Burberry

Pathetic staff. Not at all trained to behave with customer. Very disrespectful behaviour from them. They behave as if they are the Mallayas. Would never recommend anyone to visit this store.

Picked a bag with the assurance from the staff at the store that’ it can be exchanged. But due to delay in response from her I couldn’t return the product within the time period. I was expecting some consideration as we don’t live in Bangalore.

Unfortunately, the SA’s in this store are not skilled enough to represent an exclusive brand. I reached out to their team twice enquiring to shop a product for which they replied that an SA would reach out, but no one did! I visited the store in person as well and the SA was not enthusiastic at all! A classic example of judging the book by the cover. Team Burberry, please work on my feedback, in the business of exclusivity PR matters! I still appreciate Burberry’s quality clothing and recommend customers to purchase elsewhere

Extremely costly boutique products of great quality. Service, as you can expect, is excellent too.

I wanted the length of my belt to be shortened and surprisingly they do not carry on such work after sales and referred me to some random place where they repair bags.
This was not at all the expected,

I have made 4 purchases from this store so far and decided it would be the last … such a disappointment

I had purchased a pair of canvas shoes from Burberry store in Bangalore, India few months back paying around 40k for it. As I was travelling It got dirty so I choose to wash it but the outcome was shocking that the colour started fadding immediately after putting water on it. And the shoes are completely gone now and the store people say they are helpless and no instructions were given in the box nor by the store executive while purchasing it. It's really disappointing to face something this sort by such a renowned brand. And they say it cannot be exchanged nor rrectified. I wouldn't ever recommend or purchase anything from Burberry India.

Im using Burberry from almost 6 years now, starting of with perfumes, clothes and everything, I have been to many showrooms across many countries. But this showroom doesn't not show some respect to the customers. Guys even though if a customer is buying or not buying u should have minimum respect or be responsive towards a customer.
I had visited the showroom yesterday and the staff wasn't even replying to my questions. They wr so rude.
I hope the owner sees this peace of advice or complaint n makes sure no one faces this problem again️
