Have been able to get all my medicines from here. They do home delivery as well (above 300) but do not provide any discount. Even in store, they say they give discount above 300 but only if you ask, otherwise they would charge you as per the MRP. Most of the times they wouldn't even provide you with a bill if you don't ask for it.

They are the most reliable chemist. I ordered from them at 9pm during rain. They delivered the medicine within 20 min as the medicine was really important to me. Thank you staff!

Well, sharing this awful incident after a month.
So I took few month medicines from the shop during covid times so that I don’t need to travel again and again. After sometime, doctors have changed the prescription and I had gone to replace the same.

Honestly, I missed the bill receipt and I have requested many times over the shop that check from my mobile number and the person was not ready to return (₹3k) medicine though I was not asking for refund. I have asked for replacement and he denied; I asked you can check with the Batch/License number it should be the same but he didn’t agree.

He thought that it’s a loss and started arguing me that you have not bought these medicines from me.

A true example of not supporting medical shops during covid times and showing unprofessional behaviour. Well, I don’t have to say much as the entire world is supporting each other and these guys are not supporting.

Be careful while doing billing and avoid taking monthly medicines.

Terrible service.when we bought monthly medicine for more than 4k they ready to deliver even after 10 pm, today when I order via watsapp and told them to deliver there is no response.when I call at 10 pm, they were saying no delivery after 9 pm with so rude. SERIOUSLY! They are a medical store only for money and their convenience. No value for customers.

Bullies and violent. Ironically it is called a medical store. They used violence when I asked them to take back a medicine I bought at the wrong quantity. They said it is a slow moving medicine and cannot be returned. I told them they can take it for free and left which is when one of them tackled me. I didn’t press charges because I had to travel.

Nice place to get all kind or ayurvedic and allopath medicine, staff is good and can guide u if they don't have any medicine.it is at green glen layout on the main road.they even do home delivery of medicine but I think Max 3km for free delivery.

I asked for medicines on 2 different days. 1st day they didn't even responded. 2nd day I again placed the order around 2pm but didn't get any delivery till 7: 30pm from them. In case anyone is not interested jn providing med then they should have clearly refuse.

They provide medicines at your door step which is very convenient. Any medicine not available they make sure to check with their distributor amd have it delivered.

Terrible service called 5mins to their closing time as my sons tooth was aching badly. I said i will be there in 2mins they said sorry it's closing now you can buy the painkiller tomorrow. SERIOUSLY! They are a medical store only for money and their convenience.
