We have to wait long time for buses.and there is no proper place to sit

The manager of the bus stand there is not interested in taking care of cleanliness

One of the worst places to be. The staff is rude and they accept only cash. Will purposely speak in Kannada even when they know you are not a tourist. Would rate them 0 (zero)

Its good bus stand and here you can get buses for every known cities of Karnataka and other states for eg Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Solapur, Miraj, Mumbai, Mysore, Ballari, Hubli-Dharwad, Shivamogga, Shrishaila, mantralaya etc. And there are less...

I visited here to send my parcel to my hometown. You can send your big parcels at much cheaper cost. They don't do doorstep delivery. It is from thier office from one city to other city but the cost is very less.

Staff are unaware of basic information as to where the bus is parked. Due to construction activity. The buses are parked on 2 sides of the main road near Hampankatta, Mangalore

Cleanliness not maintained. For ladies one small waiting room is there but inside mouses wandering there. Nearby public and private (pay and use) washrooms are there for both ladies and gents. Outside of bus stand too many breakfast centers are there...

Their cancellation policy is pathetic first time I have booked the ticket and I was checking that 95% CashBack I there I clicked on it lost 2350 Rs no refund was applied if we cancel 12 hours before also lost all my money mailed customer care no reply...

No proper information and guide for the buses. Vey poor and dirty ST stand.
