These technicians are big time SCAMMERS! I had issue with my fridge. It wasn’t cooling. They came, explained me the issue and took entire money, Rs 3000. They asked me to switch on after 24 hrs. Its not even working, same situation as before. The person named Immy Pasha is not picking up the calls. Booking ID: 977880

Hi I'm from Bangalore. Pls don't trust this company. I wanted to change my laptop screen panel and these guys have taken Rs. 3000/- and disappeared. A technician came with some duplicate panel and cap. And that cap was not fit to the panel. He bluffed me by saying he will bring it next day and made me pay the full payment. Since it was an online payment, i thought it's safe but he didn't turn up after that. First few days he picked up my calls and said he placed the order and waiting for the delivery, but slowly he started ignoring my calls and messages. Brothers and sisters pls don't fall in their trap

I have posted this same review 10 days back but some one from their customer support has contacted and promised me to get it resolved in few days. But once I deleted the review, not even the customer support is picking my calls.showing the level of their deception.pls don't fall in their trap

Pathetic service. The amount shown is totally wrong. The person who came for service was a rude and had no manners. Forced me to pay Rs. 1,200/- for a 15 minutes job. Never take service from this fraud company.

I have Yamaha FZ16 which is pretty old. Due to lockdown it is rarely being used and was not getting started. I booked the servicie in bro4u. He spent more than a hour and did thorough inspection. Oil change was done and general cleaning. I am satisfied with the servicing as the cost of servicing was really low. I will recommend bro4u service to my friends If they are looking for low cost servicing. Thanks.

Got cheated by the electrician.
Charged Rs. 1600 just to simply check the fuse. Then changed 150cm wiring under false pretense. Reviewed themselves in the app after asking the link by themselves.

Technician was very processional in terms of servicing my vehicle. He explained the issues and showed difference between the damaged part and new parts. I didn't expect the service at home will be that neat but he did exceptional work. Really appreciated

Dear Public, Don't Believe on the basis of the Price list given on this website. They are looting money. Before placing service contact customer care, get clarity and go for service. They have mentioned anything properly. Example: they mentioned TUBE LIGHT FITTING charges 300/- (not mentioned for how many) only fitting (excluding Tube light). Service person fitted 4 tube light and charged 1200/-. More over no one is there to talk. I strongly require clarification from Bro4u.

Terrible! I tried the service thinking that online services would be better and cheaper given how the space is getting competetive. I had the worst experience with them. Bro4u never contacted me directly but it has always been a rude mechanic who I was in touch with. He took the bike to fix a chain issue, and without informing me started working on the engine. Once work is done he sends me a bill of 8500 INR. Since he said he had opened the engine, I didnt really get mad at him as he sounded like he will mess it up for me if I didn't pay him. 2 days later there is sound coming out of engine and the mechanic is not even bothered to come and take a look. These guys are not bro 4 anyone. Just stay away from this

Never call these people, they want the money without doing any work. Earning visiting charge is the main intention. Experts in day light looting. The person came here fought with me and tried to attack at last I had to call police. His name Sayyed, and the person who contacted me is Ameer. Beware of them.

Extraordinary Service Provided. Bike mechanic was knowledgeable. Did the right job.with utmost quality. Battery and chains pocket were replaced Genuine quality products and service.

A staff name shazeer brou is the horrible person I ever spoke to. He was using inappropriate words on the phone. He was questioning me why did I cancel the booking very rude behavior I don’t know how such people is hired to work. I would not recommend this place to do a service if people like him is working. I hope the company do take some actions on him and if possible please replace such staff.

Disgusting experience. Pls avoid such unprofessional companies. Got my laptop serviced a couple of months ago - the service personnel - named Lankesh - is an absolute amateur and a fraud who had no clue what he did. He hasn't even issued me a receipt for the payment done - which he was supposed to do the very next day of completing work. Now when I'm trying to call him, he's avoiding my calls. Raising the issue with the company is getting me no response. Giving a rating of 1 as there is no option to give zero or lower!

Service is worst i spend 25 k for engine cease still i find heating issue after riding 5 km they give bike after 3 months

Biggest cheaters and worst service. They took the bike and a guy called Salman was not ready to return the bike and persuaded saying that it is for safety of your family. Please dont take it lightly. He charged me 7500 rs in two installmentssaying most of clutch system had to be changed. I had made the payment out of good faith. But now I am finding out that they have not done any work and I have to re do again. In fact some of the working pieces are broken now.please dont trust their service at all.

Don’t ever pay advance to any partner for Bro4u before all the work gets completed. I had a two day job and paid 15K advance as the Bro4upartner wanted to buy material and partner stopped became less and less responsive as soon as he got the advance. It has been 10 days and the partner is dilly dallying and work hasn’t started. Bro4u also doesn’t have any control on partners it seems and not able to provide any timeline

Plumbing service is amazing in bro4u. Prince sanitary work plumber habit has given a good service many plumbers came and did not find the solution.but bro4u plumber Mr jabir came and done the job perfectly

Horrible experience. Overcharging for just one tap change. Had to change one unit for which they were charging 350 per tap. The plumber had to go and buy the tap and he got the most expensive ones. Total charges ce upto 1910. Can this really be the fees for changing 1 tap unit?

I had given my bike service just for engine starting problem due to non use through this to U K Bike point Bangalore. Amount mentioned was 690/- They cheated me 14000/- rupees. Please never ever avail their service. I sent several mail also no response from this company and UK Bike point Bangalore. There should be legal action against these looters and cheaters

Please do not take bro4u services. If any problem comes Their customer care is of no use.they have only email and don't give any phone number to complaint. The carpenter i booked from them has taken my money and ran away.bro4u is not helping at all. Please avoid bro4u.

The cost was reasonable and happy to recommend bro4u team for everyone.the bike mechanic helped and also gave me specific tips and instructions for how to do. They were professional on time now my bike look great and easily staring with self and kicker.would use again and would also recommended.

Absolute Horrible Experience with Bro4u. On 25th July I was looking for Bike repair as m R15 S was not starting as it was standing ideal for a long time. I found Bro4u and registered for the bike service and they have assigned it to UK Bike point. Its strange that Bro4U doesn't have it's own garage for Bike repair.

I got assigned a Booking ID: 805398

UK Bike point guy contacted and picked my bike from my place. It was supposed to be only battery recharge/replacement issue as my bike had ran for only 650 KMs

They dismantle my bike and removed every possible parts. They said Coil, disc pad, Chain are gone. No one gave them the permission to remove the parts of the bike.

They didn't deliver the bike in the same day and gave my bike on next day with a bill amount of 23000. Omg, Such cheaters.

On the top of that they exhausted my full tank Fuel.

Thanx for bro4u for providing such a good service I got my a.c. Repaired within a day, very proffesional service. Again thank you bro4u for provinding good good service.

My Bike having Battery charging problem and they dismantled the entire bike without my confirmation, don't know what r things they took from it.and finally they told that battery is not working need to change battery after billing 8k, I accepted for that also and finally they didn't even change Battery Chain Sprocket kit and Battery and CDI Coil at all.i doubt that they even change Clutch plates or not i doubt.better not to go with Bro4u, connect with near by Mechanics hardly they might take 200 or 300 more, now in my case they charged me almost 10k and missing my bike parts, which I cant even recognize, but pretty sure that my bike is not in position as same as like earlier.

I wanted to give zero star as its not allowing me to post without selecting one star.

Please do not fall for the trap, even if the pandemic is going on, do not give your vehicle for servicing to unknown people until and unless the service is being done in front of you or the parts are being replaced before you. You never know what changes they are doing to your vehicle without your knowledge. Always give your vehicle to your authorized dealership whom you can claim after in case of unfortunate scenario. Or better to give to the local nearby shop whom you can contact on regular basis. Rest all is your money your decision. - A fresh Victim.

Worst experience. Needed plumber to fix the motor prob. Person came Pretend to fix it, but didn't fix it.charged 1200rs.wen called him again he didn't pick the call. Don't trust this site. I'm really upset with these type of people. Cause of him I had to take water from sump (ground floor) to 3rd floor.

I have booked for laptop service and without any intimation booking got cancelled and no updates on refund.

Unfortunately no way to reach anyone to check the refund status.

I took help of Bro4u to replace my ceiling fan on 28th of February. They sent me a person from Syed Electricals to fix the issue who came and replaced a new fan for Rs 1500. The fan worked only for a month and after that it completely stopped working. It’s not even rotating. I called Bro4u and complaint about the same, but they did not help and said they only provide assistance upto 15 days. This is absolutely fraud. Please do not book any service from Bro4u

Pathetic service I had booked laundry from them and these people lost my clothes and blaming on service providers and they have stopped answering my calls wen i asked for lost things. Absolute Fraud service, Speaker casing, installing switch plates 5, changing capacitor and UPS shifting, was billed Rs. 22,000, out of that labour charge was for Rs. 8500, This is just a loot, Anyone taking their service please get a documented quote. I am never going to use the services again. Feeling cheated by Bro4u.

Booking id: 790287: Extremely worst service. We called them to drill 6 holes to hang 2 photos, 1 mirror (5x4 inches) and 2 small wall shelves to keep showpiece items. They did not disclose the approx amount before coming and after coming demanded 300 INR per piece, totally 1500 INR. Would anybody pay such an exhorbitant fee for a small thing like a mirror. When I asked that, the persons were very rude and demanded me to pay 200 INR for visiting fees. They took the 200 INR cash and left after a bitter quarrel without doing any work. This company does excellent cheating service by taking money without doing any work. Great!

I just can't believe how they're looting ppl. Yesterday left my hero impulse bike for starting problem nd when they came to pick it up they told me that thy will.take it to jp nagar 7th phase and surprisingly I got call frm one of the executive and he told that half engine work need to be done and to replace the timing chain and service thy quoted 8.7k and for full engine work its 13k and even they SENT FAKE valve rackers pic of bajaj discover bike and when I seeked explanation the executive told me tht mechanic is 3rd party vendor and they were not aware of this nd when I requested to send back my bike he sent one quotation of 1.4k for the service unfortunately paid 1.4k get my bike back. NEVER EVER CHOOSE BRO4U TO GET THE SERVICE. My booking ID is 784818.

I had booked a 2wheeler service but service was not done vehicle is same as before.

They have just charged me 3800rs

My vehicle is is same old condition.

They had to return the vehicle the same day but they gave me back on the next day.
Still vehicle is in worst condition.

I was informed that service charges is 3000rs and 800rs is for their expenses

App does not control the billing and payments.the agency who does the sevice.simply gives fake receipt by striking the service center name.the service center charges the service charge of 549 rupees again stating some labour charge extra.even after paying this amount them online while booking. Bro4u app should be blamed for.such a waste app.no scrutiny or no process in place to control and monitor the quality of service done on the vehicles.the service guys while dropping vehicle they force you to give the good feedback and even inputs the 5star rating by themselves. Beware of such people.not professional people simply leaves the vehicle and takes money offline.starts/opens the vehicle job card infront of u and adjust the money in app what ever they want and gets away with everything. I felt like cheated in the day light.
