Worst bike rental it's showing 9 closing time but they closed at 8 and they tell to give it back to 10 and after that they asking for extra charge 500. Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever! Save yourselves from getting cheated. The vehicles are not maintained well. The way the employees in the pick up location treat the customers is very unprofessional.

One of the few rental services in Bangalore that offer vehicles in good running condition at such a price. The services are great and cost is reasonable for everyone citizens living in Bangalore.

Worst experience, don’t rent bike from them, vehicles are not in good condition and if you speak with customer care, firstly they won’t pick your phone and if they pick it up then they will not care to resolve the issue, instead use rapido to travel at least it will save your time, energy and money.

Got a very bad conditioned scooter. Don’t rent a any vehicle from this company. If your bike/scooter gets break down, customer care will not even reply to your queries.

Worst experience. They just take money and then refuse to deliver bikes or scooters on booking date and time. Wasting of time and money. Booked twice and both times get refusals only.

I had a fantastic experience renting a scooter from this location. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

A group of ill mannered idiots running this place. They are absolute cheats. They charge you for everything. They give damaged vehicles which are unsafe to drive. Never go to this place.

Cheaters. Please don't rent bikes from these guys. They will ask for deposit and will not return it back. Be really careful.

Cheaters robbers. They give damaged vehicles, don't return the deposit amount. Going to raise complaint in cyber crime. Same situation with my friends. We took 5 bikes and paid deposit for around 12000 rupees. They did not return back even a single penny.

Worst experience. Never use their service. I booked one Activa for 2 days and when I reached the pickup location they said to cancel the booking since no bike is available. And then I called the customer care twice and both disconnected my call in between. Finally I got my refund

I booked a scooty for one day and when I visit the bykemania location kundanahalli, they told scooty is not available and you'll get your money back in some time. After that I returned to my home and money is not refuned. Again, I called 4 to 5 times bykemania customer care Bangalore, they told money will be credited in your account within 24 hours. Still not credited after 19 days. Now, in application they updated, I used scooty for 9 hours even I not get the scooty.

I booked a vehicle from Bykemania and deposited 1500 rupees which was refundable. However, the bike had a breakdown and left the bike safely where the mechanic asked me to leave. The Bykemania Marathahalli Karthik Nagar thieves are not returning the 1500 back even though it is 6 days since the bike had breakdown. The Bykemania is a Scam and do not rent any motorcycles.

Very bad. They have byke in worst conditions already. If by mistake u got a scratch on already scratched bike, They will ask you insane amount of money. Don't take byke from here

Their customer support is really poor, I didn’t get the bike on time so when I asked refund they are literally shouting at me. Don't recommend this to anyone

Worse experience of my life. Just for this scratch they charge 400 rs, can you believe that. The incharge was abusing, and shouting. Does't have the way to talk. And even the scratch was at the starting. Abusing for 400, eventually the money will go to their pocket only.

They don't have maanner to talk to customers and if by mistake you left anything for 1-2 hr then they take that item and never return.when customer ask for to check camera, they don't show and they tell u left the thing your mistake. Firstly I booked one bike (Activa), that bike wasn't there in a condition so they told me to cancel the booking so I cancelled booking.only 50% of the amount refunded but not to bank account as a credits n it's not converting as a soft cash.and then I booked another bike (pulsar 150) n again I have payed for that one also.while I return bike they asked to pay extra 150RS as a fine for late return just for one hour late.and that firstly booked bike amount also not get refunded so I prefer not to book a bike there.plzz don't book bike there.

One of the worst site to book vehicle, they don't have proper vehicles on the locations and later ask to cancel your booking and charge for cancellations.

Unlike the other 2 places (Koramanagala & BTM) I have been to this place, employees here have been really nice, Dilip (Employee) diligently and politely handeled the customer and provided a vehicle in good condition. He himself tested the vehicle and did alll the necessary work in quick time, even the handover of vehcile was great experience.

For a month, I reserved a scooter from Byke Mania. I got the scooter after going to the hub. I was disappointed when I drove it because the brakes weren't functional. The mechanic tried to fix it, I told him. And the other guy said me to travel without using my brakes to the other hub. Lol irresponsible peoples. I went there to give the vehicle to service because I had to leave quickly. After the service there, I rode the same scooter for two kilometres that they provided me. The brakes are once more becoming sloppy. The accelerator cable was eventually cut off.
I was in the middle of the street. I spent two hours trying to reach customer service. The mechanic finally showed up after two hours and drove me to the other hub. After some time, they promised a thorough repair and requested me to test drive and rent the scooter. How can I trust them, really? They made an effort to scam me to ride the same broken scooter. I asked how these people could try to rent a broken scooter.
What if they have an accident? They assured me that I would receive a full refund. On July 2, everything happened. I'm still begging them for my refund. I think I've been scammed. Customer service consistently say that refund requests are being rejected. Do not rent from these cheap company, please.

I have really bad experience with bykemania Kormangala Bangalore. I took activa on rent for one month 4500 inr.
1. Mileage: 10-15 km/litre
2. Too much vibration
3. Pollution Check document is not given with bike.
4. Bike condition is not good
5. Do not believe on toll free service number, they never pick the call

I returned the bike within week and they gave me another activa saying that will send document in hour and did not send at all.

Worst experience with monthly rental. These are a bunch of rowdies running some cheap rental business. No corporate behaviour, no courtesy, nothing. I got the dirtiest bike from a third class uncouth person. Sane people stay away from such experience even if it costs less.

Good places to rent a vehicle, vehicles are in running condition (the vehicle I took was not cleaned and did not have horn, but was in running condition). Go for it if you need a vehicle in running and no matter how it looks or if its cleaned or not. Their service is also kind of ok, not good not bad.

This is the best bike rental place in the area the bike are of really awesome quality and most importantly they charge very low for the rent just love it
