It's located just opposite to Kodigehalli Gate. It's a hub for most of the companies like Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, CIti Bank, Gallagher, Alcatel, PWC etc.
The food courts have no variety, the biggest problem of this place is very few food options.u don't get sugarfree chai post 6, u don't get any normal snack item like idli, poha etc.
Construction, maintenance, approachability is very good, builder's planning for parking is just not up to the mark. People who work in night shifts may face problem in finding good food in cafeteria.
Positioning of entrance and exit is very awkward, right in front of signal. Bus stop is also just beside the gate, hence very crowded place in front of gate. Parking space does not have cameras. Lifts are inadequate to handle the sort of population in the building. During lunch time, average wait time for lifts may go up to 20mins. Terrace floor is dominated by caterers owned by the same builder and there is not much choice in terms of food (taste is average, whatever type of food you choose).
This is a new office building with 10 floors occupied by large corporates in most floors. The building has two blocks with two levels of underground parking, wheelchair friendly. There are open parking available as well. They have recently introduced two layers of parking on the same space that makes the doors of cars difficult to open. Two lift lobbies one in each block, having 4 lifts in each sometimes feels inadequate for the number of employees in each floor, especially during the peak hours when most employees reports or leaves office, even during lunch breaks. The canteen is quite elaborate across both blocks on the topmost floor. Moderately priced and well managed. Overall cleanliness and fire suppression system of this building is pretty good. They conduct fire drills every quarter. Some offices have wall gardens. Ther exterior looks of this building after sunset is awesome with bright LED lights on each floor and a beautiful signage makes it very attractive from a distance. The lobby could have been a little better in terms of interior decor and illumination. The main entrance to the building is the most horrible part as it is on the servuce road of the highway exactly located on a four point traffic signal with a bus-stop right on the egress point. Every car coming out of the building has to go through a huge traffic snarl.
