Cafe Coffee Day

It is a good place for a quick meeting. The food and the coffee was great. The service was a little slow, but overall a good experience.

My favourite CCD in Bangalore having a small outlet and well maintained. Good ambiance and great place to relax.

I only visit this place for the atmosphere. The sitting place outside is really nice and you can spend an evening easily here. The food however is the typical CCD menu which seriously lacks food options.

I keep coming as location is an added advantage and staffs are kind and polite, otherwise the coffee is same but more kindness and love is poured in it.

Great tea! Didn't expect that from CCD, location is peaceful, could find plug points so was able to get my work done along with a cup of nice hot tea

Good place and atmosphere
Service is good and you can spend time on discussion and office work also.

Visited CCD after a long time and absolutely loved the sandwich along with my favourite cappuccino.

Sad place. The brand has lost all it's former glory. Untrained staff. It was 11 30 still they had no cash for change in the till. They said coffee will take time (15 minutes!). No vibe at the place. Just a slowly dying outlet.

Very Small most important coffee is so so. With big group don't visit this place. If you are alone for a quick sip you can decide to choose a much cheaper option.

No So Great. The folks didn't bother to clean the table from the previous guests. They just don't care.

Some cakes we had very nice, but the coffee (cappuccino), felt like medicine for constipation, might spoiled milk or something.got sick

I had the Worst experience here. Even though the cafe for not soo crowded, the person was not ready to take order. It felt like he was trying to get us out of the cafe. He didn't even care to respond to us properly. Whatever we ordered he said "It will take a lot of time" and went away.

Cashier guy was hopeless with his service. I ordered for a bday cake paid about 443 rps n firstly he dint even ask If I wanted to write something and when I gave him what note he had to write he completely ruined my message and dint even bother to show me. Being such renouned chain how can they have such inefficient employees.very disappointed

Coffee day is always a good hangout places, love their cheese garlic bread.only small hitch is their coffee making style.milk below the froth is too liquidy instead of thick and espresso isnt strong. I am guessing when the espresso falls, ratio of grounded beans vs water needs to be adjusted to make it a thick strong coffee. It's almost as if the froth and the milk below it has no relation to each other.

Well, CCD being a family favourite we visit often.this one is clean and the customer service was good.we had our regular cold coffee, capuccino and tried the alphonso mango smoothie.has a good view outside.easily could spend couple of hours.

This one is located at Arekere main road. Has good vibes & nice view of the garden just opposite to it. The staff is polite. Just tried Alfonso Smoothie, & I loved it! Enjoying a cool treat on a hot day.

I was served a stale veg samosa, on asking for a change I got one more over heated stale samosa. Request you guys to say 'No it's not available', instead of serving something stale and pathetic. Time: 8pm, 1-June-2019.
PS: Food is never fresh here.

Wonderful experience. Beautifully tucked in the midst of two parks inside Vijaya Bank Layout. There's a lot of tree cover. It's just such a calm place. I would love spend my time everyday here. Decent, not crowded. Nice amabence. Service is good. Wel behavied stafs.

Place is right opposite to the garden. Nice location to sit and sip on some coffee. The food is usually preserved so theres something different about the taste always.

Nice place to have coffee and carry out regular gossips. Can buy some snacks too. Other cold beverages can also be ordered.

Located in very calm and away from traffic place. Good enough spacing and staffing. Mild music and live sports makes this place good for hangout. There are no charging points, that's star down from me. Rest is same as all ccds.

Small place with untidy display of seating, most of the time air conditioners will not work effectively your olfactory receptors will command your cerebellum to push your limbs out of the place.

Pathetic staff.don't accept meal cards irrespective of fact that ccd has to accept that meal card.staff behaviour is very unprofessional

Ambience is good but bad staff service. No proper response from staff. Very bad way of responding to staff

Nice place to unwind after a hectic day. The staff is really friendly & the service is also good unlike a couple of ccd's where the service sucks.

Watch out for this place! They don't prefer to give you a bill and it's often undervalued. They might also make up some excuse like the printer is not working. The manger is in it with all the staff and try to scam customers.
