Due to the make over of the highway looks like the place has lost its charm. From Mysore to bangalore you literally have to take a 2-3 kms detour for a ccd. Can’t blame the cafe but the highway authorities should be considerate to the food businesses on the highway

This place used to be full of people earlier. Now it looks old and shabby. Service was quick. Coffee was ok. Price was exorbitant would never pay 200 bucks for that coffee.

The food was very bad. A normal sandwich was served when ordered double decker sandwich. The staff told double decker means extra cheese only. Only recommended for coffee, not food.

The cashier pushes you to place an order without allowing time to even think. They don't speak courteously.

Very rude staff, they don’t wait to take customer orders. Food is also served haphazardly.

I ordered garlic bread it's not like that it was worst garlic bread i ate in cafe coffee day franchise

Not worst, now in express way we don't find any restaurants. If we need to use restrooms we need find coffee day, and restaurant by existing express way. Only to use we went to coffee day. Not well maintained ambience

Didn't have the the bread that's on menu, they prepared and served something that was not at all close to what we ordered. I had asked to make my cappuccino a little stronger and they sneakingly added an espresso to the bill. To beat it all, cafe mocha was just regular coffee with sad looking chocolate sauce on top! No air conditioning even when it was so hot outside. Place is unclean, restrooms are also in horrible condition. Better to find a roadside tea/coffee shop instead of paying exorbitant prices here!

As usual was very clean and neat.
Though I was not too happy about the toilet cleanliness. They should improvise and make it traveller friendly.

The experience here was not that great. The only good thing i felt here was the taste of the coffee they make. Its situated in the first floor and the ground floor just looks like a scene from chernobyl. Everything out there is overpriced based on the quality. And this place was not well air conditioned and felt so dusty. And even the driveway itself suggest the same. Not well maintained.

Food is as usual, but the staff was short and each order was taking more than enough time.

On the mysore Bangalore highway. Because of the new expressway these outlets are running out of business. There is no upkeep of this place.

Stopped here to use the restroom, which was very very clean and well maintained. Ate just an ice cream.
