Hospital management is very bad! Doesn't provide the right information about the consultation, had to wait for 2 hours for doctor's consultation even after taking the appointment and reaching on time.

Whenever I need appointment with Dr Amit Kumar Jain the hospital staff asked to contact sharp at 8: 15 AM. Even 1 or 2 mins before they won't give token and ask me to call sharp 8: 15, but it is very sad when I called sharp at 8: 15 I am getting taken number as 5 Or 6. How can it possible to provide 6 tokens with in a minute time. There is something fishy with the staff who are providing the appointment tokens.
Request the management to take the steps to provide tokens on first call and first serve basis. This is happening to me for last six months even for executive appointment.
Rest everything is manageable.

We came for Hernia Operation and here no one are care after Operation… Dr written 2 tablets and not given by nurses on time. Patient suffers with lot of pain, after Dr come and see that tablet was not given.so much discomfort here if not care after Operation….
Ita clear cut put patient in Danger situation….

Doctors are nice and best but his assistants are very rude and highly bad attitude,
Management need take call on this otherwise it will impact whole hospital reputation.

Doctors and treatment are good but management is too worst they don't care about the people who come from long distance and have to suffer a lot. They don't have UPI payments they need only cash or card if you don't have both don't visit this hospital.

No proper management very very poor service from the staff and night shift is horrible.

A center of excellence and expertise balanced perfectly by the epitome and father of diabetic foot surgery Dr Amit sir. I personally have a particular experience to share about my mom having a non healing ulcer but 2 years past she was never diagnosed or treated properly and I being a medical student couldn't help to a level because I was still learning. Then came the Magician and medicine who taught me what it is and how it can be treated and it's been a while since she's on treatment but she honestly hasn't felt this better in a very long time. Each and every member of Dr Amit sirs team has to be applauded for the way they acknowledge, validate yet always make sure healing happens is a miracle one must say. Given the prevalence of diabetes and diabetic foot I have personally done my homework on the number and it's getting higher and Dr Amit sir has been working all day, everyday to make sure no patient suffers to his level best and actually beyond in terms of time and energy. I am honestly blessed and humbled to learn so much as a medical student now to be an intern and I can't thank him for all that he has done not only for my mom but for anyone suffering with any foot complication.

I had a wonderful experience in the gynecology and obstetrics dept. No words to describe the service of Dr. Uma ma'am, Dr. Mamatha ma'am and Dr. Nanda ma'am team. So humble, down to earth, kind. Nurses, attenders take care of the patients so well.

If you're looking for a good gynaecologist, do not opt for Dr. Uma Prakash. Without even hearing my full symptoms she outright claimed I might have PCOD and insisted pretty hard that I get pregnant to cure it. When I tried veering back to the consultation, she kept prodding me about why I didn't want to get married soon. Her diagnosis was all over the place. She is not suitable to be a doctor but would rather suit a matrimonial position.

However the staff from the hospital were very helpful and friendly.

Extremely money minded, and impolite staff. Unhappy with the way nurses and reception behave towards senior citizens

My mother Vasuki was admitted with Diabetic foot heel ulcer in March 2022. We had read about how heel ulcers can be untreatable and takes a long process. Dr. Amit Jain provided the necessary guidance and after 3 debriments and several VAC treatments, my mother is healing well now and on the final leg of healing. Many thanks to Dr. Amit Jain and the support staff for all the help. Forever indebted.

I had my surgery here. Time management was excellent. Front desk staff are very good in explaining the tests, timings and also advice on when to so the consultations. Good place. They respect customers and also value our time. The tests were conducted correctly with no compromise and there is no hassle as the clinic is less crowded.

There is no parking facility. Expect doctors other staffs are Very rude, they are least bothered about patients service.
Only money minded people.
If you are going by bike, park some where else and walk to hospital. Car people please forget about this hospital.

Fantastic care taken by the doctors, nursing and admin staff. My wife was rushed for an emergency LSCS. Since we stay far off, we contacted Dr. Uma Prakash on phone. She immediately prepared for surgery and was constantly in touch with us over phone. The admission process was hassle free and immediate finance consent was given by Mrs. Yashodha. The OBG team of Dr. Mamatha, Dr. Uma and Dr. Nanda did a fantastic job and rescued both the mother and baby. Post delivery, the baby was in NICU under the expert observation of Dr. Surendra, Dr. Pradeep, Dr. Chaitra and paediatric team. They proactively took all precautions and patiently answered all our queries. The NICU is among the best in Bangalore, as infants delivered in other hospitals are referred here. The NICU nursing staff took personal care of the baby like their own. The nursing staff in charge of the wards took great care of both the mother and the baby. The PRO Mrs. Manjula personally attended to our queries and ensured that they were resolved. Overall a high recommendation for Brindavan Hospital and it's staff.

Most irresponsible people when it comes to getting birth certificate, they have hired a person by name Narasimha for this and he makes you run around poles to piller for more than a month and still will not get you the Birth cirtificate and talks very rudely, irresponsibily and says I am not anyone's servant if you can't interact with me then u can talk to anyone in hospital I don't care, I have the call recording of the conversation which I can provide you up on request, this hospital is not recommended,
