Worst bike rental company ever. Very unprofessional, they did not have the bike we rented when we came to pick up. Further, they were drunk and not in their senses while filling the forms. Strongly discourage using this website.

Rented a bike for a month and had to return the bike within 2 weeks due to emergency. Payed 5k and did not refund the remaining amount.
Also will not reach customer care and no reply to email.
Store person gave us a number to call and that number is always switched Off.

FIRST Of all its very hard to identify the place as there is no board or hoarding. It is located in the basement of the apartment. The security of the apartment also not aware about this place. It is very to identify this place.

I strongly don’t recommend renting bike in this company. The condition of the bike is very pathetic and is very dangerous for you. You might end up in a major accident as the bike condition is very horrible.

I booked a Thunderbird X350 here and they received the order of Himalayan. They simply said that they got order like that only. When I called the support guy he doesn’t even care for the customer. He casually asked me back what to do. The customer care staff was not worried about their mistake and he doesn’t care at all. The staff there at the spot told me that he can give me a Thunderbird instead of X350.

I rode almost 420 kms and the charge is like ~3700 INR. The shock absorbers never worked and the vibration was very high. The bike was never serviced, the alignment and the chassis was all shaking while riding. The indicators were not working. The company is playing with the customers’ life.

I strongly tell to avoid renting bikes in this company. It’s dangerous and you will be cheated for what you pay.

Rented an RE Classic 350 from here for 1300+ km trip to Goa and back. The bike's condition was quite poor. It was ridden for over 72000 kms and I don't think it was ever serviced. The accelerator was very resistant and it was difficult to maintain speed for long durations. The rear brake was barely working, the rear view mirrors were loose and wobbly, the speedometer was inaccurate, and several other minor issues. But the major issue was that during the return trip, the rear tire got punctured twice, and the second time the tire was in such bad condition, the mechanic said the only way was to get a replacement tire. Luckily, Bykemania had a pretty good roadside assistance, and they agreed to reimburse the amount without any hassle. I am yet to receive the refund amount, but the process to submit a refund request is quite easy and straightforward on their website.
All in all, the trip went really well, but it would have been much better had the bike been in a better condition. The only reason I'm not giving 1-star is because of the decent roadside assistance and hassle-free refund process Bykemania has.

If you value your life and don’t want to die, please DO NOT rent any vehicle from this company. Three days ago, I rented a Bajaj Dominar 400 bike from Bykemania BTM Layout. I must say, the condition of the vehicle is beyond horrible. It has run almost 50,000 kilometres and looks like it has NEVER been serviced. Multiple scratches, dents, and broken parts of the bike were evidently seen. The tyres were completely worn out and damaged. But this is not even the worst part.

I had rented the bike for 24 hours, because I had planned for a road trip to Shravana Belagola. For the majority of the trip, the bike was okay, it did not give me any trouble. But while coming back to Bangalore, at a toll booth, the front BRAKE PAD randomly FELL OFF and the front wheel got JAMMED! This is shocking! I was extremely lucky that this happened when the bike was not moving, otherwise I would have suffered a major accident if this had happened on the highway. I had to go in search of a mechanic and get the wheel released, and had to drive back the rest of the way without the front brakes.

How can this company be so irresponsible and careless as to give vehicles to customers without servicing it, or even checking if everything is alright or not?

I sincerely request Bykemania to value their customers’ lives, because this is not a joke!

Worst than ever, no updation of available bikes at all, I went there with an urgency and advance booking, but at last second, the person there said that the bike is unavailable and ended up with a trouble For non-availability of bike.bykemania Need to improve alot with the office and maintenance.

Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a bike for rent. It is price really right. Due to covid there are no helmets so please get your own. Moreover please check if they have new helmets. They charge Rs 350 for 1 helmet. Just forgot to add that you will need to submit adhaar card as id/address proof

Very bad experience.book for a bike and u wont get it even it is in front of you.says that it is under service and he says that you have the option to cancel as if we are fools coming all the way to cancel the ride.please don't allow these kind of people to runover the business.and for all who are looking to rent a bike from here, I say take a plan B too.

No proper timing sense with staff n arrogance in response to customers and mainly they don't keep the words and ignorance is shown.
