Bugle Rock Park

It is Bengaluru proud place. Hill station type of weather and big bull is an attraction too.

One of my favourite place forever…. The park was full of beautiful plants and trees, but it could have been maintained better. The gym was excellent and the statues were very beautiful. There were some activities for children, but more could have been provided. Overall, it was a good park and I would recommend it.

My playground since my childhood, it's not just a park, it's full of memories, how times have changed over the years but every time I enter the park I see myself playing as a kid

It's one of it's kind, which attracts everyone including children, youth, senior citizens as it is bundled with all the activities.

The bugle rock is the most famous attraction over here, who can enjoy sitting here & talking to your loved ones watching the birds flew above you especially evening.

Timings are from 5.30 AM to 10.00AM & 4.00PM to 8.30PM

Children's can play in the playground with all eminities, youth can enjoy the atmosphere as well as senior citizens.

Great place to have an escape from the city life within the city.
Well maintained, green and clean spot to just sit and relax yourself.

It is home to one of the 4 towers built by Kempegowda, built as observational towers around then Bangalore. It also has a nice park developed around the rocks occupying the hillock. It has trees which are more than 50 - 60 years old, and also has a nice Horticulture park, and an open air theatre. The functions organised in the park on important occasions like Dasara, Deepavali, Rajyotsava, etc makes it a cultural hub also.
It also has Basava, Shiva and Dodda Ganesha temples. There are a good number of excellent eateries around the park. It's an ideal place for Senior Citizens and Children.
DVG Memorial & the Memorial for the Jnanapith awardees of Kannada are also a Must-Visit places.
Wish the BBMP maintaines the Park in the traditional atmosphere, without any additional structures inside the area.

One of the must visit places in bangalore city. Visit before sun sets. Parking for four wheelers might be difficult

It is superab and good environment we should protect nature I like very much like all the hills and trees must be protected we should increase the forests cover

The park is clean and is filled with engravings of Karnataka poets and actors.it is just so amazing, makes me want to go again.here is one of the most amazing 'bhaavageethe haadugararu' C Ashwath, legendary sandalwood actors dr. Rajkumar and dr.vishnuvardhan. The eyes in these engravings are just marvellous, i don't know if it was the dull green light that caused the eyes to shine and glow, but it is mesmerizing to stand and be in awe of these wonderful kannadigas and the artist who created these masterpiece.

This is my all time favourite park in Basavanagudi. Visit this often!

You can find more trees inside the park. Very much greenary with good places to sit peacefully and enjoy the sunrise/Sunset.

Beautiful garden.adjacent to that big bull temple is famous '. Kadle kaee parshe 'fair is famous der. Every year last monday karthik massa.

Love this place since my first visit in 2007 to till date.this place is so peaceful and have a great vibe.so whenever you feel low you can visit this place to get yourself back on track.it's surrounded by trees, temples and hotels with good food choices.all together you can get an old benguluru feelings.

It is a nice place to visit in morning and evening.ull like the place.good for walking in morning. In the evening ull get mosquito bites

Very Rustic Old School Charm Park in the Heart of Basavanagudi Area. Very well Maintained as Well.

Very beautiful park, big and spacious, temples all around, area for children to play. Too many love couples are an irritant though.

Massive rock in the Basavanagudi area of South Bangalore which has been assessed age of 3000 million years ago. It is an abrupt rise above the peninsular gneiss as the main rock formation

Great place to visit some time with family. V V Puram food street is very close to this place. So people can spend some time here and later on can treat themselves with some great food with variety of cuisines and dishes. It quite pocket friendly and affordable. I would recommend that you visit this place during weekdays because it will be crowded during the other days.

Its a beautiful natural landscape. A huge park greets you with densely populated trees full of bats. Its not a typical park where kids can play. You can just relax on some benches and enjoy the cool nature. There are lot of rocks inside.

Nothing much to see. A little different from other parks because of natural rocks. However it is not well kept!

I am visiting Bugle Rock Park also. Since it is near to my place and when ever i go to Gandhi Bazar. Well maintained. Really happy to walk on the walkers path. Lot of seats are provided.

The park is well balanced between man made and nature in the sense the part of the park is curated and some part is left with it's naturally available rocks. And it has a rich heritage and history to it. The great like DVG once walked this park.

It's inside the Cubbon Park. Visit early morning or evening till 6 PM. If you wish to cycle it's allowed after 8 PM

Beautiful and fantastic flower garden at the premises of Bugle Park, with variety's of colors and good fragrance.very good place for early morning walk, meditation and many more.

Watchman should not allow other eaters n disturbing people inside the park, child will be playing in the play ground it will be disturbing and misleading

Free entry and Calm and quite place near to Basavanagudi bengaluru and next of Bull temple. There is way inside the bull temple to enter into the park. Also we can see lot of big rocks inside the park that's the reason they called as Bugle Rock (Big Rock).

This is great place to spend time but unfortunately not open all the time. Only open at the convenience of the admin.

Very good rock park. Children's play area is there and evening there will stage drama/stage play for free of cost

It is a place where I go since my childhood days. It is built on a single huge rock. This is the peak place in the park. You can spend quality time with your family and friends. You can climb down and sit in rocks and enjoy the fresh air and watch birds flying. It is fantastic place to take your kids as there is a place for children to play.

I visited this place most of the time. This park is full of greenaries, The park can be divided to multiple sects. One side there's play area for children, next to it for walkers. There's a place for book readers and an entire section occupied by couples. Many many bats, few dogs are the inhabitants. Then there's a fountain in the evening. There are few boulders as well at the center of park which generally has the least crowd. If you are visiting Gandhi Bazaar do walk around and visit the Dodda basava temple next to the park.

Nice green space in the middle of the city. The park adjoins the big bill temple which is a must visit. DVG road for shopping or window shopping is also three minutes away from the entrance.

It is one of the best parks in south Bangalore. The children's play area is very good. It is a very good place for chilling with friends

Excellent park in the middle of city. One can say it rock garden. Nice place to visit with kids. Lots of trees are there, one can have fresh air here. View from the highest point is best. Eatery points around garden is good one.

It's actually a very good place were u won't even feel in a Bangalore City it will feels like we are in some hilly region

Nice place for family outing. There is children play area. Elders can have a long walk. After u come out of the park, u can give a treat to your taste buds with awesome 99 variety dosa, Kolkata style chats, Idli Vada and tea or coffee at By 2 Coffee, corn dishes etc. All togather it's a complete package for weekend family time.

Calm place, feels like in somewhere wild, lots of bats, temple, street vendors, totally gives a colorful views
