Nothing much to talk about CCD! Nice place to have a quick coffee if you're waiting to pickup someone from the airport or before boarding a flight!

Most arrogant staff seen in café coffee day. Mr. Shiva Kumar at the International Airport counter which is situated outside the Terminal No. 1

Worst service, worst people they don't know even how to talk with the customers, even they don't know kannada this is so bad.

Had a very negative experience today with waiter Sadak/Sartak. I had been stuck in the departures terminal for most of Saturday the 28/01 due to not understanding the airports policy, waiting for my flight at 5: 30am on the 29/01. Despite ordering and spending over ₹3000 at this restaurant the entire day, (i have receipts), i was approached by Mr Sadak/Sartak and asked to order something or leave. As a foreign patron of this restaurant i found his behaviour confrontational and disgusting. Please ensure youre not kicking out patrons willing to spend money on your establishment. I will not be visiting your cafe again. Disgusted.

Very disappointed, asked for cold coffee, it was by far the worst cold coffee I’ve had from coffee day, I asked for a takeaway and the manager said they don’t have lid and said he only has the small lid! Like, what? ! How does that resolve my issue? Took their own sweet time to prepare the cold coffee too. Standards have drastically dropped, ruining their brand name like this.

Regular coffee people should avoid this place. Staff is illiterate and doesn’t know how to make a regular cappuccino. Putting CCD’s name into the dirt

Really bad coffee - too watery; top up with staff that are just giggling while your order for no good reason. No hygiene - pack of paper cups fell down on the floor and they're happily using it to serve customers. No cover for take aways despite telling I wanted a take away. I just hope i don't fall sick after consuming their coffee. Plus, it is right next to the smoking area. I'd go to Starbucks next time.

The staff was rude.
The staff disrespected the customer.
She claimed to be the manager not sure if she’s the one. She treated us wrongly.
Hope she gets suspended.
I don’t even want to give one start for the staff’s behaviour.

Poor service from the staffs. Bought a cake here, But Not tasty and also we requested to write on top of cake, but not haven't got it done saying no stock of cream.

Good coffee and good place to take meetings from while rushing to and from the airport.: D

It was really nice visiting the airport ccd, the peach ice tea was a great drink. However, the velvet coffee was fine.

Don't try ordering anything other than a simple cappuccino or espresso. The iced latte was warm and was a disaster in taste.

Today we've visited ro the airport on night with my friends and I'm feeling sleepy and then we go CCD quad to have a cup of coffee.we ordered a cappacuno the coffee was really very nice and i really love the way they are preparing the coffee.lots of love to ccd coffee ️, next visit definitely will definitely come to ccd

Very much impressed by the service and taste of food was awesome, I recommend all of airport travellers to visit and have amazing time.

Very clean with comfortable seating. Kiran recommended a combo to save me some money and was extremely attentive and courteous.
