Brigade Meadows

I am staying in this apartment since 6 years. STP is not working since beginning. Hard water issues like skin problem and hair fall everyone is facing. Poor maintenance of overhead tank.stray dogs are inside the campus. In many flats college students are staying, they are creating problem. Security is so poor.

Beautiful place in middle of Brigade Meadows Apartments.

Basil is basically 2Bhk apartment, with all modern facilities, lovely garden, play area and ample of parking. The place is clean and we'll maintained.

One of the worst place I rented house. Here they have owner association and members have this policy of retaining keys in the flat and give only 2 sets of keys to the tenant. May be they want to see house cupboards when tenants have gone out to work. If you are planning to rent a flat, think twice because we will pay hefty amount for shifting. Once we come n get to key they are retaining keys and it is owner association policy kind of robbery policy. Please never make a mistake to choose this place. Unfortunately I rented here n suffering.

A one stop residential Apartment in South Bangalore near by Kanakpura Road have a distribution of every blocks in a very good manner.

Amazing community and wonderful place to live. Shops, schools, colleges nearby. Just 1 km from art of living. Great people and society!

Do not go to flat B3114. The owner is only interested in ripping you off. Guy wanted us to give 3 months advance before vacating the house but still asked us to vacate the very next month. He held our entire advance amount 70k and asked for an additional 24k and only then let us vacate. The entire apartment has extremely hard water. As a result all our household items were spoilt. The heaters, washing machine all shorted and didn't work due to the salt deposit. The bathroom tiles and doors were all corroded because they were low quality and he said we were responsible for it. He didn't pay maintenance so were not able to use the amenities in the apartment like the gym or swimming pool. Guy doesn't even renew the rental agreement each year but while vacating, claims that I'm supposed to submit my original rental agreement so that he can cancel it. He says this is according to the law. Extremely rude behaviour. Great apartment but horrible water.

I currently stay in a different brigade apartment in JP Nagar in which the clubhouse is managed by a brigade owned entity. The Employees at that club treat residents like dirt despite me complaining to the club manager.my advice is to NEVER buy from Brigade group

Good from last times however need access to football or cricket grounds too. Why isn't it accessible for meadows residents. This isn't a community living model. All common use + resident use areas are accessible in a community living. The inaccessible (because of whatever be the) reasons or restrictions, need to be done away with and access allowed to all common areas for all residents atleast (may not be so for tenants) across all 4 lifestyle, plumeria, wysteria & meadows campuses.

Situated in beautiful location, with tons of Greens and Gardens. Low quality construction. Reminds you some govt housing projects. Cracks in walls, leakages Doors, windows, fittings of very low quality. Builder has lost the opportunity to utilize the beautiful location and land. Unlucky owners who invested their hard earned money in this project.

Don’t buy any flat here as Brigade People will show you amenities which doesn’t exist here. I am flat owner in Brigade Meadows… Hence sharing my views based on my experience.

This is one of the worst quality construction from Branded Brigade. Amenities are good. But building is ready to collapse in just 8 years. When we tried contacting, No response from the concerned people.

Earlier it was good. But becoming inhabitable place due to pathetic management and the estate manager.
Rules are here to haraas residents instead of helping them. As most of the residents are tenants and that too college students. They are taking advantage of it.

The estate manager is so hopeless and unprofessional that he doesn't want to resolve issue. Where my pregnant wife called several times. He did not bother to answer. I am unfortunately owner of 2 houses here. Please do not buy property here by looking at locality. Check with neighbours before you purchase

When I compare number of other builders quality of construction this seems better. Ample space for walking around. They have developed lots of greenery around

Nice place with lots of facilities like badminton, pool, gym and many other. Enough space for walking and jogging.

The society is too big.spread across nearly 100acres.staff is good.maintenance is good.plumbing and electric expenses are free (comes under maintenance charges). Society is good.they have an arcade to buy groceries.dayanand sagar is nearby

Place to relax out of the city Nice ambience peaceful space and no dogs to snatch your sleep as in JP Nagar
The campus has a beautiful pool for meadows and another one for plumeria and wisteria residents
The property has beautiful maintenance and good security
Greenery lawns pool sports and fitness place
Badminton courts Basketball court Lawntennis courts (2) beautiful green lawns plants trees flowers to click
It’s a photographer’s paradise to shoot the greens lawns flowers and small birds and creatures
Bird park and great space for walks
Many houses are yet to be fully occupied due to bad networks (Vodafone is worst) Airtel is less pathetic it has a tower not too far away
Lots to do more to make it a vibrant place I know families come to stay a week end to breathe fresh air
Art of living campus on the pipeline road is just 1.2 from the rear entrance of the campus

When it rains don’t even dream of the HD TV to work as it just vanishes for quite some time and some days I can’t watch cricket for hours

The frequent breakdown of electricity is Normal though the place has DG switch over late start the equipments are at risk to be burnt out
So a good stabilizer and review by a good qualified electrician is important to save your costly TV and sound systems
The electricity support person does not deal with tripped RCCBs or switches that trip on account Pd burst of energy
I wonder why is the transformer in the campus not able to stabilize power supply professionally?

The solar facility has given me pain in winter it suddenly decides to get clogged and you call the plumber He is supposed to be available 24/7 it’s said but they come usually just as you wish to leave for office 8-15 am so the bath water would need gas heated water some times

Good place with lots of amenities like sports, club house & walking area. Also calm and green. Preferred for senior citizens.

The main issue here is brigade did many construction violations. So to overcome this and avoid handover costs, they are not allowing owners to form association by KAOA (karnataka apartment owners act) and forcing to go by socity act.
(there is also a court case on owners who tried forming association by KAOA)

Also brigade prefers to run estate maintenance for another few years (till their nearby plumeria construction gets over?)

Due to this owners unable to take control, track maintenance expenses & also forced to pay additional GST of 18% along with maintainence amount.
