Fraud outlet. Sent me a 500 GM cake and billed me for 1kg. Even the cake quality is really bad - have a look at their unprofessional way. Most of the positive reviews you see are paid fake reviews. Avoid them like plague and go to a better cake shop.

On time delivery no compromise on taste and presentation. Perfect place to order reasonable and yummy cakes. Even the support staff is also very helpful.

The Dutch truffle cake jar was good and fresh but they red velvet cake jar was ok.
Dint get the nice taste even after paying so much.
Hope they improvise on quality in future

One of the worst experience anyone can have, which I had with these people.
They shouldn’t call themselves as professionals.
I had ordered a cake for my kid’s birthday which was to be delivered before 7 pm.
They couldn’t deliver the item at all, forget about time. And they kept on sending messages that, “ride is on the way “since 4pm.
They just make money by such orders.
And after that they explained that, we had logistics issue, we will give a complimentary cake of your choice.
I don’t understand for what purpose I need a cake now, when my kids birthday is over.
We had to rush to get another cake, to have the cake cutting in time.
Had we listened to these guys lies, my kids won’t have been able to have a cake cutting on their birthday.
I advise these people to shut their business and stop cheating people. They are playing with people’s emotions and hard earned money.

I ordered a Birthday cake from HSR layout, Bengaluru two days earlier. There was no update to the order status.i contacted via what'sapp (no phone contact number in website) on the morning of the scheduled delivery date. Delivery was for 2pm to 4pm slot. The representative checked and confirmed delivery as per schedule. At 4pm, no sign of delivery. Order status was also not updated.i contacted again via what'sapp. Now biggest surprise.technical problem with order and so order not processed and the customer service guy asking me to wait for 2hours more if i still wanted the order. Cancelled it. This is a useless shop and do not have proper systems in place. Beware of placing any order with them. They will ruin your celebration plans. They cannot be contacted over phone.so forget reaching them. Worst experience,

Their cloud kitchen in Banaswadi, opposite to a fish stall, looks totally dirty & extremely unhygienic.
The hygiene & quality of online orders sent from here are definitely questionable.
Packaging is not upto the mark, taste is too moderate.

Ordered one cheese cake on phone but the manager forgot to tell his staff. When I went to collect they made something which looked like a big sandwich. Had to cancel my order and could manage cheesecake from nearby bakery.

One of the worst experiences, they rejected my order without notifying me, when i tracked and reached out to them they said it was a mistake and will dispatch soon. Highly unprofessional service do not use cake zone ever.

Pathetic service.no professionalism. I ordered Gulab Jamun Vanilla cake 6 hours in advance and they call me at last min to inform me that it is out of stock and they can send me Pineapple Vanilla cake. Then when i called back they have no clue about this issue.when i ask them about price difference between two (almost 200Rs diff between one that i ordered to one that they delivered), they have no answer.they charge you for something else and send you something else. It was my first order and they made sure this will be last order because of this bad experience. Never order from these folks.

Worst, I ordered on my daughter birthday taste was zero and Bread inside cake was tooo dry

First time: Nice pastries under 200 rupees.taste wise good.also fresh, I ordered white forest and black forest on amazon.

2nd time I ordered 2 pastries one is white forest and other one is butterscotch but they delivered black forest and that pastry was filled with water and cardboard smell size also really small not pastry it was like one bite pastry really disappointed

A horrible experience. They did not give me the products they promised. Wasted so much of my time. Their jar cakes are not the same as the pretty pictures on their website. Would not recommend buying from them.

I have ordered cake on 28th may for 31st, and and 31st night cake zone called me and saying that cake is out of stock. Now tell me whats the value of booking my cake few days ago. And they were forcing me to take another flavour.

Very unprofessional and will never order from cake zone.

You guys are totally unsold. Anyhow it was my mistake that I have choosen cake zone.

Ordered through Zomato, they sent a slice of cake instead of 500 g that was ordered. The CakeZone representative was most unapologetic and irresponsive as if it was not their issue.

Avoid this place.

First time I ordered a cake on my niece birthday in cakezone Rajajinagar and she wanted a panda design cake and got entirely a different one, smashed and very bad taste. I broke her heart on her birthday which I felt very bad. Worst service no timed delivery.

First time i ordered without seeing the reviews but really i regretted and lost my money after getting worst quality of cake. Very very pathetic taste and hard bread. My guests didn't like at all.

Had ordered Jamoon red-velvet & rasmalai jar cakes Loved them, tq u Cake Zone will surely place more order in future.
