Second time i am visiting this cafe coffee day in esteem mall. The problem both time AC not working

Horrible service.they literally gave us half glass of cold coffee and said thats how much they give.and also very rude staff.dirty tables and the ac doesn't work.its stinky and the staff is also very rude.
Btw very bad cheese cake. Yuckkkkk

Horrible place. No AC working & flies all round. When asked the staff shows attitude & replies that it’s not their job. On enquiry the air conditioning not functioning for last 3-4 weeks. God save

Coffee Day is a fantastic spot for a caffeine fix! The coffee here is top-notch, and the baristas really know their craft. I had a cappuccino, and it was perfectly balanced - rich, smooth espresso with a velvety foam. The cozy ambiance adds to the experience, making it a great place to relax or catch up on work. The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars is because it can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but the coffee is worth it. Will definitely be back for more!

Esteem Mall itself is a noisy and uncomfortable place. CCD made it even worse. We were told they aren't accepting orders. Waited for 20min. Then almost half the items on menu (esp cold) were unavailable. Outlet was stuffy and dimly lit.

Ordered dark frappe, belgian cold chocolate and tropical iceberg. None of them tasted good compared to other CCDs.

Worst experience ever. Our office is esteem mall and I try to grab coffee around 8.45 am. Every time when I get in the cleaning lady is very rude asking us to get out. Also, the lady on the coffee bar doesn't care and looks like they hate customers. No schedule no timing half the time the staffs are having brkfast in the morning or cleaning which is not the nicest way to treat the customer. Go for a diff coffee shop if you would like to start your day better. Worst and worst.

It was a bad experience here and there was literally no good service to customers. The staff here was quite rude compared to the other cafe coffee days in bangalore. There is lack of good staff who can communicate well.

The Iced Americano drink is absolutely disgusting, it feels drinking ice water with raw tea without sugar, I don't recommend this

The worst coffee day i have ever seen. Taste is horrible and also the behaviour of the service people is also horrible. I have ordered hot chocolate and iced cappuccino but the taste was worst. They will serve you snacks and coffee like a local coffee shop. You wont be feeling like you are in a cafe coffee day. Once you taste any coffee or beverages, you would never visit cafe coffe day again. Waste of money and waste of time

The house keeping lady was very rude towrds us while we are taking seat outside she was telling us to get up from the chair

Very well maintained cafe. Staff was not present at the counter when I entered the cafe. When I came to check if there was someone at the counter, no one was there. When I stepped down to check if there was a rest room, then I saw a staff saying, it's not allowed to take a seat at the top without ordering in the counter.
Great design and really nice interiors. Good collection of food.
Underrated great cafe. All the best team.

Too many mosquito, need to keep some repellent for it, service was excellent, , food and quality and service everything is good just that too much of mosquito?

Very poor house keeping,
Waste collecting tray falls on your head once you come out wash room.
They are busy with mobile

No take away cups? ! And ridiculous excuses from the lady waitress. Late for a meeting, because of this. I am a regular customer, always experiencing bad service. She was so ready to fight with me. Doesn’t treat students respectfully. All customers should be treated equally! Horrible, terrible service.

Staff does not have any manners even a guy at a chai stall has a better behaviour than them worst branch

Rude behaviour From staff, Worst service and staff behaviour is horrible.not even worth a single star.
Worst management.didnot expect this from cafe coffee day. They partiality between kannada people and North people are we in Karnataka are Delhi.if somebody is speaking in Hindi they are attending then with utmost care, when it comes to kannadigas they are showing careless attitude.shame on you cafe coffee day.remember you are eating food of Karnataka. Biased management.

The coffee is good and so is the place. Must visit place. Definitely try their Cappuccino with Chilli Cheese Toast and Garlic Bread.

I had a issue with a cashier. He was very rude and left crying. I had spoke to Cafe Coffee Day customer care and immediately action was taken.

The coffee was good
Bt the waiters did nt hav mutual respect towards the costumers

Very rude behaviour from staff.
I never found shouting staffs (to Customers) in any other ccd

The cake is like a weak ago and the staff lady is giving so much attitude
I told her the cake might be old
Rather then anything she is lying straight to my face about about it it
I loved the cakes ccd had but this place has ruined it I wish there was negative stars too
You guys really need to get your Coustumer service right
