The doctor lacked experience and told asthma but in scans nothing was there and there was unnecessary tests got done just to make money.

I am satisfied with the hospital and its staff. It's a non-sham hospital, unlike the branded ones. I got diagnosed accurately and the treatment wad efficient. Thank you.

It's a complete scam. They don't give patient's report to you. Charge 1000 rupees for a test which is available for 500 outside.
Hospital staff is useless and doesn't really know anything. They're are mosquitoes everywhere.

My wife had a high fever and had hence come here. There were only attendants as far as I could see (no senior doctor), and they were very caring no doubt about it. But not having a senior doctor around is not adding confidence. They immediately suggested dengue, typhoid, CBC with esr etc.along with an admission fee of 500. I am not complaining about the tests done, but when checked online, every test they had charged was 1.5x more than any lab in Bangalore, it came around 5500! We were only there for 3 hours where they had given drips to my wife, nothing else. For this, we were charged 1500 as observation charges. On the whole, we were charged 8k for 3 hours and 1.5k for medicines. If you have a fever or anything in general, which a general physician can sort out, please don't come here. They will loot you! Lots of mosquitoes roaming around as well, which is even more shameful as you're in a hospital probably because of this insect.

They don't know how to treat patience, if you go there simple write to do all tests include blood and x-ray if it's mandatory.

Not preparable, general clinic is 200% better than Brookfield hospital.

Worst Hospital I have ever visited. Nursing staff in the OP and procedure room are totally irresponsible and incompetent. They don't value your time. They kept me waiting without any reason even when I was bleeding. The only positive was Dcotor Anu Bala. She was really nice. But it is a task to get past the nursing staff and irresponsible reception staff and reach her. Not going to step inside this hospital again.

Took 8 hours to give blood reports, instead of providing reports early and start medication. Irresponsible!

Horrible hospital. No proper doctor neither nurses available to take care of admitted patients. Kept waiting for 1 hour to get a nurse to attend to the patient. Never visit this hospital. They charge a bomb for everything. Got a patient admitted to observation room and even after the drip got over, there was no nurses around to attend to the patient. The on-duty doctors busy with meeting. Front office helpdesk lady kept walking here and there. Finally had to barge into a room to ask for help. No proactiveness from the doctors and nurses to help patients.

The best hospital for any thing you deserve we are there always to help yuo out Trust, is all needed, securing life, Main Aim, helping an deserving, cardiology, an all Team, faithful Doctors, staff, Brooke Field Hospital.

Nursing staff is good and doctors are good, but not sure who suggests it, unnecessary tests are done and discharge process is delayed and makes us frustrated as mentioned by others.

-Admitting process was easy but discharging is not very smooth.

-Lots of mosquitos and lack of fans within the rooms as well is not expected in such hospital.

- Most of the rest reports here are not very accurate as compared to other diagnostic centres.

This is a completely business minded hospital with no regards for patients. Even for the smallest things they will ask you to get admitted and once admitted refuse to discharge even when you're recovered on accounts of "observing the patient". They do unnecessary tests, which are completely irrelevant to the actual illness, just to hike up the bill. If possible, I suggest everyone to go to a different hospital.

If they want money, then they can better do other businesses! Don't they be ashamed to do such things.

We were admitted for Dengue, and the treatment and care that we got was exceptional. Doctors, Nurses and all the staff was really supportive and was well qualified.

Hospital with sole objective of Financial Exploitation of the patient.

I sought medical advice for my sister last week due to fever. Following a laboratory test conducted at the hospital's in-house testing facility, they diagnosed her as dengue-positive and recommended immediate admission. However, the very next day, my sister arranged for the same test to be conducted at a different pathology, which yielded a dengue-negative result. This situation raises serious concerns about the hospital's integrity and patient care standards.

It appears that the hospital's primary motivation is financial gain, as evidenced not only by my experience but also by similar complaints from other patients, as indicated in their reviews. Given these circumstances, we are contemplating taking legal action against the hospital for their alleged malpractice.

Never get your CT scan or MRI from here. They are having old machines and charging the US DOLLAR prices. Just for doing CT brain plain they are asking 3800 rupees plus 100 rupees registration charges. Even the CT machine they have is old with 16 slices and poor resolution. I am not sure why this hospital is not closed. Because of such hospitals all the trust in doctors is lost.

I did a little bit of research and found a lab charging only 1000 bucks for the same scan with machine having 32 slices and only a year old siemens model.

Worst hospital ever. They did my blood test and showed typhoid positive. But in actuality I didn't have typhoid as I did my blood test again at some other clinic. It's very shameful of them. Atleast they should care about patients life. Don't go there. They are frauds, only care about money and nothing else.

The service was very good. The behaviour of doctors and nurse was very polite. They were very helpful. Room was also near and clean.

- Nursing staff is great.
- Doctors are good.
- Only issue is with discharge process. If you expecting your discharge on a particular date, kindly add +1 to that. Admitting into hospital is easy, discharging from it is whole lot of protocols and rule books.

Hospitality is good. Wards are getting cleaned on regular intervals. The nurses took good care of the patient.

The medical team have done a wonderful job. During the course of my 1 week stay in the hospital for Dengu, Dr Pradeep is really good and the nurses, particularly Priya, Sneha, Lija, Sandhya and others took care of my health and helped me to recover fast.
I really appreciate all their help.

Pathetic experience. Doctor prescribe more unnecessary expensive blood test and medicines. Got some side effect after week when i visited for follow-up reception guy at 1 floor didn’t allow me to meet with doctor without test report.i was in sivere pain. I requested but no luck. No other options left for me there immediately i went to another hospital. Think before going to this hospital Don’t recommend anyone.
