Good place for Non Veg buffet dinner, but limited for pure veg, Good ambience and hospitality

Had a great time at Buff Buffet Buffet. Tasty starters, extensive spread, wide variety of dishes and very friendly service by Ripon. Will visit again!

Overall good buffet. Lot of options in Vegetable starters, the taste is very good. Prices of the buffet is nominal.

Being a foodie who prefers quantity of food over quality and a frequent customer of Absolute Barbeque and Barbeque Nations, this place I can rate as good. May be not excellent. A 3.5 star out of 5.

Pros:
1) service is really good.
3) ample amount of food items are there including a wide range of starters.
4) desserts I felt better than other regular buffet chains.

Cons:
1) many of the food items were quite average.
2) since starters will be served and there is no live barbeque at your table, that is surely a miss. But I cannot complain cuz we know that before going there.
3) live counter is really poor and nowhere close to AB's.
4) Parking is a big issue.
5) in pick hours washroom might be an issue (only one is available).

Overall, it was a decent experience. Few of the starters like chilly Fish, roasted pineapple, prawn items and some of the main course we're actually good.

Food is ok taste wise but lacks variety like other buffet restaurants. The problem is they serve you very fast and will come to your table too frequently to be annoyed. Atmosphere is not that great because of the sitting arrangements and buffet counters.
The day we went, both the washroom were not functional.
None of the mocktail soft drinks are good.better to stick with coke or Thumsup

Food verities are good,
The soup & starters are served on the table. The starters include fish & prawns.
The ice cream quality could be better.
The starters are served hot on request.
Desserts could be better, options & richness

The starters are very good, however the main course taste was not satisfied. The curries were bitter in taste and veg pulav was not up to the mark…I liked the moon daal halva…. If owner could give option to the customer to choose the music of their chose it would be good.

Excellent food and quite a lot of variety. Topped it up with able and efficient service. A place not to be missed.

We had been here many times. Their spread of starters is neat. You must try their crispy corn and their grilled pineapple starters. Yummy. Its all you can eat buffet for a decent price. The service is really nice and is paced to match your leisure. The staff are polite and courteous.

I visited this place today for lunch and had an awesome experience. From the ambiance to the food everything was exceptional. A special shout out to Anirudh for the great service provided and for making the entire experience memorable. Kudos team! Keep it up! I surely will be visiting again!

It was a great dinner. Everything was nice from starter till dessert. Nice ambience. Feel good place. Nice place to spend time with spouse and family. Customer service and hospitality was great. We liked it very much. Worth for money.

This place totally disappointed our expectations. As a family we have been here several times before covid and the experience was always good.
We went with the same expectation couple of days back and this place is nothing like it used to be before: (.
They have cut down the buffet by almost 50%. I am not kidding. People who have gone there before would totally agree with me.
The starters which has always been the center of attraction here was very mediocre and the buffet was totally disappointing as there used to be 10 veg and 10 non veg items before and now they have only 10 in total.
Not to mention that the onsight counters are also missing.
I talked to the chef who was standing at the buffet counter what went wrong here and as expected he very conveniently put the blame on the pandemic as expected.
I wish that the management takes this seriously and does course correction immediately if they have to stay in business for long.
Otherwise this will be another restaurant down the memory lane.

Having heard about the fantastic spread at Buff Buff Buffet for the last few years. I have always found it difficult to get a booking when I tried to visit them earlier, thankfully in this season of covid, I managed to get a booking. I finally decided to visit them to celebrate my 15th Anniversary recently. We were extremely skeptical to visit a buffet restaurant, still decided to go ahead primarily because it was listed in Zomato as a on-the-table sit-down buffet between Monday-Friday, where the dishes will be served to the table and refilled as necessary.

Unfortunately when we visited, not only the place was crowded, it was not a sit-down buffet, when enquired they said, the on-the table buffet is only on Mondays and Tuesdays. Feeling uncomfortable, we managed to sit through lunch. While the restaurant staff were on masks and gloves most of the time, it was not what we had expected. Service was a bit slow, but other than that, the food was extremely delicious, amazing quality and the spread was fabulous.

Food not so good, service was okay not overly happy. We went for veg buffet, but with paneer came chicken. Not really a good way to start. Potato starter wasn't that good. For lunch hakka noodles wasnt available from 2- 2: 30 even though I made a point it out to service guys. Not sure about the desserts either.

This place was really nice before. The options have now decreased after the lockdown. Seems like they have merged a couple restaurants beside each other

The place is hygiene and follows all the safety guidelines. We were here for the veg lunch. There’s no buffet, they’d serve you everything on the table. The new normal experience in the current scenario.

The starters were amazing. Less oil, perfectly cooked / fried potato starters, Crispy corn and Pineapple Manchurian. Rotis and Kulchas were served with three different Veg curries. Perfectly cooked with right amount of spices. No complaints on the veg Pulao either. Extremely happy for the server who got us curd rice prepared which wasn’t on the menu. The only concern was with the desserts. Jamoon was too hard and the ice cream / Frozen Dessert tasted bad. But, the sweet made of ground nut was amazing.

Overall a good dining experience. The waiters were courteous and Dineout Pay/ Zomato Pay is accepted as well.

Not a great place, they have clubbed in Sultan of spice and for Veg starters were very few.service they didn't even care after 2 starters served.we need to keep on asking for starters even after 2-3 times they didn't turned up. Juices were pathetic.over all it's not a great worth for the amount.please skip if you are planning for buffet here.this was my 5th visit for blue petals restaurants.this is worst among all.

I visited this place as a part of Office dinner. After reading the reviews, had lot of expectations with the food but sadly after going their it was not the same. The service was average, I think that was because the huge crowd. The starters were good but the serving was slow for veg starters as compared to the non veg starters. The banana chips as a starter was one of a kind and it was the best of all. Cheese wangton was useless no taste and too oily. Main course as usual was ok ok and ice cream and other desserts were good. The interior of the place was great and the serving waiters were responsive. Overall average experience.

Not so good. I didn't like the ambience. Few starters were good. Not much option on deserts compared to BBq's. Mocktails are the worst.

The ambience is not that great. And the food is very oily and horrible in taste. The desert section is waste. And for God's sake please dont even try the main course

Just an average buffet place with very limited food options and very rare complementary benefits. Hope they will accommodate the feedbacks and improve.

I went to the breakfast buffet which opens at 7: 00 AM to 10: 00 AM, the location is close to the Jyothi nivas college. The breakfast spread is quite elaborate with a wide variety of options to choose from (South Indian, North Indian, Contential).
The ambience of the restaurant is quite good and the staff is very friendly. The items in the buffet is replaced quite regularly.
Overall it's a good place to be go for a heavy breakfast and the cost is reasonable as well. The only suggestion would be to have the buffet extended to 11: 00 AM to cater to late risers.

Great buffet.they give you around 16 starters comprising veg and non veg. Serves fish and prawns also. Chinese items also it was quite tasty.and good sweets also.
Staff was quite cordial.they made many zero spicy starters for my kid.

Excellent food with very nice dining. Starters were awesome specially crispy corn and garlic bread etc. Tomato soup was also tasty. Staff is good but they were feeling little shy when we wanted to go for Zomato Gold 2+2 drinks offer. Otherwise it was a nice experience. Their buffet is worth the money and we enjoyed it a lot. Main course we could not focus much but we explored sweets and live counters for dimsums and noodles which were also good. They don't have 2 wheeler parking it seems so they asked us to park on the road in front of Blue Petal Hotel Building which was not a restricted parking area so I was good.

This is a nice place I have been here twice now along with my younger brother to celebrate. I really like the ambience and the staff here they are really warm and hospital. The only glicth with this place is you only get buffet here no alakates are available in here, meaning! It just goes by the name. The starters are really amazing speacially the prawns and fish chicken was okay and mutton not that great! We didn't find the main course more of routine types, nothing great but the desserts and fruits are Dan good and there is a live counter for ice creams. Overall my experience both the times was just too dam good very happy!
P.s pricing is different on weekdays and weekends, so I suggest you guys go on weekdays

I had veg items, every thing were good. Liked food. Ambience was clean, but not too good. Over all on an average good place for buffet.

I went Buff Buffet for a team dinner from office. I think the place is better for family get together. There were lot of college students as its close to Jyothi Nivas college. Their starters were really good. Lot of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The main course spread and deserts were also good. Staffs were nice and I would recommend this place for families

Enjoy the starters with couple of drinks. That will definitely fill you up. May be go light on main course and finish off with couple of deserts.

The restaurant is really amazing, where you can find different kinds of starters and they are really amazing. Coming to the main course, they have really good food collection in main course where you can find all sorts of biryanis, curries and different kinds of rotis (butternan, kulcha, stuffed kulcha etc). There specialized cooks are ready for you to cook some really mouth watering food on your request. The desert section is not that great but ya they have some good things to grab for your desert.
Over all its a very good restaurant to hang out with family and friends.
