Total waste of time. Very unreliable. Cancels appointments at the last moment after multiple confirmations. I thing they have recently changed the name from btm pet clinic to Tom and Jerry because of their previous bad ratings

The clinic is amazing and the doctors are very caring. I took my kitten (Chilli) to them as he was not eating anything and they took good care of him and now he’s alright.
One thing that could be better is the correct location on the map. One has to reach there and ask people around to find the clinic. Otherwise, amazing experience.

I have been taking my female puppy to Dr Supriya from her first vaccine. Since then, she has been very helpful and compassionate towards us and our pup. Even at times when there’s an emergency and we need an immediate consult, she guides us through the phone and addresses the issue patiently. Undoubted she’s one of the best, both in compassion towards animals and pet parents.

I am very glad that I took my cat to this clinic. My cat was poisoned by someone outside and he was in a serious condition where we were certain that he would not survive. Thankfully Dr. Supriya treated our cat with utmost care and made sound decisions before injecting anything as my cats body temperature was dropping severely. After rigorous efforts his temperature came to normal and was treated immediately with precise treatment. His condition has improved gradually by Almighty's grace and now he is much better. I would recommend to take ur pet's to this clinic

Dr Supriya was extremely good with my kitten - patient and kind - both requisite qualities in a vet. My kitten felt very safe in her hands. She's knowledgeable and professional.

My 2 cat's were infected with parvo virus and one couldn't survive because we were treating him in a different vet clinic. When we started the treatment by Dr. Supriya in this clinic the cat got better within a week and started playing. They genuinely care for your pet and will give the right treatment.

We had our first visit today for my pet (Charlie) we got her vaccinated today the staff were amazing and handled her gently during the vaccination and were very loving towards charlie I would say she had an amazing experience for her first time Clinic visit as well as vaccination would come to this clinic again and again and would recommend u all

Yesterday my kitten Karthu was very upset & sad where we tried investigating. What went wrong & got to know some thing got stuck inside the tongue. Immediately spoken to Dr. Praveen & we took to BTM pet clinic Where Dr. Supriya was available, she investigated & observed an ear ring which got stucked in the tongue. Immediately she gave sedation & removed the ring. Now my kitten is recovering & is getting back to normal. Thank you Dr. Praveen & Dr. Supriya with her team for the prompt response & immediate action taken to save our Kitten

We visited due to my puppy stomach upset The treatment from doctor is good and my lab puppy got recovered soon and got his first shot of vaccine painlessly happy with there service

Dr Supriya is literally a life saver for my cats. My cats got infected with parvovirus deadly viral infection no chances of survival was there but she managed to save them. Though one couldn't survive that was because of some wrong treatment by Ivet pet clinic and jeeva pet hospital. Jeeva pet hospital only knows how to loot your pocket. But Dr Supriya is so knowledgeable she tried her best to save them all with utmost love and care. I wish I bought all my cats to her in the first place rather than going to ivet or jeeva then my dear bholu boy would have survived

I am so glad that I got my Dog to this clinic.they saved my puppy by giving proper treatment and care. Staff is very friendly my dog loves them now and don't want to leave them. Dr. Supriya's amazing diagnostics saved my puppy. Thank you so much for everything.

Only money minded people, recently I brought my cat to this clinic They didn't give any proper medication they only gave proper medication after paying, My cat died because of this clinic saying those people money minded only

My puppy ingested something which it wasn't supposed to at around 2: 30AM, and I contacted Tom and Terry clinic over phone. I was told to either go to nearby vet clinic or visit their place. Since there were no clinics close by, I decided to take my pup to their clinic and booked an auto and started immediately. We tried contacting the same number for around half an hour after reaching since the place shown on maps was closed and nothing nearby was open, and nobody responded. Next day past 4PM I get a call back from the same number, and when mentioned about the difficulties faced, I was told their phone was on silent and the location mentioned on maps is incorrect.

This is very unprofessional.
We had to book another vehicle and go to another place and our puppy was taken care there. What if there's a dire emergency and this is the state then where nobody's picking the call after they're told to come to the clinic? I'm totally disappointed.

They guys is verry care less I took my cat here, she was bitten by the dogs. But the doctor was asleep and they quickly checked meAnd the cat was not bandaged, blood was also comingTook the money and sent it home, I said accept it but they refused. And I took the cat home in 2 hours she diedThese people are very careless, they don't care about animals.

Sometimes doctor will be there sometimes not. Not good doctors. They are not organised. If you are lucky you can get their services. Call and confirm before you visit them.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. D.r Prakash very Good Doctor treats very well good caring, very responsive. My puppy was suffering from parvo virus Dr. Prakash took care of our puppy so well he treated very Good with reasonable price very Good treatment and everything, So don't worry about anything else if any consultation required for your pets just consult Dr Prakash.
