Worst customer service, We purchased a laptop order no. 4553 from them, there was a problem in motherboard we tried connecting with them on whatsapp and sending the video, they told it's a holiday today and no one replied, I had to go to a service centre and had to pay another 1500/-, after that I came back and found their charger is also not working, had to buy another charger of 1500, after that once I charged it full again it got discharged in 5 mins.
None of the parts of the lappy are working properly.
The process was transparent and communication alive at all times. Though the eventual price after checking my phone was lesser than the initial price quoted, I felt it was very fair. I am encouraged to do this for all my older phones as it is also a wonderful sustainability model. Kudos Budli.
I asked to return my phone as I was not happy with the price. They told me that I will get 1400 but they were ready to pay 100 rupees. I asked to return it, and they told thank you for donating your phone! Ekdm bakwas! Where I did not even donated that, my phone was in perfect condition, neither I got my phone back not I got money. Not recommended at all.
It was an awesome experience, extremely supportive staff, was given the amount was promised in UPI instantly. Awesome Experience. Placed order on 30th September, Mobile was picked up on 3rd October, and it reached Budli on 11th October, and I received the money on 12th October. Overall a very pleasant experience.
I am dissatisfied with the service I received when I called to sell my phone. Not only did I have to follow up to obtain the price, but the person on the other end of the phone was incredibly rude. To worsen the situation, when I refused their offer, they resorted to yelling at me. Overall, my experience with this unprofessional company was utterly pathetic.
I sold my M40 phone in 1 day and received the money in my account. I visited the office and sold the phone. I had received the highest amount than compared to other sites like cashify etc. I had compared to many sites. Their quality check was fast and received the money in 4 hrs
I have been using Budli to sell and recycle my electronic devices (six phones and one laptop so far over a period of 7 years). I find the process smooth and easy, without any additional interventions at my end after the item is picked up by the courier service. They offer free pickup and I usually receive the payment within 3-4 days after the item is received by them. Highly recommended, especially for people living closer to Bengaluru.
They are very professional and handle their clients with respect. Prices quoted after inspection are generally fair & better than others in the market. Also, we are enabling a cleaner environment by disposing our ewaste through them as they are licensed by the Govt.
Very disgusting experience. They receive products through third party courier to Bangalore and no one takes the accountability of the damages on the way. Requoted from 7k to 250 INR for a decently running laptop. Furthermore, they charge 1k to receive back the damaged product if you don't want to sell. Never going to recommend this to anyone!
Bought 3 used Echo Dots 3rd gen for home automation use, everything went smoothly and as advertised they even called to ensure that I would get what I paid for as in deregistered units. All were in good condition with box, chargers etc. Fantastic and very prompt delivery, will definitely buy or sell through them!
They will pickup the mobile and will decide the price after check of the mobile at their office. The quoted price was very less compared to what they claim in their site and if we did not agree for that price customer has to bear the return freight cost. Not recommend.
I request you plz plz plz do not take products from Budli, they are the worst ever I saw. Cheating and fraud Company Once done payment, no proper response from support team. Providing all are fake and not original - money was waste. They are give fake commitment to getting new guaranteed customers. It’s completely fake cheating team.
1st I got a doubt on budli when I got a call from budli, he told me courier boy will pick up the parcel after receiving it we will checked it then transfer the amount in your account. But it is not a fraud site, whatever amount it commited transferred it in my account.thank you budli for your efforts.
Delivery service is good but in the product manufacturers are worst. Bcos I were buy a phone and unboxing and seeing on the screen are totally blurred lines they are not eligible of yours satisfaction. So please be carefull that kind of sites are frustrated.
Worst website. They quote higher price earlier, but after examination of real product that quote very less price and mark reason as used product. Beware of such fraudsters

These people are cheaters and scammers, just looting people's money in the name of environment friendly initiative. Initially they quote high price like Rs 5000, then they get the product picked by a courier partner. This takes quite a long time in itself. Once they receive the product, they requote 10% of the initial quote (Rs 500 instead of 5000) giving lame reasons. On asking for justification, they say there is a gap between the screen and body of the phone which a person with naked eye cannot see.
If you ask to get your product back, they charge you Rs 350-500 as shipping charge. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Never sell your phone with them! THEY ARE FRAUDS! Better sell in local market or other apps.
This is third class app which brings uour device to their own office in 5 days. Then they will offer 10% value of what they offered you before. If you ask for return then take the charges 350 rs for express delivery and return back your parcel by regular. So overall service is worst.blind trust is always not good
First they pickup your device.if you don't agree they will ask you to pay 400 or more for return of the same product. Pathetic. I recommend not to use this website. Better go with Yaantra or Cashify.
I had a very bad experience with Budli.in and would not recommend any body to deal with them. It took almost 15 days to pick the product and after providing proper bank details was paid after 1 week after 2 follow up.
Good company and good work done. What can be improved is Logistics. It took 7days for my parcel to reach from Mumbai to Bangalore. That area can be certainly improved
Don’t trust these folks initially they will promise for high value post that they will say it is only worth of couple of hundreds else they will say customer need to pay for shipping to return back cost of shipping is more than the promise amount and now this is the trap.which means they will only buy at a scrap cost.
99 percentage of price cut. 5382 to 382 rs.when i want to return my phone they first said me it will be charged rupees 300 but after that said 500 rupees.too much bad experience.please don't sell your gadgets on this website.

Hi, yesterday i brought iphone 5s@5200 1- no charger and no earphone no accessories including in that 2- I turned mobile instead sim doing settings up with in 24 minutes 86% to 18% down 3- i tired to mail them called them for replacement till now no updated I attended the screen shot also, before you want to go for buy please be carefully before buy from this site, As a user sharing my experience before buy read carefully This is cheated company, never ever buy anything form budli.in
I never seen such a fraud company in my life, in there website they have mentioned that they will provide phone along with charger but they were send only mobile, after that where i called them multiple times, initially they responded to call, told me that we will send you charger and they have given fake tracking number and finally they blocked my contact number, please i'm requesting you to avoid this fake company.
Credibility issue. Budli.in forces to share Govt Id/Address proof Like, Aadhar/Passport/Driving License, which are actual document in the banking system and may be misused by Anyone. The cancelled Order 162736029758781 when I refused to share such important document. Further they do not trust Digitally signed Amazon Bill.
Need to be careful to share Identity proof with them. = Can you remove the Data collected by you regarding above Order? Email Sent to you remain non-responsive. Thanks.and that's the end of my interaction with your company.
Have been using budli team's servies for years and the experience has been good every single time I have used there services.
1. They are very prompt in there communication. 2. The evaluation is far better than any other website who have hidden charges. Budli has no hidden charges. 3. In case you are not happy with there evaluation they ship your product back to you in the same condition. (Have never had to do this:) 4. Order pick-up from your place is ultra smooth with no glitches and notifications are sent for everything from the time of product pick-up (from your place) to delivery at budli's office. 5. They take 1-3 days to send the amount post receiving the product (after doing some mandatory checks and tests).

Very poor experience with budli. I sold my phone and it took more than 45 days to process. Everytime i have to send mail for followup. After 45 days, they evacuated my phone value less than Rs. 600 but mentioned Rs 2100 while order creation. When I requested to return my phone bcz I don’t want to sell my phone with less than Rs600. Then they were charging Rs350 shipping fees. I don’t know which shipping provider they are using, unbelievable 350rs shipping from delhi ncr to lucknow. Finally i had to sell my phone with very lesser amount due to high shipping charges.
Please don’t use this site to sell electronics products use Cashify or other alternatives.
Sold my smart speaker & got the exact same value which was quoted on their website. Yes, the overall process of sending your product to their office for inspection might sound a bit different & can be time consuming if you're used to sites like Cashify. Trust me they're 100% genuine & the value they provide for your devices is on par or sometimes higher than the competitors. Another differentiating aspect is that they also provide you quotes for items that aren't listed on their website which is a huge plus. It might take around 10 days to get your amount credited after shipping the item & product inspection depending on various factors but if the value offered is good then its worth the wait. Overall a positive experience from my very first order.
Pathetic and poor website to sell a device. When they receive products, they displace the item and make changes to your total amount.i have sended them original charger but they said it is a non valid charger, earphones doesn't come with mi, but they minus your amount for that, I have attached the bill In the box, but they told they haven't received it, and your warranty will not be covered. I don't recommend this site at all, please go for cashify or insta cash. Or you can even try olx and quikr but don't try to sell here. Poorest Expirience.
I had been using a Redmi Note 5 Pro for nearly 2.5 years. I upgraded to Samsung S8 Plus which I bought from Budli. The phone was running well and their customer service too is very nice. Will use Budli again.
The experience of selling my phone was okay. With Bundli.in the selling process is longer than other other competitors as the payment is not instant. I was disappointed with the requote offered by them after they received my phone as it was half of what was originally quoted to me after exact data given to them. The only reason I had for dealing with Bundli was, it was the only brand that actually considered buying my Nokia Sirocco 8. But then the re-quote amount ruined my expectations.
I am using Budli for last six months. I have sold a Samsung tab, Ipod Nano and Oneplus Nord to them. I always get decent selling value in terms of market. I am happy with Budli. Thanks.
Very unorganised. They take too much time. In my case I had to go there 3 times in a month Just to check my laptop. Not a best place to sell or buy secondHand devices.
Quoted a certain price for the phone but then their process involves sending the phone to Bangalore for it to be verified after which the final price will be offered to you. If you want the phone back, you have to pay a courier charge. There was a difference of almost 2k between the price they quoted to me and the final price I was offered. Cashify might work better
Overall good experience selling my used iphone. Got quote online through their website. Quote was much higher that other such websites. Placed the order. The pick up was smooth. There was a bit delay in confirming the receipt of item in their office and it caused some worry. Even though they gave a reduced price than the quote, overall the process was smooth. The money was credited on the third day of confirming the re-quote. My suggestion is, it would be better if they give a call and confirm the receipt of the item so as to reduce the worries of the selling customer.
It was a very worst experience with budli. They are fraud and worst ever. I would never recommend to anyone. I think they should need to deal with their customers.
Pathetic service. 1. Took quotation of Rs. 540 2. Collected mobile. 3. Requoted Rs. 42.4. I said that I don't agree return mobile. Still didn't return. Closed case. Didn't evenpay Rs. 42/-. Not seen unprofessional company like Budli till date.
It took them almost 4 weeks time to give me an estimate of my laptop, and I had to follow up with the executive repeatedly.reminding them everyday about my shipment.and they used the same excuse of COVID every day.
The initial assessment of my laptop after running their diagnostic test came up to be 8000, as my laptop was in first class condition. There was no damage whatsoever. I even have videos to back my claim, which I took just before packing my laptop and handing it over to the executive who came to pick up my laptop. But after they recieved my laptop, somehow a ton of things were broken.and they updated my quote to 3000 rupees.
I felt cheated.but couldn't help it.as in order to get my laptop back I had to pay them again for delivery.
