Cafe Coffee Day

I had a great experience at Cafe Day for an office meeting; the ambiance was perfect, and the service was good. It's also the best place to relax and spend quality time with friends.

Visited the joint after 14 years or so. It was good to see that they have the same cozy ambience with a beautiful menu. Had a hot chocolate. It was super good.

Its a dead place which is really sad because i remember going here very often a few years back. They had almost nothing on their menu. Everything we asked for was not available. It really just smells of smoke and is not well kept and not appealing at all.

I used to go CCD on regular basis.but this is my worst experience - for the first time

Not sure if this was due to covid but the service of this CCD was a complete let down.
From a bill of 800 bucks! All I got were some doozy sandwiches, that too from the freezer not even fresh, and some absolutely bitter cold coffee. Not good.

Good place. Normally I conduct meetings here. But the worst part and the reason why I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is, we do not get Internet no matter whichever network we use. This is quite annoying. But nothing to do with the service and maintenance.

Not a very good place to spend time. Food quality does not match with the rest of the outlets. Water bottles not available and when asked to get a glass of water the staff did not get it even after asking twice

Its a good place to hang out with your friends.you can just sit and chat as long as you want.if you are going here for the food or coffee you would be dissappointed.the coffee here just tastes like hot water.only go here if you want some quiet place.

Very disappointing.
The service was extremely unsatisfactory. The staff take a long time to get the order ready and aren't very receptive. They don't give enough spoons or forks for the sides even when asked for, and the bathroom is poorly maintained and very unhygienic. The deserts and coffee were good, except for the Cold Cafe Mocha, which was nothing but water flavoured with a hint of coffee.

This branch seemed a bit more cozy than other branches to me. I don't know why, i guess it was the overall ambience. They also allow smoking if you sit outdoors.

Most and the best visiting place.to taste the best coffee.with no wait and a peaceful and pleasant environment

Coffee was just warm.furnitures outside have almost worn out: - (. Sitting out is just but passive smoking

Did not work for me. If I want to chill, I would pick other outlets. Maybe even the Square at their HO.
Oh. Forgot to mention - try to skip the blue cappuccino.

The place is a good meeting point for casual and professional meeting. Has indoor and outdoor seating available. The staff is warm and welcoming. As it is know for the CCD chain of restaurants have become a rendezvous point for all age groups. This is situated right in front of the children park in Jayanagar 9th block. Does has a fine enough parking space around. Although since this is a busy road, can become noisy at times as there is also a school two buildings next to it. It's in a road corner.

Place is nice.have been coming here regularly for many years. But the new crew is horribly rude with customers and provide bad service. Never seen so many arguments breakout so often with the patrons. None of the previous crews misbehaved this way before.

Coffee tastes good here. Food tastes just like any other CCD, just average. Service and ambiance are good. Place is decent to have cup of coffee.

Decent place with good seating facility. Staffs are awesome. Overall a nice spot to spend sometime slurping some coffee.

It's a very good plac to have a best time with Ur frnds, and ppl are so interactive and helping

Staff needs to be a lot more courteous. You must realise that we don't come there just for your fnb.

The place is good for the hangout. They have a good place to sit outside and chit chat with frns. Ambience is good. Staffs are friendly.

Neat and clean place for conversations. Better be there during day time. It's a beautiful location if you to work from cafe.

Sitting balcony there for smokers. Very dimly lit indoors. Not good ambience for loners planning to work there.

Service was a little unorganized, the interior smelled like an old fridge, and there was a ton of smokers seating in the terrace (maybe it was just my bad luck). Starbucks down the block won't cost much more, but you definitely get a better bang for your bucks!
The whole thing was not pleasant to me.

I usually tend to work out of CCDs. However, this place has inke one charging port which is also a make shift port which they use for a fan which is kept outdoors. This port is also located outdoors and its really uncomfortable to sit outdoors during summers. Inside however is equally bad as the AC barely does the job. To add to that there is no charging port inside. This is the problem across the CCDs. The restrooms are equally bad.

As always Cafe Coffee Day is the ideal place to meet. Staff at this Cafe was very courteous.

More than 75% items in the menu are not available here i have kept observing since 2 Months its really annoying and this ccd provides only the items above RS. 170 in the menu VERY WORST EXPERIENCE

Coffee Day in Jayanagar 4th block didn't have 80% of the cold beverages. When I asked for a classic lemonade, I was told no stock. Then why have it on the menu? Service standards & quality have gone down a lot.

Gud place. Friendly staff and very good service. Food, coffee, cakes, shakes, etc many to munch on.

Good place for coffee and work! Nice sit out area! Popular with short meetings and college hangout!
