Abhinav has been around for over two decades and has been one of the first few immigration consultants in Bangalore before immigration became everyone’s mantra. Recommended for those who do not like doing their own research, they do make it easier on you to find your way through an immigration process. You may have to work with a couple of consultants before you find one that works for you. Overall go through this route only if u are extremely busy, want to invest your time in more productive areas or have a very complicated case file. Most of the resources are available online and it is not as complex as it looks at the start. The consultant helps you with organising your documentation and perhaps answering some queries if u have a complicated case which is where having an experienced consultant helps, but the rest of the work is on you and there is no getting around the research needed to make your path to immigration easier.

Very poor follow up and pathetic response from Abhinav, initially they call in a polished way and took money until then everything was fine but now no proper strategy aligned and dont give anyother options I simply paid them not even a single time they are helping me. I attended IELTS exam twice and got 6 rating now they are saying they need 7 rating for them to apply for PR. What the hell. Can someone help me in getting the REFUND frm this company.

I would like to take some time out and share my experience with Abhinav. If you are serious about your move, I would suggest, proceed and dis engage with the company. I had my contract with them for over 3 years and paid them twice. Blatantly they lied that PR will be easy for me and my family to Canada and once money is in, its so tough to get a hold of them. I have had to escalate multiple times to get any response. My file handler changed nothing less than 7 times in these 3 years and each time, i had to explain my situation. The only thing that went smooth was payment - they will snatch it quickly. Not a single thing was proactive from their end apart from asking for payment.
To their defence, I should have dived deep before I trusted a company. Sham guys, please do carefully let go of your hard earned money.

I had a wonderful experience with Abhinav Immigration. Mandeep was really helpful throughout my journey to get Student Visa and always responded to my queries then and there. All my documentation was done by Anju who guided me very well and cleared all my doubts. One thing to note is that both Mandeep and Anju answered all my calls and replied to all my messages without any delay. They were always there to help me out. That's what is required from a good consultancy. They only have control of the documents we submit and they guide us and get all the proper documents. Then comes one of the most important thing which is SOP, for which Juthika the content writer did a wonderful job. The manner she drafted the SOP was very professional and didn't required to be changed or corrected. These are the only things the consultancy can help us with and they did an impressive job. The rest is left with the VISA officer to approve or reject but with such a strong SOP and proper documentation the rejection rate will be very very minimal. I got my Study VISA approved in my first attempt. Thanks to Abhinav Team. I am also applying my Spouse Open Work Permit through them. Hope that also will be approved in the first attempt. These are group of cheaters. Probably they started some ethical business with poor success rate, now they started offering unethical approach to customers. They offered us UK work visa at 15 Lakhs where they will provide a false Work Visa to be in UK for 1year, but no salaries will be given but we have to pay taxes. Top of this, we will not be able to work anywhere else as well. We visited the office and after visiting the 15 Lakhs became 32 Lakhs over a 5 min talk. This is a dangerous trap and one can lose a lot of money saved through hard way. Be aware of such fradulent business. I also suspect all other reviews given are fake one.

Absolutely unprofessional and unethical…. They did my wife’s resume screening and said she is eligible for SNP and asked to pay around 65 to 70000 rupees …. Believing them we paid everything upfront. After that everything started like she is not eligible, she needs this, she needs that, she needs more in IELTS bla bla bla…. Almost 3 case worker changed till now and nothing happened. Even they denied refund …. Till today they just created the profile in SNP portal which we would have done ourself…
We actually did it on our own through other entry and we received the WP successfully few weeks back. I would never recommend this people to anyone.we are seriously thinking to file complaint with IRCC.
Please have a look into Quora and other social media platforms before you consider this migration agency. You can ask then why you choose. I got a mistake and I don't want others to get it.
They will tell you that we have a lot of positive feedback. Once you show interest they will keep calling you to pay the money. Even they say that we have an EMI option. It is nothing but just a week of delay in paying installment (Sometimes you may get it from a person who makes a very big deal to my manager to get you EMI and also hear that he/she is in pressure. So kindly pay the full amount). I don't know what others call this as EMI.
The next point is they have an agreement which clearly states that. Anything happened to you or family we don't bother. You need to proceed with us for migration to Australia or wherever. We don't have any importance on what situation you are facing or what changes happened in your life. We don't refund your money.
For my case the above statement happened. My life someone who is truly near to me passed away. This happened just before starting the process. Not even a single formality happened, I went to their office and paid the final bill.
They sent me mail after requesting a lot.which contains the "condolence". Then stating you agreed to our policy. So you knew that we will not repay back any situation. I did not knew that I can predict my future! And also a new offer extended my request till next year 2023. But I too explain my situation. I am sure they will respect their non-human policy. But I value people. So I am here to explain it.
I am not here for the money But following points are very important
1. Please make a note of policy (Very important. Take time and read policy documents and ask questions. Don't pay any amount they wont refund back). If you are ok with all statements then pay the amount. I suggest not to go with them.
2. They are not a MARA agent. They do tell you that we are having very good positive feedback. But if you are looking for MARA they are not.
3. The training of course (IELTS and PTE) makes sure you ask if it is included in the money you are paying.
4. How much of the amount paid it is covering only the money of this agency. All the migration money which needs to be paid is extra. I mean suppose if you are traveling to Australia there will be money which needs to be paid to the Australian government at each stage.
5. The point calculation they show in front of you. Please make sure, You just don't listen to them. The person calling is not the one going to be allocated to you for all your document work. His work is to just attract you. For that he will do whatever possible and rosy offer. They will tell you that you can get these all. But after paying the full money you will get clear saying approximately anything below 80% you need to wait a long year etc. So time they even state get above 90% also so easy. But think twice and decide if it possible for you. Then take the chance because this agency is not customer friendly.

Worst consultants ever. Abhinav consultants are scammers who extract money by being kind and sounding very professional when they first speak to you but later their behaviour changes drastically. I was contacted by Satyam and I wanted to explore their services however due to seeing negative online reviews decided to back off. I received a call from Yashashwini very abruptly asking what is the status of my request. I was surprised to get that call so asked who she was. She later very rudely said she is Satyam’s team lead and needs to know the status. I told her she couldn’t be rude and unprofessional to which she asked “would you like to cancel your case? ” - I said yes and she hung up. I was surprised to see such unprofessional behaviour so soon. I later called her back and told her she could be kinder and she began being very argumentative. I found her and Abhinav consultants very pushy, unprofessional and rude especially when they find out you don’t plan to pay immediately. Highly not-recommended.

It doesn't matter weather you have paid all the money in advance and your entire family dies after you make the payment. Even if none of the process has been started, you are not gonna get a penny back. If your profile is going to expire if you fail to submit the documents for whatever reason, they just silently wait till it expires without any warning. So that they can collect payment for renewal. Overall, it feels nice to be professionally used.lol

If you are reading this then most probably you are from IT and looking for PR. You might be thinking which consultancy to go with. I can not help you with that but I can definitely help you regarding which consultancy NOT TO go with. My suggestion is to remove Abhinav from your list. Below are some data points. 1. They explain the process to you as if it is simple and they know all in and out. Fact: With time they will change their explanations with new set of information and reasoning which they will not share during payments.
2. Very un-professional team which is not at all proactive and aggressive to achieve goals.
3. Their 100 % result guarantee is fake. My case is a failure for them.
4. Once you pay money they hardly talks or call you until you have some follow up. When you follow up then every time they have different explanations and things are changed so apparently you loose your 1 to 2 years.
Last year we applied for Canada PR via express entry but due to pandemic we missed our chance. We kept our faith and Abhinav Immigration guided us with an alternative - Ontario PNP. We filed our application and received the nomination with additional 600 CRS Score. All thanks to Abhinav.

As I am posting this on behave of my sister and her husband They both have applied for Canada PR in the month of January but suddenly Covoid-19 situation has came and my sister husband who was working in Singapore lost his job My sister also left her job because of her maternity Now they are in very bad situation they don't have funds to pay the balance amount for processing the same As they hav two house in Mumbai and they are not able to pay the emi My sister husband is planning to return to Mumbai and start something there
But when I have told Abhinav to refund the amount after deducting there charges they are telling about policy
At the time of enrollment they have not told any such thing
As due to the situation we are cancelling the plan
Once we are again fiancially strong we will plan to go
But as a organization you have to understand the situation also
Tried applying for pr via Abhinav. They have a group of inefficient staff who misguided us throughout the process. Lost around 1 lakh rupees when they were showing colorful Canadian dream. They told my m.b. A can't be validated, incorrect! Because of which I didn't not claim the points my application was eligible for. Forced us to pay for pnp even though our chances were meek. Self centered and unethical organization. Wouldn't recommend. I wonder how their rating is 3.9 with so many negative reviews.
