A perfect spot to take a break and sip the coffee. The staff are polite. The washrooms are clean.

As usual - expensive for a mid class family.

Little longer wait time due to crowd. Place is awesome.

Worthless staffs. They have no clue about the order once it is placed. When you go and enquire about it they realize they have not even started preparing the food.

Well maintaines, It's open till 12a.m which is rare in this highway. Overall it's a good atmosphere

Okay kind of Service. Perfection of coffee need to be improved. Tea was good here rather than coffee

My review is rather unusual as CCD is a brand I blindly trust.

We friends and family visited this outlet en route Bangalore on Sunday 12/03/2023. Only 1 of 3 women’s washroom was functional and even that was badly maintained. I then ordered the “Devil’s Own drink” I gave a scoop of the whipped cream to my child and drank the remainder of the drink, both me and my child are down with severe food poisoning. My symptoms showed up in just 2 hours after consuming the drink.
This sort of negligence by some CCD employees can seriously impact the name and legacy of CCD and also the health of its customers.

It’s been almost a week and my 4 year old is still passing loose motions and vomiting, not to mention the medical expenses we have incurred. We are terribly disappointed. I hope this outlet is inspected!

I had to eat something which does not have any onion and garlic, they served me set dosa without onion and it was so good we did not need any chutney or anything else.

It was so delicious.

The toilets were not very clean. That's one main requirement for an outlet on the highway.

DAY LITE SCAM. I was scammed here while i dropped in to have a coffee on the way, one guy inhis pyjamas posing as ex-employee of CCD came n did some sweet talking to me in local language sitting opposite chair and while ordering coffee. Since i was busy he left after 10 mins, later i find that he had taken some money from the counter too. I was shocked but i had to make the payment for coffee. What i realized is whole ccd team is involved in this scam.

On the way to Mysore/ sakleshpur, good parking space, seating and ambience.
Very clean, hygeinic and quick service,
We had cappuccino and chilli cheese toast which was okayish, their coffee and sandwiches are highly recommended.
We went in the evening, there was no rush, could be slightly full during daytime.
Amazing pit stop for your road trip!

Not as clean as it used to be before COVID-19. The service & maintenance can surely be taken up a few notches. Sad to a marquee slide.

Ambience feels great. Good indoor and outdoor seating facilities. Clean washrooms and huge parking space. But taste felt a notch lesser than signature CCD taste. Even the price was higher by 10-15 percent than usual CCD cost.

They serve in to-go glasses even when you dine in. On asking the waiter they gave an excuse that they don't have dine in glasses despite me pointing out a stack of glasses near the counter. Excuse given was it is extra glasses so not serving in them.
Bathroom is also average and not upto good standards.

Worst coffee day spot, no internet access and worst tasting coffee and beverages. Waste of time and money.

Tried the litchi cold coffee. Was refreshing and amazing! Very less people so a good place to stop by on the way back from Chikmagalur.

Very average CCD in terms of food and coffee. Large clean restroom (although the taps didn't work), the furniture wasn't maintained as well as expected, the options were limited because of post-COVID staffing shortages but the one barista was very helpful, even giving us directions for our onward journey. Parking was available in plenty since it's just off a highway.

The place has a very worn-out feel to it, the color's have lost their life, the sign (of Cafe Coffee Day) has seen better times, the chairs have look like they have been in the sun too long. So yes an overall rustic old look to it, if the owners were smart they could lose the Cafe coffee day bit and make it an old bar.

Toilets were clean, coffee was great, and yes parking is bountiful - so cannot complain:)

One of the cleaner places on the Mangalore-Bangalore Highway. They have outside seating and they allow pets too. Overall a good place for a quick coffee break on the highway.

The coffee was very poorly prepared and presented as per cafe coffee day standards, the sandwiches were pretty good though

24/7 place. First timer for Coffee day. After driving for 300+km stopped for coffee break. Well maintained place, perfect location beside highway.

Good for quick break after a long drive. Enjoyed cappuccino and snacks combo. Washroom neat and well maintained.

Half of the items are not available. Quality of the food is so bad. Pizza was raw. And cold coffee had no froth in it. Horrible

Food Options are very less since there will be less crowd. The quality of food served here are also not up to the mark. The ambience offered here is very good.

Very spacious cafe with great ambience I have come across especially on highways. Open 24hrs. And also very clean washrooms.

Typical cafe coffee day outlet. But the major deal it is on the national highway to Bangalore. It's our regular pit stop. The personnels are great here.

Just another typical CCD. Took a break from driving for a coffee. It's between Arsikere and Banavara. Hard core CCD fans will not get disappointed.

One of the regular night halts for us. The staff is good and polite. Some times card doesn't work, so check before ordering.

The cafe has great ambience. It is neat and clean and rather well maintained. The washrooms are pretty neat for a highway cafe. The food is quite a let down, though. We had a smoked chicken sandwich. The bread was soft, but the filling seemed like a half-hearted effort at making a sandwich.
We also ordered the classic lemonade, which was actually a lemon soda, a complete waist.
