Staff doesn’t seems like to work.
I just wanted a bottle of water and I had to wait for 10 minute.
Informed them twice still had to wait for a water bottle.

Mr. Yogesh seems to be least interested in customers, making us wait while he is talking to others and doing his billing.

Pricey, quantity/quality should match that price but not. Ordered a double decker panner sandwich for Rs. 390 but there is stuffing difference between what displayed vs what I received. 1st Panner stuffing was very less, next in displayed double decker there were tomoto slices but was not in what I received. When I enquired with them that what I received was just a panner sandwich and not double decker panner sandwich, they said difference is just adding cheese in double decker! Also, there was much delay in delivering food. It’s expensive but it should be worth, but from my experience not worthy at all

Cafe Coffee Day - a chain of coffee outlets spread across various locations. This facility is located in the common area of the airport.

This has limited seating available for customers. Generally, majority of the customers prefer to carry their coffee with them.

Eatables are available but limited to the stock they have. The regular coffees are available in disposable cups.

Overall, this is good for what it says - coffee.

Great place for coffee in Bangalore will be CCD. Airport Branch was cool, staff are good and cooperative. Nice interaction with staff. Neatly maintained and organized well. All COVID protocols were followed. Loved to visit again. Nice seating arrangements available. Ambiance was great. Cappuccino was awesome as usual.

I had a Devil's coffee - CCD special which costs 330rs while I was waiting for my next flight. This place is well kept and staffs offer good service.
They have good set of cookies and sandwich options.
You can power up your laptop, sip a coffee and work from here until next catch up.

This lounge is located inside airport, which can be entered after security check.
We can access this lounge for unlimited food by paying 2rs/- only if our debit/credit card is having complimentary airport lounge access.

I was waiting for my flight with my husband and the waiter there asked to order. I asked for a chocolate shot but he heard as mango shot. When I corrected him he was so rude and asked me to wait. Then he said that was not there, then I ordered mango shot and he angrily gave it to me. When I asked if I could pay with Qr code, he said only cash or card. Then I paid with cash but the worst part was that he told my husband to not sleep here, when I am paying and having my food with my husband, why is he bothered what my husband does, worst behavior. I will not advise anyone to go to this shop inside domestic airport in bangalore. Worst customer service. Why should customers pay for this kind of service when staff show so much of attitude and anger to them.

Poor attitude of the staff, and didn't give me a bill for my purchase at 01: 00am for my coffee.

Good service, opposite to the Indigo check-in counters inside the airport, bit dirty in some areas.

Horrible service boys.its almost lik they chase you out once u r done with ur coffee or order.they should be trained how to handle customers.just because we sit there for another hour cant keep buying things over and over again.

All snacks from this restaurant are costly! Please reduce the snacks price! So that all people can have with less price of snack's

Café Coffee Day Global Limited Company is a Chikkamagaluru-based business which grows coffee in its own estates of 20,000 acres.  It is the largest producer of arabica beans in Asia, exporting to various countries including the U. S, Europe, and Japan.

V. G. Siddhartha started the café chain in 1996 when he incorporated Coffee Day Global, which is the parent of the Coffee Day chain.  The first CCD outlet was set up on July 11,1996, at Brigade Road, Bangalore, Karnataka. It rapidly expanded to other cities in India, with more than 1000 cafés open across the nation by 2011.

In 2010, it was announced that a consortium led by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts would invest ₹10 billion  (US$140 million) in Coffee Day Resorts, owned by the company. The same year, the logo was changed to the current logo, which the company stated was to showcase the chain as a place to talk. This was done with major changes in the layout of the stores, including the addition of lounges and a total revamp of the interiors.

I thought to give negative ratings.but no option. CCD is having good name and reputation.but the service boys are main spoilers. Behaviour of this CCD service boy is worst. Advising not to visit ever.

There are couple of CCDs in & around the airport, this particular one is located just inside the airport next to the exit for domestic passengers. Few customers have mistakenly put up photos of CCDs located outside the airport in their reviews here. The service in this CCD is very nice.

I ordered Garlic Bread and it was worst. They told me to refund amount but unfortunately i did not received the refund. At the end, it was full waste

Was a good experience. Fyi. Had to wait as we arrived at 11: 45 pm and needed to wait till 12am so they can process my order. Don't order lime soda the coffees are good

KIA banglore airport.nice place to hang around.one of the best hang around area around any airport.

Not well maintained. The table was very dirty and when we requested that the staff clean it, there was a mere pretence at cleaning it. Actually the table stank after he tried to clean it. So he needn't have bothered.
They only have the gourmet mysore special nuggets coffee available. The more expensive variety. And patrons aren't informed of this in advance.
Ended up spending 220 for a coffee. That is just unreasonable. If you're at the airport, rather go upstairs if you want coffee and snacks at a sensible price. Urban food market has both.

The staffs are courteous and are helpful too. Their setting is good. They offer spacious seating. The overall ambiance is good and colorful.

A great spot to grab a coffee at the International Airport. It is located in The Quad area as soon as you exit the airport. There is good amount of seating.

The food is alright, but I prefer the coffees here. They are made quickly and the staff are very kind if you want it heated more or you want some change in it. The place is also reasonably priced for an airport cafe.

Service guy fooled me, i ordered 2 cold coffee mocha he gave banana caramel frappe intentionally and billed 150 extra. Feels bad to see such behaviour at airport where u are already charging extra

They are located inside the Terminal. The staffs are really good and friendly.

I was flying alone to Mumbai from Bangalore. I was bored and initiated a conversation with one of the CCD guys. She was damn cool and had many funny stories to share. I will visit this CCD again when at airport just to have more conversation with her. Haha XD

Coffee on arrival, a relief to find CCD on arrival. After a tiresome flight you would be delighted to have a wonderful cup of coffee. The shop is located on the left of exit after baggage claim. Also there are reclining chairs to relax if you happen to have arrived in early hours to kill time.

Prices are extremely expensive as compared with other CCD outlets. But since its inside the airport premises, it's justified.as far as the taste of food and coffee is concerned, it's just mediocre with fancy presentation. Only visit if you are bored waiting for flight or you are desperate for a cup of coffee or tea.

Delicious Paneer and Chicken Sandwiches, it's the only point of refreshment for Flight Transfers to another destination.

Staffs are not providing bill for any item. And charging different amount for different passengers.

Café Coffee Day is located inside KIAL (Kempegowda International Airport Limited), Bangalore. They offer sandwiches, coffee and other beverages. Their Cappuccino and Latte are pretty standard and tasty. Items are overpriced, due to the fact that it is inside an international airport terminal.
Café Coffee Day is my daily driver at work. As it is located in an airport, expect it to be overpriced. They offer standard set of items across their outlets. Their Cappuccino and Mocha are top class. They have a good collection of sandwiches - both veg and non veg. I personally love their Smoked Chicken Sandwich. They resemble your regular Subway Sandwiches in terms of form factor.

They do offer burgers too. Their chicken burger is good. They are juicy and tasty too.

Chilly cheese toast is best accompanied with a good cappuccino coffee.

They have a good collection of cakes as well.chocolate fantasy is my personal favourite. They are hot favourites as birthday cakes too.

They have their trademark sizzling brownie too.

The Cafe Coffee Day outlets maintain their standard and are consistent with their offerings across the outlets. Quality and hygiene are top priority. You can order a Cappuccino and sit back on their couch with a book, relax and enjoy the time there. It is a good place for hangouts with friends and colleagues too. You can have your own personal space, sit back and relax here.
The BIAL (Bangalore International Airport Limited) is renamed to Kempegowda International Airport Limited (KIAL). It is well maintained and we'll serviced.
The Kempegowda International Terminal or the Bangalore international Airport is very plush and majestic. It is one of the best airports in India. They look posh and are well maintained. There are designated spots for passenger pickup and drop. This is frequented by taxi's, private cars etc to drop off and pick up passengers. There is a special zone for the Vayu Vajra Airport Volvo buses that ply to and from the airport to every part of the city. The Kempegowda International Airport Bus Station is the designated spot for the Vayu Vajra Airport Volvo buses that ply to and from the airport to every part of the city. There is transit 24x7 from here to the city. There are designated taxi zones for the Online Taxi's like Uber, Ola etc and for the traditional ones too. The passengers can avail the cab service from here. It is right next to the Vayu Vajra bus station.
This is one of the best airports in India. It maintains the international standards and is beautifully constructed.

The cafe coffe Day inside the airport is extremely helpful for the travellers, the staffs are courteous, but the only problem is the price, almost everything is over priced, but this is one of the best options you have there.
