Worst experience ever at JP nagar. They do not know how to treat the customers. Before billing they did not let is know tables are occupied and they took the order. They are not ready to refund. Made is stand and drink the tea. It would make sense if they had informed prior taking order.

Extremely bad coffee.the staff never fullfils the coffee taste requirements. Probably the first cafe who uses ice as a substitute to milk.

Very rude behaviour from staff paraveen towards customer …we have ordered different drinks all are tasting same.wen we asked them, she replied harshly.no politeness…

My experience was not good at this place. I used to go daily after dropping my kid to school and work there for two hours. The lady incharge (praveena) is not at all nice, doesnt take any order untill it is 9: 30 AM. One time i went to order she told she is busy and will come to take the order at my place, but didnt come only. One time i asked her to reduce to turn off the volume of speaker for a few minutes so that i can attend a meeting, but she refused. I felt unfreindly there. It was not like that i was freeloading there, i used to order a coffe or hot choclate. I compalined to her manager and after that stopped going there, since i dont feel comfortable there. Also thier internet connection is down from alomost two months and nobody repairs it. I recommend some soft skill training for the employees there

The service was so bad and mainly the staff were so rude never coming here again and will suggest my friends not to either

Great concept, but I can see why the brand is struggling. Staff.always on mobiles, no connection with customers. Not at all service oriented. I enjoyed the coffee and sandwich thou.

Nice Coffee as always, please work on your timings, would love to go for a midnight coffee if shops are open.

Good place for meeting. I went to ccd after almost 3 yr and they have just ruined the both famous cold coffee - devil's and belgian.the cold coffee is full of big chunks of crushed ice and has just lost the old taste and blend of a good cold coffee. Sorry guys, you are loosing it.

Today was a moderate experience as there was limited options and staff was struggling to meet customer orders.

Staffs was very friendly and coorporative. I ordered cappicino, mocha and pastry. I personally didn't like mocha. Cappicino and pastry was awesome

Good cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating. Located on 24th Main in prime location of JP Nagar phase 1

A lot can happen over a coffee. And coffee day is a very special place for me. Thanks for this lovely and cozy place

Really good place to have a cup of Latte and enjoy the work your doing or the time you spend with your friends. Amazing selection of both hot and cold beverages, and eatables.
There was a separate section for smoking which was good for non-smokers and a pleasant place for the people who wanted to, as it was set outside with a lovely and calm view.
One drawback was that there was no washroom service at the place.
We had ordered a Devil's Own Latte, which was amazing and rich with coffee.

Was billed for 530 but was not given a receipt even after asking multiple times. Staff kept delaying saying that they'll get the receipt later. After finishing my beverage, I took the menu to manually calculate the total which came to 474. Had to raise a voice to get the money back. Cheaters of first order. Never visit this place and if unfortunately you end up being there, always ask for a receipt and check every item. This place is a champion of fleecing customers. Btw, both food and beverage were below average. Food was under cooked and beverage was all ice.

It was place which was not famous for its coffee taste, but famous as a hangout destination by youth's.

Service was terrible. Had to ask staff thrice to clean the table. I wasn't given a bill. There was a horrible screeching sound from the speakers. Couldn't sit and read in peace.

Coffee and food quality are good but service and comfort level is not. They seem to sweep and clean the place in the morning after customers arrive. So you play a a bit of musical chairs until they are done.

Very bad experience. They served Maggi when we ordered noodles. No professionalism. When we complained they mixed few pieces capsicum n gave the same Maggi. Extreamly disappointed

Theee worst place I have seen ever. They say noodles nd give MAGGImint money. Close itgarlic bread was very small was below standard. No professionalism. Worst worst worst

Food quality was below standard.
Even the lemonade that we ordered was mixed with Mountain dew, I believe.
All in all, was very dissatisfied.

One of the staff members literally stole 200 bucks from us. He ordered 2 when we said 1, and then took 400 rupees and when we repeatedly told him we ordered only ONE he gave 200 back and pretended like we never gave 200 more. We cancelled our drink and also lost 200 rupees. Worst customer experience I've ever had. Other staff members didn't even try to help. A literal THIEF is in the billing counter. Never going back again.

Nice and pleasant ambience, typical of CCD. Two observations. CCDs can be real sweaty, if ACs are without backup. Second, Parking a major challenge.
