Very tasty tawa fried fish around Rs50 per piece is served here with spicy green chutney and onion as sides and lemon for flavors. If you are a fish lover, you should try this place.
Price of fish varies +- Rs20 based on size.
Fish is prepared on order basis, i.e. They fry fish only when someone places an order. Therefore, you need to wait around 20 min once you place your order (waiting time can vary based on crowd).
Because they need to serve huge crowd in a timely manner, they use a lot of oil than you would expect. Moreover, hygiene is not up to the mark here, but also not very bad - they fry fresh fish in front of your eyes and immediately serve once it is ready.
They do not prepare rice or any other items here apart from tawa fish fry, but they do get rice/mutton gravy/egg fried rice prepared elsewhere and serve here if you ask for it. Tried egg fried rice but taste was not very good - not even close in comparison to taste of fish fry.
The best fish fry around Banglore. He gets the fishes in the morning starts the place at 2PM and closes by 5PM. People from Mandya, Kollegala, Ramnagar and Bangalore que up. Try the 40rs fish it's cooked to perfection. The masala and the chutney is simply mindblowing!
It was a accidental find. And it was worth it.fish.fish.and fish. A pit stop for bikers of course u need to be a fish eater.the green chutney supplemented was awesome.don't expect a royal aesthetic ambience.but no complaints when you are having lunch in middle of paddy field surrounded by nature.a must visit.
Middle of nowhere, on the way from bheemswari, saw it on maps, and thought of giving it a try. The place serves the best fish, slowly cooked over tava and native spices. The gentleman here was kind enough to get me a plate of rice and sambhar as well. The aroma and the flavor of the fish. Just explodes in the mouth.must detour if u wanna taste the countryside
