Best pg in Bellandur area. Spacious rooms with balcony and all required amenities. Cleanliness and hygiene are given utmost importance. The management staff at this property are very courteous and helpful.

I stayed in this place for 4 months and chose this mainly because it was a newly constructed building and the maintenance seemed good. The rooms were spacious and there were separate balcony and fridge inside each of them. I came face to face with problems after 2 months of stay and they were mainly with the attitude of the management. You may also observe that the management is the same as another PG named SLV pg for ladies near this building.
I enumerate my problems below.
1. My rent was increased without prior notice and was told that the same was an agreement. But it wasn't so.
2. We were told that the pg would get a gym and play area and hence the exorbitantly high rent but later when we questioned them we got a reply that the gym wasn't promised. The Pg's ad on various sites still mentions the presence of Gym. Which is false.
3. The caretaker wasn't ready to share her number as it was a 'personal' number and asked us to call the owner for any problem. The owner almost always never picked up anyone's call.
4. There was no rule on not keeping the footwear outside the room. But it was invented later and my footwear were thrown away in garbage by the owner.
5. The water purifier on the ground floor had an open pipe that resulted in water stagnating that gave rise to the problem of mosquitoes. As most of them were striped, I feared the spread of diseases and informed them about it. They laughed it off asking me what can be done about that.
6. I had concerns about the male cook who would sleep in the same building. The owner had reassured me of him being allowed only on the ground floor. But he was almost always seen to move around the building in the presence of as well as absence of management. In one particular incident he knocked on all the doors at 11 PM asking if some girl xyz lived there.
7. This incident made me take the decision to leave the place permanently. I returned to my room after long holidays to see that a rack in my room was taken away and the books in it were stuffed in the shoe rack. When I confronted them on why they touched my stuff when I wasn't in the room, I got an impertinent reply saying 'we didn't take your gold or anything'.
Two days before I left the PG, there was an incident of the LPG cylinder's pipe leaking and catching fire in the kitchen when nobody including the cook and management were around. We had to rush out and find the people and get them to attend to it.
Considering the high rent they quote, this place is not worth the stay. When issues like tap not working/blockage came up, tenants were asked to adjust with them. Why pay a ridiculously high rent and adjust with everything when you can find better and cheaper PGs around?
