Camp NISHANI

The stay was good and just away from the crowded place. Forest around the stay. Quite peaceful. One good stay for the family. Budget friendly too. Complementary breakfast is good. The extra bed we got was having bed bugs. Otherwise overall we had a pleasant stay.

We are travellers who would want to be stationed at one place and experience “ joy of doing nothing”. We were 7 of us including 3 children. Camp Nishani offers you stunning view of mountains and lush greenery. In midst of coffee and spices plantations, camp nishani has independent apartments which are spacious and clean (largely). The care takers Raghu is a good person who knows Hindi well. Owner Raghu is also generous host. Good simple meals can be requested on demand. The place is right on SH90. Long walks on the road next to forest and plantations was highlight of my vacations. Lovely view, peace and comfortable stay. Do drop by if you are coming here.

Location - Superb
Rooms - Bed not cleaned and Bed Spread were not washed.
Room Service - Very less option for Vegetarians. Service was really bad. We ordered food around 7pm and got it around 9pm. Also the taste was not good.

Excellent view within budget. Loved the place. Rooms are good but didn't like the beds.
Breakfast was pathetic but owner and caretaker were really good.

We got 2 rooms in one of them there were bed bugs n another one was gud but still better place to stay nice view just they should take care of bed bugs n all

Absolutely wonderful place if you are looking for peace and tranquility with an amazing view of the hills. Totally loved the service and the food.
The only point of contention is the actual distance from Madikeri (36 Kms) and time wise about an hour from Madikeri because of the winding mountain roads, however Talakaveri Temple is just 7 kms from this location. Also, there are no other restaurants nearby so do plan your trips accordingly.
The distance is just right to ensure you can go to Madekeri and complete the important places in a day and return for rest in nature, which is what we did.

Nice place, though important attractions are around 40 Km far like: Falls, Raja ki seat but the place is good for groups who don't want crowded and market place. They provide food and break fast on demand. The owner is nice and takes care of your basic needs. The rooms are awesome and place is very quite with ️ views.

The location of home stay in in amidst nature. Superb stay. The service is not up to the mark. The food is worst. There are only 02 people for service. Those guys don't understand or speak any other language apart from Malayalam. They need to invest in people to maintain this property. You don't get Coorg food. Breakfast is very depressive.

It's the best resort which I have stayed till now. The view also awesome. Perfect place to stay for all.
