Loved the atmosphere and the cuper comfy seating. Service was quick and prompt and the staff knew exactly what to recommend.

Aparna is gracefully prompt in the order and she also meet up the requirements of the order.

This place is super chill and an amazing place to hangout. Arajitha Singh did Some fantastic service. Would recommend everyone coming here and enjoy your time with family and friends

This CCD is so different from all other CCDs.
I always like the taste of CCD, whatever, try here once, this is must.

This is our go to place for a late night coffee. Good service by the staff, all of them. Especially by Shashi who served us today. Super kind and attentive. This place doesn’t disappoint us whenever we visit here.

The waiter didn't serve water for almost 30 min. When I complaint, he refused to listen and started arguing. When I said I Will be writing it publicly on web, he seemed ok with it challenging me to go ahead. So here I am, pouring it out. Go for the location and your love for CCD but not for the service.

What an amazing experience we and our 2 friends had this morning. Tendul Kumar attended to us we were made to feel very welcome. His service was impeccable and his knowledge of Coffee was amazing! Don’t lose this fine young man as he is an asset to you company. If we had a business in India we would want him to work as one of our managers.
This is our second visit to India and have not experienced such attention to detail until now.

I have visited the cafe,
The cafe square is gone down below the roadside café service as there staff are very unprofessional in nature specially the one _*Ranjita* if she don’t know have any manners in taking order, please don’t send her to take orders, when I was saying 10mins, she don’t have any patience. Also she was expressing her anger on the face as if we come to place without information.

I am requesting cafeday management to give proper training to this type of staff to avoid the reputation and brand.

We don’t want this type of hospitality by paying the premium charges for each drink.

My first cup of coffee day coffee costing me 5 rupees.

Had one of the worst experiences here. We ordered for a sandwich and two normal coffees. The bill came upto 1200/- When we asked the price of each item, the cashier got really confused, he was obviously over charging us. Then we asked for an electronic bill. They made us wait for nearly 45mins and finally gave us a hand written bill. I am glad CCD is closing out everywhere.

I never liked CCD, but this place was different because it had a good breakfast option and it was worth the price. An English breakfast where each item was delicious and even the coffee was good. The serving time was fast and the staff were polite and gave excellent service. Its a good place to work and to chill out with friends. Its just 10 mins from cubbon park so its a good place to stretch your legs after visiting the park.

The place is really calm and amazing to catch up for conversation and for a good coffee.
But the problem is the staff, especially lady staffs they do not treat so well nor be attentive when we order. Once we had been to this CCD and it was just few minutes to Open, even though we told that we can wait but the staffs and cleaners showed disrespect by saying waiting is not allowed and lied about the timings by mentioning late timings. They don’t hold onto regular customers. I would say please don’t go to this branch CCD because the female staffs are ridiculous. I can understand their actions being a girl.

Manager is really good and he should train his staffs well by saying not to do this again for any customer.

The place is big with separate rooms available for conducting personal and professional meetings. Open till late night and very good place to work and no one will be disturbing.

Good place to have meeting with clients and also for internal meetings. They offer conference room on hourly basis at affordable prices. Worth for business meetings and hangout with friends. More than friends i saw this place being effectively used by startups and for business meetings, worth it!

I was genuinely suprised by the layout of this CCD and the food options available. Been to many outlets but this one was really well spread out and designed. Has all day breakfast and meal options.
The coffee variety is vast and can be intimidating for someone who is not familiar with the brew.
Staff is friendly and courteous. Although the food is pricey, I liked the chicken mayo sandwich and cold coffee.

This one's not like any usual ccd, it's ccd square which is supposed to be a more premium experience. The entire place is designed to give a more classy vibe.like a lounge. Ofcourse, the prices are higher, so go here only if your willing to pay for the experience.

No hygiene, staff members were not masked up at all and a serving staff member was constantly touching our coffee cups before serving. Cafe Mocha was not at all good. Just over hyped and over priced.
Brownie was not good either. It was super dry.

The place is good but the staff is non attentive. When you don’t have self service, the staff needs to be available. On the contrary they keep taking among themselves and it’s really difficult to get their attention.

They also did not provide a bill and asked to pay the amount directly. They gave the bill reluctantly when I pressed for it.

The first and the best CCD. Quite different from the other CCD's. Ample spaces and extravagant seating. They have a mini board room as well, just in case you want to have a impropetu meeting. Best visited at dusk on a rainy day.

WiFi was not available. And Vehicle needs to be parked on a different road and need to walk to the place.

This outlet is a premium one so none of the vouchers and offers were applicable here.

Had a great experience with Ravindra good service and he suggested one of the best vegan omlet excellent food love it.

The uber CCD in CCD HQ is nice and classy but extremely high priced. If someone wants to drop in just for the experience they're welcome. But then somethings need looking into like even the toilets for such a posh place aren't upto it's standards and need maintanence.

The place is clean, open and a quite place to go and have a quick meeting, meet a friend or just have a cup of coffee
The food is pretty good however it does take a bit of time.

Had Egg Sandwich and Inverted Capuccino (I asked for a strong coffee).
This coffee had a tinge of Vanilla syrup on the top which gave the taste a twist.

Good service and friendly staff especially

Items are overpriced compared to other outlets in Bangalore. They will ask you to pay service charge even though it's not legal. Upon asking to omit service charge they will say that they serve to table that's why we have to pay service charge also.

Nice ambiance though.

Bit expensive but who wouldn't want best (private) time with their loved ones. Try my personal favorite non alcoholic rum Choco frappe

Standards and the craftsmanship of their coffee has gone shockingly down. My latte tasted like a regular takeaway from a highway ccd. Paying premium bucks for a below average coffee feels like you’re being tricked.

Very calm and quite place. My usual hangout place. You will never get bored here. If u are someone who wants spend some quality time with near and dear ones must visit this place. Staff here are very good. They provide good services.

The best place to chit chat with your lost friends or spend a pleasant day with your girlfriend or have work related meeting, this is the perfect place.
Nobody bothers you here, even if you sit for half a day. But it all comes for a steep price if you are willing to shell it out.

Nice place to hang out with a good coffee.
CCD has a tie-up with a organization and have come up with bio degradable coffee cup and a sort of a sipper contributing their bit to the environment.
These are unbreakable and micro waveable upto a minute. Totally worth it if you would want to help their cause

Awesome and varied menu with nice sights of the lavelle road traffic and good view of the UB city. Most helpful is the free parking available in the building.

The ambience was really good and had a calm vibe to it. The espresso was decent, the good tasted pretty good.

Coffe choices have reduced since earlier. But the food and service was good and covid protocols were followed.

It was our first visit to this place.
We had capachino and 2 plates of nachos.
The service from Mr. Ravindra was very nice and the ccd staf were also good.
Totally it was fantastic

Frankly didn't know that ccd had such a nice outlet. A great selection of coffee beans (though I think they can expand).

Wonderful and a different level of Cafe Coffee Day. Wonderful range of Coffees on offer from different parts of the world. Also have a mouth watering range of food for food lovers.
Smoky iced tea experience was wonderful

This CCD outlet is a great refreshing change from the other small outlets, typical of the brand. It is for starters, very spacious. The furniture, cushions are very neatly designed and managed, as well as great for the ergonomics. Their food menu is also pretty vast. I had the rice with sunny side up and chicken. Served for a greatly filling meal and it was December priced. Located at the center of Bangalore, it makes for a great early evening outing.

Can never be lonely at this place. Atleast I get to find 2 to 3 guys of my known circle at this place. Apart from that, love this place for what it is.

Had a breakfast with family here, ite south indian restaurant. Good food, good manu, nice staff, items are testy and good. Just visited Canara coffee house as told it is the oldest South Indian restaurant in vadodara operating since1945. Menu is select not many items but consistently taste for decades. Ordered vada sambhar dahi wada and masala uttapam.

A much more premium version of the existing Cafe Coffee Day. The space and lighting is well done and as an added bonus, it’s right next to UB City. Highly Recommended.

Coffee Day Square on Vittal Mallya Road, Bengaluru is one of the biggest Cafe Coffee Day joints. Very beautiful place and facing road on both the sides, opposite to Cubbon Park. One can get variety of snacks apart from great Coffee variants. Seating, ambience, lighting are very nice and service is good.

" The Square" is the premium lounge of Cafe Coffee Day. CCD is known in India to popularise Coffee and make it common beverage across age groups. This is a perfect place to be.with lot of niche offerings.across food and beverage both. The CCD s corporate office is just above hence you might be able to see few offerings which are only unique to this place. Must visit

One of the finest CCD outlets. The ambience is far better than the rest of the outlets and service is really good.

The place by decor and ambience is good but the food is quite okay.
The only thing we enjoyed from all the items ordered was the cheesy nachos.

CCD Square, is like a premium version of the Coffee day experience. Have been here couple of time, both times it was a pleasant experience. Sipping on coffee in a comfortable chair, while watching the world move when it's drizzling outside, it's something. The food & drinks are really good, there is ample parking available but it might a little bit on the pricey side, considering its in one of the most premium locations of the city.

Just two cappuccino and a smoothie costs Rs 1000/-. The quantity given for cappuccino is just normal and the price is exhorbitant for a coffee!
I asked for a chocolate smoothie and the order was taken for strawberry and we didnt realize until we got it!
Very careless attitude coupled with exhorbitant pricing makes this the worst value and inferior cafe outlets in whole of bangalore.
If anyone visit this place, be aware that they have tons of cash to spare and there are much lovely and quality places just a hop away!

Some people say it is costly, keep in mind that you are in center city.and having wonderful coffee with friends.so it is worth for money. If you feel that it is costly done go. Better go to home and make your self. From my collage days we used to hangout here. Best place.

I ordered for a mango milkshake and French fries. Fries were good enough. Milkshake was completely waste of money. It was fully diluted with water. It was very costly. It was around 135 rs.for the same price I can drink 5 milkshakes outside. Milkshake didn't even taste like it. Coffee day is only money making business, can find nothing else here.

You can either choose the ground siting or the first floor and enjoy your time with a nice coffee.

Location of this restaurant is very catchy as it's placed near many amenities like general stores and hospital.etc.

Good that it's been continuing for years from scratch.otherwise nearby stores keeps adjusting according to customer's demand.

Cafe coffee day when you get there, it’s table service so sit down anywhere. They aren’t quick to take your order but that’s because in Bangalore India it’s a slow paced environment for food and restaurants.

The selection of beverages is amazing. You can have coffee, tea, mocktails, or just water. You also have a large selection of food. From savory to sweet. There are also pairings available. If you’re veg or non-veg an option is there for you.

The food.wow! Flavor. It is not what Americans expect from India. (Most) People stereotype Indian food as curry, masala, rice and wheat. But they have a great twist on the foods westerns and others have come to love.

My meal: triple cheesy churn has burger. Veg burger with a a relish and baby potatoes roasted. Each bite was an explosion of flavor. The smoked guda complimenting the spices from the vegetable patty. The cream cheese was all the star though. It was Slightly sweet but some heat to it as well.

The relish; mild in heat with bell pepper and lettuce. Mixed with the baby potatoes seasoned with love, it gives a nice starchy contrast to the rich burger.

The coffee. Light. Sweet. But strong. I enjoyed monsoon mist pour over at the recommendation of my server. The aroma from the grounds was surrounding my senses, but as soon as the water hit, the perfume of sweet coffee permeated the air. The sweetness from the coffee compliments the flavors of the veg burger very well. All of this for about 870 Rs ($14 USD) and 120 Rs tip. I’ll be going back.

While reaching this place is a roundabout due to one ways, it is a nice place to have meetings as unlike other CCDs the music here is either not on or low in decibels.

Not an every day place. Price r much on the higher range compared to the standard of food that is delivered.wel, the main reason is definitely for the property in which it is stationed.as far as if can recall, this was where the earlier Tiffany's used to be.food is good, but nothing wow.

While centrally located with easy parking, the staff needs to be clearer with communication on offers and discounts offered on their promotions.
Food is average and in the area there are nicer restaurants at the same price point.

Try the Japanese rice here. We liked it! Costly place. But no rush. The food is not easy on the stomach afterwards. The waiters pressurize for comments by name. They forget to give water and need reminders. They give very few napkins even after reminding.

This is one of the very busiest traffic place in Bangalore. I had been to UB city with my friends.

Than I had seen this CCD and visited this place with my friends. Its a nice place and its too cool place inside after entering this CCD. We ordered for Cold coffee and sandwich. The sandwich was fresh and tasty with green chatni.

The coffee was also very yummm. I really had the good time here with my friends. There was slow music going on in this place. The staff was good. The quantity of the sandwich was worth the cost. The sandwich was large in quantity so I had to share it with my friends. I would like to visit this place again. There was no much crowd aswell in this place.

Let's keep it simple. Why are we complicating the coffee and cappuccino. Love the place. But don't make me think too much when I want to relax.

-staff said that the place is open only from 8am when I called. But it actually is open from 7am. The breakfast is served from a little later on. So I guess the he gave me misleading information for his own comfort.
-he made me switch places because he wanted to clean the area i was sitting in. Don’t restaurants and cafes clean while closing up, isn’t that the practice worldwide? And why is one corner unclean and other part clean?
-he asked me again to change the place as the plug point at one corner isn’t working. I’m already frustrated now without my morning coffee.
-I gave him my to-go ceramic cup with the lid so I can leave with my coffee after a bit. I asked him to rinse with hot water. But he misunderstood as me wanting hot water. I clarified that I just wanted it washed and he still served my drink in a regular glass because his layering decoration won’t be visible in my opaque to-go cup as the transparent cup he served me in.
-cafe coffee day radio is so annoying with the lady talking all the time. Just play ambient classical music or latest hits. Songs collections are quite awful tbh.
-wifi connectivity is complicated. OTP is fine. But I have to get the daily pin from the barista and it got over in a minute after updating one of my adobe apps.
-only good thing about my entire experience is that the guy helped me connect to wifi when I had trouble and made sure my wifi was working. That’s why 2 stars or I’d have gone for 1
-starbucks should open one nearby so I could go there. Quite an awful experience overall. I tried CCD after a long time despite my dislike thinking there would be some improvement. But you guys lost an opportunity here. I am a guy who works out of coffee places regularly ordering atleast 2 coffees.

Very cozy place with a good ambience. Service is good & the staff are courteous. Prices are a tad bit on the higher side. Have ensured to visit this place on every engagement anniversary of mine.
