Worst place they will make you to wait for more than a hour pathetic service

Dissatisfied with the quality of the products, to say the least.

Upon informing the vendor regarding the defective badges they agreed to replace them.

Although after only a few days they seemed to be out of reach in any form of communication. And replies to WhatsApp messages were vague.

I expected a certain level of professionalism and common courtesy from your end. It was too much of an ask. Hope others don't face the same consequences!

Worst quality of the products. Upon telling the vendor regarding the defective products they agreed to replace them.but after few days they were out of reach in any type of communication. A certain level of professionalism and common courtesy was expected for such a old and big company. Was that too much of an ask.

They dont reply to your messages once they received the payment. No response to call or messages on replacing product which had defects.

Very Bad experience. We had ordered badges from Brigade Prints and the quality of their product was extremely poor. We raised concern & requested replacement but there has been response from them. Complete waste of time and money.
