knows construction status, and 95% amount taken more than a year back (Next phase blocks, Halycon & Tranquil have also been taken 90-95% now only!). Detailed reasons:
1. No unit visit after completion as well, god knows what they have to hide. The prerequisites mentioned in Brigade response in earlier reviews are to pay 95% of the total, which means registration charges as well without OC or registration! On top of that pay legal and regn fees to their partner lawyers Kusuma advocates as well! With no clear sign of OC or registration dates, how can someone pay. This is their utter greed and looting the ustomer.
2. False promises since last year. Dec 2022 was communicated OC was applied and to come. Since Feb they have been telling OC coming in a week or two. And to have payment ready. Now its April end, with no sign of OC. But they have the audacity to still ask for final payments & even registration payment to their lawyers.
3. No sharing of the sale deed. The long document as per Brigade we would be given at the time of registration only and need to sign then and there immediately.
4. Such is the level of their greed that they have generated Demand Letters for the last "Intimation of Possession" & "Additional charges including registration, corpus fund, etc". No OC, no unit visit, but they can generate and call to request for these charges!

Very pathetic house buying experience, please stay away from them. Sobha Royal pavillion still 2 years for possession, they happily show the constructed units. Same with Prestige. Better go with them for your peace of mind. They claim customer friendly but these are their policies in reality. Same points if you put to CRM over call, (Shalini, Vineet etc), they both repsonded rudely. No logical argument, just brigade policies about showing my own unit. God knows whats the reason for them not showing me my own unit after paying 95% of the amount! And still asking me for the remaining 5% before showing me the unit. Who will pay 95% and then run away without paying 5%? Such sheer level of utter nonsense! Buyers beware.

Horrible experience with brigade. A bunch of liars in terms of their promises and policies. They need 100% payment upfront to the units. They do not care for their customers.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! As a buyer of Brigade Utopia project, had a horrible experience with Brigade. Brigade's management are a bunch of liars. During tough covid times, their CEO organised a webinar and convinced the customers to release payments as they wanted to deliver by october 2022. Even now we are waiting endlessly. They will send fake delayed payment demands and harass the customers. On one side they say that they are waiting for OC to handover but when we ask to show the flats then they are asking to pay 100% payment (including registration charges) even without getting the OC.
Will never recommend anyone to buy any Brigade properties.

Selling Dreams which don't turn into reality!

Invested my hard-earned money in January 2019 with a promised delivery in June 2022. I am still waiting for possession.

The company reps give a referential OC receipt in the next week since February 2023. OC is still not received!
Additionally, they asked for 100% payment and registration charges even before OC is received.
I can't see my built flat until I pay every single penny.

Can't get the draft sale deed (standard copy) until I am at the registrar's desk signing on it. Imagine reading a sale deed on the registration date, with the pressure of signing and getting all formalities done.

Any Snags are to be fixed after possession, the reviews here tell you the stories post-possession, am ready to bear that shock.

Interested to know about their Customer Service?
They don't have any! You will have to wait for ages to get a query clarified from them. Be sure to be disappointed when you receive bot-like responses which might be related to your questions at all.

If you wish to make someone's life sad and non-optimistic about investing in real estate refer Brigade Group as their next real estate destination. I am sure they will surely satisfy you that way.

Fraudulent Group. They raise incorrect invoices, hidden charges and delayed payment requests.

Best in class Builder in real estate segment. Office too is good. It offers Orion mall at one end, Sheraton hotel and World Trade centre at other end

We are suffering like anything by purchasing flat in Brigade Northridge Neo.
1. We visited the site for the 1st time on 20th December. We had categorically mentioned our requirements in terms of timelines for shifting. We wanted to shift by March at that time considering the fact that my daughter's exam would be over by then & we would be able to shift her school (branch) & settle down before her school reopens. On that day we were informed (verbally) by Harsh (Sales representative) that OC would be obtained by Jan. Based on his inputs we had paid Rs. 1,00,001 on the same day as a booking amount.
2. Harsh had insisted on making the payment of 10% before 31st Dec & we had done the same on 29th Dec based on the same commitment that OC would be received by Jan.
3. After receiving the payment he practically stopped interacting & we were following up with him for the OC. In Jan, he informed me that OC would be obtained by Feb. All his commitments were verbal. Because of his consistent false promises, I wrote an email to put things on record & that time he wrote back mentioning that OC would be obtained by March.
4. Only after discussing with Mr Keerthi (projects team) we came to know that OC will be obtained by 10th April. But now even that seems to be delayed.
Brigade is not providing any information in writing. Only verbal commitment is being made by the representatives which are completely wrong.
We have been completely cheated by the Sales team of Brigade. Just hope that we come out of this situation ASAP.

Awesome group diversified in construction and hospitality with a lot of CSR. The HO is at a fantastic location and the view from the 27th floor is mind blowing. Good security, excellent malls and residences there with upscale hotels and restaurants around. In all one heck of a place

Never Buy a flat from Brigade. Even after 2.5 years of committed date, no hope of completion. They just sucks all your money

Pathetic company to say the least. I had an interview with them for thier upcoming projects. Thier HR manager named Arun had called me for the interview and just 2hours before he changed the venue. Even after the successful interview o had with thier CEO, this man Arun never bothered to update the status of interview. After 2weeks of follow up without any update he writes an generic mail. All this time I had to keep my other offers on hold.

So I just wanted to keep you readers aware of there pathetic process and poor coordination.
